Very nice hotel. We had a great couple of days. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and nice. The food in a restaurant was good although we had dinner only once. The spa was a nice treat, especially enjoyed the steam room.

Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

We had the triple room upstairs. It was perfect for our Friday night out in Norwich. Beds were comfortable and en-suite clean with a hot shower. Despite not having a window, the room was cosy and private and the window in the en-suite opened and let in light. Staff were very helpful and sorted out the parking permit that I’d forgotten to reserve (£8) and we were able to park outside without a problem. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! (There was even a cheerful whistling waiter!) The room was very spacious and very clean. The food was delicious and beautifully served! The grounds were well kept and tidy! Thank you for a very welcoming stay!

Per centinaia di anni di storia dell'hotel, quando si va a colazione troverà un senso di storia. La chiesa di fronte può andare a Wuda, centinaia di anni di storia.L'intera città è un vecchio edificio per centinaia di anni e c'è tempo per uscire e girare.C'è un ristorante cinese vicino, a piedi per dieci minuti.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è a pochi passi dalla ferrovia e a pochi passi dal centro della città e della cattedrale. Io sono rimasto lì per 2 notti. La prima notte, la luce del bagno era fuori ordine, perché non c'era nessuno all'hotel per prendersi cura di lui. Non è stato fatto nulla il mattino successivo, e l'unica cosa da fare è cambiare la stanza in pomeriggio.
L'hotel è stanco e ha bisogno di un po' di toccamento, ma le camere sono spaziose, funzionali e pulite, e il letto è comodo. Se cerchi un posto di bilancio per dormire la notte, questo è il posto per te.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting.
While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully.
Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

UUtente ospiteUn accogliente benvenuto da Mike, che gestisce l'impianto. La nostra stanza era chiamata Tesoro delle Broads. E' stata ben decorata, un grande bagno moderno con doccia pioggia sopra la sua parte superiore.
Abbiamo mangiato la sera e anche se non avevamo prenotato prima dell'arrivo e erano stati prenotati completamente Mike non aveva alcun problema di trovarci una tavola con una grande vista dei Broads.
In futuro, saremmo sicuramente tornati.L'atmosfera del pub è rilassata ma molto professionale. Credo al capo.
Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, si è tenuto un matrimonio, ma questo non ci ha causato problemi di rumore e ci è piaciuto guardare da lontano!
Tutto il personale e Mike non potevano fare abbastanza per noi e ci fu offerta una partenza tardiva che amichevolmente accettavamo.
È una vergogna che non potevamo rimanere più, ma una buona scusa per tornare!
Grazie Mike e per il vostro servizio eccezionale. Che splendida esperienza abbiamo avuto.

ZZara MonicaBooked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed in the king suite and amazing experience, so much room and the room was so clean, because of the air con it was so cooling which was amazing because of the heat. No complains even free drinks I’m mini fridge. Only issue was payment because I did mine through a travel agent and got a bit confusing but in the end solved itself but service was amazing throughout loved it!

UUtente ospiteWe lived one night in a king bed room 416, there was no heater available, only air conditioner, but the air-con wasn't working for heating function for the whole night since we entered the room, the wind came out are all CLOD! It was freezing all night compared the temperature was only 2 degree that day. The experience was terrible.

CCMJGSI stayed at The George Hotel in Norwich for a quick overnight stop and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Although I booked a super cheap deal for a single room, I was given a double room which was warm and comfortable. The location is easy to reach and it's about a 15 minute walk to the big shopping area in Norwich. The hotel staff were really attentive and friendly during check in and check out, they certainly made me feel very welcome and I wouldn't mind staying at The George Hotel again. They have an onsite restaurant called The Arlington Bistro which I would like to try as I didn't have a meal there during my stay. In summary, I can definitely recommend this nice, friendly hotel for everyone.
