Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Ottel Start in Antalya e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visitasse la città.Il servizio si sentiva davvero come un 5-star esperienzapersonale erano amichevole, attenti, e sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che mi serviva. Un ringraziamento speciale a Naz alla ricezione, che era assolutamente meravigliosa e che ha migliorato la mia stanza, rendendo il mio soggiorno molto confortevole. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza era il colazione. Il colazione turco era delizioso e offre una grande varietà, perfettamente accoppiato con il loro tè. Mi piaceva davvero iniziare la mattina lì. L’unico piccolo punto di svantaggio per me era il caffè, che potrebbe essere migliorato, ma non si è allontanato dall’esperienza generale. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto strategica, rendendo facile esplorare attrazioni, ristoranti e la città antica affascinante. In generale, Start Hotel offre un grande valore con un servizio eccellente, un buon colazione e una posizione ideale.

Offre servizi eccellenti, anche se le camere sono un po' piccole e l'hotel in sé non è particolarmente grande, il che può essere un vantaggio a seconda delle preferenze. La parte più frustrante, tuttavia, è che non è consentito portare bevande o snack dall'esterno. Affermano che ciò sia dovuto a motivi igienici, il che non ha molto senso dato che il servizio in camera è consentito, quindi la spiegazione non regge. Sembra più un modo per spingere gli ospiti a spendere soldi nei bar e nei ristoranti dell'hotel. Questo è stato il principale svantaggio per me e probabilmente il motivo principale per cui non tornerei.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. Many thanks to the team!

Posizione perfetta! A pochi passi da tutto! Personale cordiale e disponibile. Niente è troppo fastidioso. La camera è accogliente e il letto comodo. Ho soggiornato qui per 2 settimane e mi sono sentito come a casa. C'è un ristorante accanto che suona musica ad alto volume fino a mezzanotte, quindi se andate a letto presto e avete il sonno leggero, non soggiornate nella camera 103. Ho soggiornato in quella camera una notte e poi ho cambiato camera. Le camere lato piscina o quelle nell'edificio B sono molto più tranquille. Ho optato per la cena e il ristorante era molto buono! Consiglio vivamente questo posto e ci tornerei sicuramente.

This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach. The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Near the old city, and a good location which is walkable to the mall and other attractions. Hotel under renovation now and slightly dusty and noisy

Le camere di bagno variano in diversi piani, uno è più ristrutturato, l'altro è in cattivo stato.La casa ospite ha una caldaia elettrica alla ricezione e l'altro nella stanza del personale, ma quella sera mi è stata negata l'acqua calda. Il ricevitore ha detto che la caldaia era rotta.Più tardi, vicino alla caduta della notte, mi hanno dato acqua calda, ma aveva un sacco di sedimento in essa, sia dall'acqua di scarsa qualità, sia dalla scala di lima nella caldaia! C'è solo un letto e un piccolo soffitto nella stanza, dove non puoi mettere le tue cose.Ho chiesto una sedia o una sedia, ma si sono rifiutati.

Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, la stazione è OK, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, vicino alla vecchia città di Antalya, si può raggiungere a piedi.Il prezzo della casa è anche la colazione, ma la colazione è molto poca e il pane è legato netti con uova di merda.
