The room was super new and beautifully decorated. I could watch the fountain show from my window every day, and the fireworks at 9:25 PM were absolutely amazing! The area around the hotel is peaceful and pretty, which made the stay even more relaxing. There’s a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals, perfect for families with kids. Everything was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back again!

Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations and the small cake for my daughter—it was such a thoughtful surprise!
Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and was the tastiest among the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The pool was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel also offers great value for money.
The only minor downside was that a staff member promised to bring us an extra blanket but unfortunately never did.
Despite this small hiccup, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!
Since, i wasn't reserve this hotel as i didn't have good preparation. I changed hotel in Sudden. This was a chance to make me experience waht a good hotel.
Le Festa has a very good location to have the best view and had good facilities to meet my expectations. The most impressed staff should be in the concierge ”Kieu” (hope the spelling correct).
We met him three day two night. We arrived earlier than standard check-in time, so we took the drinks and snacks and approached Concierge to get some information about sunset town. Our reservation including Kiss the sea package, he explained to us not necessarily to make face scan immediately as Tuesday.
On Wednesday morning, we approached Concierge again to complete the face scan for kiss the sea and he also recommended us the package for cable car with theme park.
On the departure day, he also assisted us before Grab to airport.
In south area, we didn't have much planning than middle and north, so we spent much time in hotel gym and pool. We also took the option to have buffet dinner in hotel as receptionist introduced the membership programme to have dining discount. That's the fully relax time for us and completed one of bucket list.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Villa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members who provided exceptional service throughout my stay.
The villa itself was a dream. It featured a private pool that was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The view from the villa was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that made every moment feel like a postcard. Even though it was hot outside, the air conditioning inside was more than adequate, ensuring a comfortable escape from the heat.
One highlight of my stay was the smoothie at the juice bar—it was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavorful, it was the perfect treat to cool down after a day of lounging by the pool.
The beach near the Juice Bar was amazing and surprisingly not crowded, allowing for a serene and peaceful experience by the water.
Getting around the property was a breeze thanks to the convenient buggy service. It made accessing different amenities quick and easy, allowing me to fully enjoy my time without any hassle.
Overall, my stay at the Ocean Villa was nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comfort made it an ideal getaway. I can't wait to return!

L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. Questa funivia dovrebbe essere considerata l'esperienza più utile dell'isola di Phu Quoc biglietto della funivia e parco acquatico in totale 180, il che è molto conveniente Sulla via del ritorno Sono andato alla prigione dell'isola di Phu Quoc e ho fatto un giro. L'hotel è abbastanza grande, ci si può divertire nelle due piscine davanti e dietro e il tramonto è bellissimo. La sera abbiamo prenotato una pesca notturna alle seppie in mare, il che è davvero unico~

It was amazing. Stylish hotel with wonderful service, breakfasts we delicious, thank you for yoga classes and afternoon tea.
The only issue I faced were rackets for table tennis as its surface is broken and it impossible to play normally with them.
But it’s a minor.

The place is what we wanted it to be during a short trip - walking distance from everything in Sunset Town. The great perk was the free rickets for two for the cable car. Although it's been not the case since the beginning of 2025, the hotel stayed true to its word and provided us with a great freebie. Plus, the staff was online at all times. Jerry was there to answer all the questions.

LLuiza/South KoreaHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! La proprietà è impeccabilmente pulita, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. La sua posizione è perfetta, solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, rendendo incredibilmente conveniente per qualche divertimento marino.
L'accento per me era la piscina grande, che era perfetta per rilassarsi e spendere tempo di qualità con la mia famiglia. Un'altra caratteristica fantastica è il gratis Kids Café – uno spazio meraviglioso dove i bambini possono godere di se stessi, aggiungendo un ulteriore toccamento di pensiero per le famiglie.
Il personale era incredibilmente positivo e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso, e per tutto ciò, il prezzo era molto conveniente, offrendo grande valore per le attrezzature fornite. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno familiare e economico vicino alla spiaggia!

UUtente ospiteThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower
JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
UUtente ospiteDuring our recent 2 nights stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, we booked both a 4-bedroom Garden View Villa and a Twin Balcony Ocean View room.
The villa itself was impressively spacious and boasted a lovely ambience, although we did notice signs of its age. In particular, the curtain in the upstairs bedroom had come loose, and the balcony gate could not be opened. That said, we still found the accommodation generally comfortable and enjoyable.
We were quite impressed by the buffet breakfast, as it offered an abundance of dishes and the food quality was excellent. However, the receptionist at the restaurant appeared inadequately trained. On one morning, instead of checking whether any tables were available on the first floor, she directed us upstairs to the second floor. When we insisted on remaining on the first floor, we were obliged to wait for roughly 10 minutes despite the presence of numerous empty tables. This lapse in organisation was disappointing and suggested that the restaurant’s management could benefit from additional oversight or coaching.
On our final day, we requested a one-hour late check-out, and the receptionist (lady) was both gracious and efficient in accommodating this request. Regrettably, we encountered a problem when our room key stopped working at 12:45pm. Upon returning to reception to resolve the issue, another staff member — identified as a guy “Thuan” who addressed us in a noticeably impolite manner. His abrupt comments relating to the number of key cards provided were unexpected and created an unnecessarily tense situation. Such conduct seemed incongruous with the typically high standards one would expect at a five-star resort. Additionally, we attempted to ring the “Guest Service” line to request a buggy from our villa, only to find that no one answered. This was a minor inconvenience, though it did add to the sense that some elements of the hotel’s service could be improved.
Nevertheless, in general, the Sheraton made a favourable impression, and the facilities remained otherwise pleasant. With a focus on further training for the staff — particularly those at the restaurant and the front desk. It has the potential to provide a consistently excellent hospitality experience.
CCaroline RoseBeautiful resort. Lovely staff and facilities, location on the beach is perfect. The room was wonderful!! Spa is great. Pool is lovely. Although kids splashing around the pool bar and jumping from the upper pool to the lower pool is annoying. Breakfast was great, the food for lunch and dinner could be improved slightly with more local dishes. The entertainment in the evening was nice for one night but it was the same man playing the same songs on the guitar every night. Maybe a local dance group or traditional music would be a good idea.
