Il personale dell'hotel ha un'intenzione di servizio e è pronto a aiutare ogni volta. in strutture parte penso che le strutture dell'hotel sono ok, ma a volte il wifi dell'hotel è giù. In parte cibo Questo hotel serve un buon colazione mi piace davvero colazione in Hotel e infine mi piace questa posizione hotel perché è vicino all'aeroporto è comodità per viaggiare

La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. L'arredamento è semplice ma moderno. Il letto è comodo. La posizione è molto buona, con alcuni negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La lavanderia è a solo un minuto a piedi. L'unica cosa un po' indesiderabile è che la luce nella stanza è piuttosto fioca.

Had a very relaxing stay at Meridien Chiang Rai . Would recommend it and come back again. Service is very attentive. Gave a small present to my daughter on arrival + toiletries for kids. I took option with dinner included. It was at the Italian restaurant. Food and service ate good but should give more options to be chosen from the menu when you are staying several nights. In general very good experience!

Hotel is new and location is good. Not so far for going downtown area and also close to highway road. But really nice and quiet place. There have big C market around and some restaurants near hotel. Enough Parking space and good environment. Staffs are polite and some of them can communicate with English language. Hotel only provide shower gel and towel. You need to bring your accessories.

OK for a budget hotel. The bathroom is quite dim. The shower water pressure is low and not warm enough. The rest are good.

พนักงานบริการดี พูดจาสุภาพ ตอนแรกไปเช็คอินได้ห้องไม่สะอาดเเหม็นสีพนักงานก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ทันเลยได้ห้อง 120 สภาพภายในโอเคแต่ที่นอนแข็งไปหน่อยไม่ค่อยนุ่มเหมือยห้องที่มานอน 3 ครั้งก่อนทีาผ่านมา

E'molto bella e facile da fiorire.Le strutture convenienti includono la salsa, il ventilatore, la scatola di carta e il sapone.Ci sono due PET in frigorifero.In generale, è pulito e buono.Ma la voce sembra essere molto risonante, posso sentire il suono e il suono che cade. Il colazione include pane, uova, banane, yogurt, frutta e bevande.A sera, il panorama notturno dell'altra parte (la razza) è bello.

Room is good size. Furniture is a little dated but ok.  Very clean. Service is very good.  Staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.  We asked for a high floor and we got it.  Much appreciated.  Breakfast was included with our room.  It was very good with lots of varieties.  The pool is very nice and relaxing.  Location wise, a big mall is down the road.  Clock Tower and night markets are not too far away by car.  A good stay.  Would recommend.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's new and extremely clean. Free water is available anytime, and in the morning you can enjoy complimentary coffee and biscuits. The hotel offers access to both a swimming pool and gym. You can even wash and dry your clothes on-site. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. We found it quiet despite being right next to the street. Our only observation would be some small bugs in the bathroom, likely from the water or plumbing system. If we return to Chiang Rai, we'll definitely choose the same hotel again.
