Cile: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Regione di Antofagasta

A prescindere dalla correttezza politica della politica, tutto il personale di questo hotel, dall'aspetto del posto, sembrava incompetente sia dal punto di vista tecnico che tattile. Sono arrivato alle 12:00 e mi hanno detto che la camera sarebbe stata disponibile alle 15:00, suggerendomi di riprovare alle 14:00. Quando finalmente la camera si è liberata intorno alle 14:00, l'hanno data prima a un nuovo membro dello staff bianco??? Dopo il check-in, ho chiesto informazioni sugli orari della colazione e la reception mi ha risposto ”dalle sei alle dieci”. Non potevo crederci; qui alle 18:00 è ancora buio! Ho chiesto conferma più volte che fossero le 6:00 del mattino e ho ricevuto conferma ogni volta. Ho prenotato un tour con partenza alle 7:00, pensando che fosse perfetto. Quando mi sono precipitato al ristorante la mattina, sono stato respinto con impazienza dal personale. Quando sono tornato alla reception, il turno di notte era stato sostituito da qualcuno che non parlava assolutamente inglese??? La hall è nascosta all'interno e condivide l'ingresso con l'autonoleggio West Car Rental. C'è un cartello che indica la direzione da sinistra a destra, ma a sinistra si trovano le camere, mentre la hall è in realtà a destra. Con il caldo torrido, questo è molto scomodo per i turisti con le valigie. Non potevano mettere una freccia per indicarlo? Le altre camere sono discrete, i prezzi esorbitanti sono la norma qui.

Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants. Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

Il servizio e la posizione sono grandi. La ricezione è molto amichevole e cercare di affrontare le nostre preoccupazioni/interrogazioni. La stanza è di base ma abbastanza comoda. Le padelle di riscaldamento ci hanno tenuti caldi durante la notte, anche se il riscaldatore del gas è aperto solo dalle 7 alle 10.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Hotel tranquillo con belle strutture esterne e interne. La camera e il bagno sono molto spaziose, ben decorate e ben attrezzate (con l'aria condizionata). Ogni camera ha una vista libera sul giardino arredata e l'isolamento sonoro è buono. L'hotel dispone di 5 piscine (uno grande), un po 'vetete ma restano molto piacevole dopo un giorno nel deserto. Il colazione era molto buono. La posizione è eccentrica, ma l'hotel offre un servizio gratuito di navette molto conveniente con una guida molto simpatica. Solo bemol: il personale alla ricezione è stato poco conciliante e accogliente (siamo arrivati un po' in anticipo sull'ora del check-in e abbiamo dovuto aspettare per più di un'ora, l'ora ufficiale del check-in (15h) Nessuno ci avverte della disponibilità della nostra camera).

Homely lodging. We picked this place for its quietness. It can be a little out of the way, but as we drive it wasnt a problem.shuttle service to town is provided at intervals. Service was sub-par as there were some gaps in what i would consider as being hospitable. There's a small pool and hammock to lounge around, if the weather is right. What light up my day was the dogs/cats staying there. Good place for animal lovers. :)

I enjoyed staying here. I loved that they had two cats that live in and around the complex. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was not far from the main road 6-7min walk. The lady that runs the hostel is very friendly but does not speak English so have a translation app ready if necessary.
