Era un albergo di lunga tradizione, ma sembra che sia stato rinnovato in alcuni punti. Il ristorante è bellissimo. Stile buffet. Dato che mio figlio era stanco, abbiamo cenato in camera, ma il ristorante era pieno e ci è voluto un bel po' mentre per parlare al telefono. La camera era una grande camera familiare e, per qualche motivo, poteva ospitare 4 adulti e c'erano due letti king size, quindi sono stato fortunato in modo diverso. Ci sono molti servizi, tra cui asciugamani da bagno spessi, asciugamani per il viso e asciugamani. C'era una vasca da bagno e i bambini potevano divertirsi facendo il bagno, ma ci volevano 30 minuti perché l'acqua diventasse calda. Era confortevole con due nuovi condizionatori installati. Sono un giapponese che vive nelle Filippine per il secondo anno. Sebbene fosse un hotel di lunga data, sembra essere stato rinnovato ed è bellissimo. Bellissimo anche il ristorante. Mio figlio si è stancato, quindi ho rinunciato a mangiare al ristorante e ho cenato in camera, ma ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora perché non riuscivo a prendere il telefono. Scegli una tipologia di camera familiare per 2 adulti e 1 bambino (3 anni). Per qualche motivo, c'erano abbastanza servizi per 4 adulti, asciugamani da bagno spessi, asciugamani per il viso e asciugamani per 4 persone e 2 letti king size, quindi sono stato fortunato in un modo diverso. Anche se era poco profondo, c'era una vasca da bagno, così i bambini potevano divertirsi facendo il bagno. Tuttavia, ho aspettato più di 30 minuti affinché l'acqua diventasse calda. Era comodo con due nuovi condizionatori d'aria. Se vuoi mangiare a buon mercato, Foodpanda offre anche servizi di consegna. È bello uscire, ma i gas di scarico sono terribili. Ho pensato che fosse un ottimo affare in quanto il costo totale era di poco più di 10.000 yen con colazione a buffet inclusa, check-in dalle 14:00 al check-out alle 12:00.

Everything was smooth and perfect. Booked a room 11th-hour due to a close friends wedding and they were extremely hospitable! Clean room, lots of products to use, and safe access using keycards. My only issue is that the wifi goes in and out, which crazy enough, cuts off while in the room and mostly available at ground floor and my other issue is that the breakfast buffet involved becomes moot by 8am. They informed us it goes from 6am-10am but We arrived at 830am and almost everything is gone. You just got to help yourself with the egg omelette maker. Place was clean, check in and check out was smooth, and they take tap pay which makes everything convenient. Congrats to the newly weds CharI and Alfi!

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!

Fantastico

AAVCSTravelling with a toddler This place is perfect!!!! Our flight arrival was 7:10am. We were welcomed by Kuya Alec (airport transfer driver) straight to the Welcome Center. First trip to the hotel was at 11am but Kuya Alec said we can join the employees’ boat at 9am. So we were at the resort as early as 10am swimming in the beach. Check in was at 3pm but we were given room at 12nn. Such a breeze. Our favorite were the heated pool. We were at the pool and the beach from 10am to 8pm. The weekend fire dance show was awesome. The breakfast food was so good and variety is wide. I love the whole truffle cheese wheel! Check in and check out were a breeze. Miss Jelay, of Front Desk was so accommodating to my hyperactive toddler. Also Ms Vanessa and Ms Daphne. We will definitely go back again

Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay. The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. AAlyaaa23It was our first to experience the Pearl Farm and it really exceed our expectation🥰 We had a great time staying at this resort the relaxation, the comfort of their food from breakfast to dinner with snacks and unli drinks, the peace given by the place we felt so well rested, and the staff were all nice and friendly especially to our toddler she really enjoys talking to every staffs she met. The best resort we've ever stayed and we couldn't stop talking how great the place and all people. Surely we will return and stay longer soon.

UUtente ospiteDisappointing Family Stay Despite Beautiful Resort This was our first time staying at Dusit Thani Plantation, and unfortunately, it may also be our last. While the resort itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and friendly staff, the overall service and experience were very disappointing. Check-in: We had to wait an extra hour before our room was ready. This was very difficult as we were traveling with two babies who were already tired and needed to rest. Food: Dining was one of the biggest letdowns. We expected high prices, but unfortunately, the quality did not match. During breakfast, the ham served was spoiled, yet instead of apologizing, the staff insisted that the smell was just “because of spices.” I pointed out it tasted sour, but the head chef defended it after tasting himself. Other food items were bland, and our T-bone steak, ordered medium well, came out completely well-done. Room: The room itself was cozy, but our sleep was disturbed by noises coming from the ceiling at night—sounding like cats or rats. Service: Staff were polite but very slow and unorganized. I had to ask multiple times for our bags to be delivered, and in the end, I had to walk all the way to reception to collect them myself. Transportation carts were too few to accommodate guests, and the overall check-in experience was the worst we’ve had—no welcome drinks were provided even though they were supposed to be included. In summary, Dusit Thani Plantation offers a beautiful environment and facilities, but service, food quality, and guest handling fell far short of expectations. For the price paid, we expected a smooth and relaxing family getaway, but instead, it turned into a stressful experience.
