OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ/PREZZO, TUTTE LE RACCOMANDAZIONI Posizione eccellente in centro: stazione ferroviaria Connoly, stazione degli autobus Busaras, fermata dell'autobus DublinExpress Quay nelle vicinanze, nel cuore del centro, con accesso pedonale. Non capita spesso negli ostelli di avere una buona privacy grazie al letto in capsula con tenda. Luce e presa elettrica sul letto. Bagno/doccia puliti, non chiusi e ben attrezzati, solo in camera. Armadietti in camera e deposito bagagli prima/dopo il soggiorno. Ampia area comune con bar. Economico per la costosa Dublino.

”Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi in questo splendido hotel. Il check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente fin dal primo momento. La posizione dell'hotel, di fronte alla spiaggia, è stata perfetta per noi: abbiamo trascorso le giornate rilassandoci sulla sabbia e passeggiando lungo il lungo sentiero che costeggia il mare. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno speciale e indimenticabile. Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi una vacanza al mare rilassante e romantica. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!”

Abbiamo alloggiato in una 6 letti con bagno privato. Era buono e semplice. All'improvviso si è verificato un fusibile elettrico il primo giorno e ci è voluto il secondo giorno per stabilizzarsi. Il check-in si è svolto senza intoppi, la camera era spaziosa, il letto era buono ma il pavimento era leggermente polveroso. La posizione è la migliore.

La posizione è eccellente, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Trinity College. La lobby è nuovissima, ma le camere sono un po' vecchie e piccole, in tipico stile alberghiero britannico.

Pro’s - new hotel so it was very clean and trendy. Great shower pressure. Location is pretty good. Breakfast is great but very busy so a lot of the product runs out quick, more hot options would be good. Con’s - the men working on the counters weren’t too friendly or welcoming upon arrival. no coffee station in room, they have these located in the ‘galley’ which is just sachet coffee, for the room price I think that a simple coffee machine would be appreciated by all guests.

We only stayed for one night at the Mercantile, as we returned to Dublin a day before flying home after a wonderful week in Ireland. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, but very small. Not an issue for a single night stay but had we been spending more time here, we would have felt a little cramped. That being said, for the cost and the convenience of the location, we had no complaints!

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin e ho trovato la sua posizione sulla O'Connell Street come un'ottima comodità per esplorare le principali attrazioni di Dublino. La colazione era incredibile, ma la zona di lobby si sentiva in crampi durante i tempi di picco, rendendola meno invitante per il rilassamento. Mentre la posizione centrale dell'hotel è un vantaggio significativo, miglioramenti nelle offerte di colazione e nei comfort di lobby migliorerebbero l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti.

Apart from excellent location, the service rendered by the staffs was impeccable. I wld like to specially highlight a few names namely Emily and Anna from Front Desk, both were patient, friendly and cheerful and always going out of their way to help with any queries we have. Another person is Ms Marcello from F&B who is amicable and always chatting with us during our breakfast. Last but no least, Samson and his brother, both from Security team who are always ready to assist with older guests who had problems lifting their luggages up the flight of steps to the lift landing. Overall we stayed 8 nights and it has been an amazingly awesome experience that made us feel very welcomed. Kudos to the team for their warm hospitality and bringing the Holiday Inn Express brand to a higher level. Keep up your excellent work. Cheers!
