Our recent visit to the Governor's Residence was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Everything, from the moment we arrived, was truly exceptional. Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I came to test out this hotel for a future vacation. It is the most expensive luxurious hotel in the country. I can swear by that. Youre greeted by a welcome drink the minute you enter. I really enjoyed my stay here as there is a personal butler on call 24/7 and she brings bright smiles and complimentary tea and coffees. I was served by khoon and thae thae whom were both very professional and attentive. It was my first experience with a butler. Definitely a memorable one. The suites are massive and though you can’t expect pristine cleanliness due to the buildings age, i did not notice any dirt anywhere except for the outside of the windows.
