Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Kagoshima

I had a pleasant stay at Art Hotel Kagoshima. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Sakurajima, especially from the rooms facing the bay — waking up to that scenery was truly memorable. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service felt professional and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the room layout made good use of space. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of Japanese and Western dishes, and the restaurant had a lovely view as well. The hotel’s location is convenient — just a short drive from the city center and ferry terminal. Overall, Art Hotel Kagoshima is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, good value, and beautiful views of Sakurajima. I would be happy to stay here again.

I fiori sono rari nella stanza.Questa è una grande camera da letto pubblica dell'hotel, ma l'uomo sembra essere stato rinnovato e molto pulito.Ma ... è finita alle 23:00 di sera, quindi spero che si faccia tardi.Abbiamo mangiato un pacchetto di pesce vivo nel ristorante dell'hotel. Il volume e il sapore sono buoni, ma è molto triste, i pesci sono piccoli.La colazione, il samoera fritto e i pesci di bovini sono grandi.I pesci di bovini sono più grandi di cena.Penso che il colazione qui sia di alta qualità.

È un hotel appena ristrutturato. Questo è un hotel con vista maestosa sul monte Takachi L'aria era così buona e l'hotel era pulito e il letto era buono. Il pranzo era così soddisfacente, ma la composizione del drink era un po' sfortunata. Il grande bagno era spazioso, quindi l'ho usato di tempo libero. È stato un po' scomodo portare molti ragazzi più grandi di quanto pensassi al bagno ^^;; generalmente soddisfatto e usato !!

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! 近海的温泉酒店，十疊和式海景房，窗外是無遮擋的海景，景色非常可以。送了酒店自帶沙浴温泉的砂浴券，這樣連砂樂會館都可以不用去了。 指宿的特色是沙浴，不能拍照，用官網圖片湊合看下。最多泡十分鐘，小童減半，到了時間會有工作人員叫你起來。 這個季節泳池是開的。 酒店早上有免費送指宿站服務，9點和10點各一班，需要提前一天預約。晚餐是薩摩的料理，很精緻，食材新鮮，味道很好。早餐是自助式的。 隔壁的Iwasaki酒店8.12晚竟然有小型花火，很幸運遇上了。 前台的外國妹子的英語很不錯，她自我介紹是從杜拜外派來日本工作5年，現在日語比英語要説得更好了🙂

I think I had been charge twice in my credit card for this booking since i had used my credit card when I booked this room,but then the hotel charge me again ¥6,560 uppon check in. I thought the amount will be return upon check out since trip.com advice me regarding this amount but I did not receive the amount after check out.Here is a proof of hotel payment that I made again upon check in

Amazing breakfast , very adorable onsen , excellent location and friendly staff makes this place highly recommended to a tourist looking for comfortable and reasonable price . I spent three nights and I wish I could spend even longer time there due the comfort and convenience of the property . Free facial masks is an extra ❤️

È stato un ottimo soggiorno. La gestione dell’hotel è stata eccellente e la stanza è stata in buona condizione. Voglio dare una menzione speciale alla signorina Gotanda Vanti田, che mi ha guidato dopo l’iscrizione. Le sue spiegazioni dettagliate e il suo sorriso caldo hanno dato un tono positivo anche prima di entrare. La prossima volta tornerò certamente.

the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

Erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione in diversi punti, pertanto tra le altre cose non era possibile utilizzare l'area della sauna.  Hai ricevuto solo una bottiglia d'acqua, solo il primo giorno su tre. Ho chiesto alle cameriere una bottiglia d'acqua, anche perché non dovevano pulire la mia stanza, ma mi hanno detto che era inclusa solo una bottiglia il primo giorno. Per questo motivo, ho scelto di consumare i miei 3 pranzi in ristoranti diversi da quelli del resort e ho anche noleggiato una moto altrove. Ciò ha comportato una perdita di almeno 15.000 Y per il resort, poiché un pranzo costa almeno 3.000 Y moltiplicato per 3 e una motocicletta almeno 6.000 Y. Immaginate quanto profitto avrebbe potuto fruttare una bottiglia d'acqua al giorno.
