Maintenance needs to be improved. Basic necessities are not provided in some of the rooms. Bathroom fittings in some of the rooms were faulty. Though the staff were co-operative and helpful, except for the time taken for preparing the final bill during check out. Better maintenance and service can help them to retain their customers. Customers are coming only based on the old goodwill.

Ieri ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso Holiday Inn. L'hotel era molto pulito, ben mantenuto e creava un ambiente molto confortevole. Un riferimento speciale a Sanika, che era estremamente amico e attento per tutta la mia permanenza. Il suo professionalismo e la sua approccio caldo hanno reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. Ho anche apprezzato l'eccellente follow-up dell'hotel, assicurandosi che tutto andasse bene. In generale, un soggiorno davvero piacevole e soddisfacente – altamente raccomandato!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso a Gateway Hotel Calicut. Confortabile, Scenic e Family-Friendly Vi abbiamo soggiornato a Gateway Hotel Calicut per due giorni come gruppo di 20 familiari, compresi i bambini, durante una cerimonia di riunificazione familiare e convocazione. Abbiamo prenotato sei camere sul quinto piano, tutte con una bella vista sul mare e sulla piscina, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno speciale. Il personale dell'hotel è stato eccezionalmente amichevole, supportivo e attento, assicurando che tutte le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte con calore e efficienza. Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il complimentare colazione, che era eccellente, una vasta e deliziosa diffusione di piatti locali e continentali che si occupavano sia adulti che bambini. In generale, abbiamo avuto una esperienza memorabile e divertente. Gateway Hotel Calicut ha fornito la perfetta miscela di comfort, ospite e bellezza scenica. Lo consigliamo fortemente per le famiglie o i gruppi che visitano la città.

Situato a 2 km forma la spiaggia kovalom ma può camminare lì Il normale sistema di 4 stelle indiano è un hotel con una struttura di 4 stelle e se si trovano in una piscina congestionata e occupata, la colazione è limitata al menu non vegetariano.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

I had a brief but pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The standout feature is undoubtedly its location—just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my transit smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent, with every staff member I interacted with being courteous, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying—just what I needed before heading out. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

La stanza che abbiamo avuto l'altro giorno non era un valore per i soldi. Quando vediamo la foto della stanza, pensiamo che sia una bella stanza, ma la stanza che vediamo nella foto è diversa. La stanza può essere valutata 5 in termini di pulizia. Spesso controlliamo le camere è molto sicura e c'è una lealtà.Abbiamo due piccole bottiglie d'acqua nella nostra stanza dove quattro di noi sono rimasti. Quando ho chiesto di nuovo, ho due piccole bottiglie d'acqua. Questo è un approccio molto negativo. L'hotel dopo l'hotel è diventato molto sgualdrina anche con acqua potabile. La pausa compiacente è una condizione molto triste anche se è pausa.

La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

Bad welcome! At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night ) We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access. Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally. I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for. Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season. Room service was good. The room was clean. Room offered a great pool view. We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options. Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous. Stay here if you get good deals.
