Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove, a cinque o sei minuti dall'aeroporto, molto conveniente, un autobus dell'aeroporto è a mezz'ora. È possibile registrarsi in anticipo sulla scena di ricezione, e l'auto può essere aperta in anticipo. Il servizio di ricezione è molto buono. L'auto di 6:20 è appena scappata per dieci minuti. Il cameriere ha aiutato a chiamare l'auto per riportarci indietro. Grazie mille.

I am staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick. It is a small but very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. The price–performance ratio is quite good. The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated. It is definitely a suitable option for anyone visiting this area.
However, I was honestly surprised by the way the hotel staff strictly follow internal policies instead of focusing on guest comfort and flexibility, even in situations where a more guest-oriented approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh.
This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

酒店位置雖然已經出了華盛頓DC在馬里蘭州了，但是就在地鐵紅線Bethesde上蓋出了地鐵就到，去華盛頓市中心一部地鐵約半小時可達，交通十分便捷。從華盛頓羅納德里根機場也衹要換成一次地鐵就能到達。
酒店蠻大的，房間比較寬敞，設施也算蠻新的不太舊，周圍幾百米內餐廳、超市等也不少。
目前酒店早餐衹能選酒店一樓一角的星巴克，給餐券自選，三明治、小麪包、飲料各選一樣。酒店一樓還有莫爾頓牛排，還有其他餐廳外賣單子可以拿取叫外賣。

KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

RRickAh, Baltimore, a city of rich history and eclectic charm. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of a stay at the Hotel Ulysses, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of this vibrant city. True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel.
The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes.
The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk.
A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out.
Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember.
In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

JJay BrignacThis was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective.
The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had.
Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a ”newish” motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year.
The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car.
The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly.
All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.

UUtente ospiteI will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

Ci facevamo sentire molto speciale da ogni membro del personale con cui ci siamo impegnati. Siamo stati sempre accolti durante il soggiorno dalla persona che ha aperto la porta della macchina e ci ha salutati per nome ai concierge molto conosciuti, al personale di servizio in camera, al personale culinario, al telefono, al conducente, Lottie Dottie e a tutti! L'hotel è stato molto pulito e bellissimo decorato con immagini, libri, mobili, piante e oggetti che raccontavano la storia dell'hotel. Questo include un soggiorno molto accogliente con un comodo letto di canoa e un bagno ricco, spazioso e aggiornato. Ogni tono ci ha spinto a muovere le parole, indipendentemente da dove siamo stati e da cosa stiamo facendo. Qualche volta aveva un attacco a snack? Non preoccupatevi! La stanza era ben conservata con una varietà di dolci e bevande per calmare le urla. E, infine, mi consenta di lodare le scelte alimentari che ci sono state offerte al tempo del teatro e al colazione. Sono fatti a casa, burro di manzo, muffin, pipistrelli di avena, salsa di pollo, uova, e altro ancora! Questo era un bel bell'incontro! E, sì, lo faremo di nuovo!

It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

L'hotel si è sentito sicuro e ha una bella vibrazione. Situato in una parte meno schizzosa del centro, anche se non mi sarebbe necessariamente andato a passeggiare la notte nella zona. Convenientemente situato a alcune attrazioni circostanti come il porto interno e il mercato di Lexington.
La stanza era pulita senza alcuna spot. La manutenzione poteva essere migliorata, perché ci erano porte e buchi rotti nel muro. Ho informato il personale amichevole e mi hanno detto che erano consapevoli. Oltre a ciò, ben attrezzati e tutto era lì e lavorava.
La pulizia non è giornaliera e dipende dalla durata del vostro soggiorno, ma se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa si può chiedere e può essere fornita.
Il buffet del colazione era buono, niente di speciale. Ci sono state alcune opzioni limitate, ma abbastanza. Per i frutti freschi, hanno solo mele rosse, ogni giorno.
Il bar era chiuso per pranzo durante il mio soggiorno.
Hanno una piccola area di business con un computer e una stampante per gli ospiti.
La palestra era ben attrezzata.
Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e si può dire a tutti che cercava di far sì che gli ospiti avessero una bella esperienza.
Mi riferirei e ritornerò.

UUtente ospiteMolto pulito e le donne al divano, credo che il suo nome è Grace era assolutamente meraviglioso. L'unica cosa negativa da menzionare è stata la $20 al giorno e il garage era in un edificio separato, (perciò in una notte fredda e ventosa che era) che si sa dover portare il bagaglio.
