The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel! La nostra camera era spaziosa, accogliente e molto confortevole, con due letti confortevoli e due TV. Ci erano tre chilometri e anche un posto in fiamme, che facevano sentire la camera molto accogliente. La cucina era anche molto ben attrezzata con tazze, piastre, utensili e tutto quello che ci serviva. Tutto in camera era eccellente, e ci piaceva davvero il nostro soggiorno. Il pranzo complimentare era un grande bonus. Tuttavia, suggerirei di offrire più opzioni non suina, come il pollo o la carne di bovino, poiché molti ospiti non mangiano suina. Un altro campo per il miglioramento sarebbe la piscina, che non era controllata dalla temperatura e quindi non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di nuotare durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza e ci sarebbe certamente voluto rimanere qui.

Il South Burlington ha bisogno di una macchina per arrivare a Burlington correre. Hanno un autobus, anche se corre per le dieci, credo. Il letto re con bagno non esiste, il bagno è una sorta di scuola vecchia. Il check-in può essere lento (atteso in linea per un po '). Frigo in camera ma senza microonde, uno esiste in lobby. Sala da giardino è ok, piscina all'interno è bello, giardino non è 24 ore. La stanza era ok.

Room was spacious and felt well maintained Breakfast was good One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time

The fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side. My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

Everything was wonderful at The Pointe. However, the coffee that they put out in the morning is really just colored water, it is not edible, even if you are an addict. I've noticed more and more hotels are advertising coffee but then not making it correctly. I don't know if they are consciously trying to save money or if their front line employees prefer to use the previous day's grounds because it is somehow easier.

Non posso aprire la finestra, questo è comprensibile dal nord.La vasca è pulita e pulita, la stanza è abbastanza grande e il letto è molto comodo (1.5m circa).Parcheggio gratuito.Colazione comune, ok.Il pneumatico è senza aria, la stazione di benzina all'ingresso può aumentare l'aria.
