Giappone: hotel con internet nella provincia di Prefettura di Shizuoka

Vue mer splendide, grande piscine et personnel aimable. Nous sommes désormais en dehors de la pleine saison, donc après 17h tout est fermé. Le bar de la piscine est déjà totalement fermé, ce qui est dommage au mois d’août). Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais le lit est confortable. La chambre « vue montagne » donne surtout sur le parking. Point faible : une organisation qui met en stress permanent pour avoir une place — longues files dès 6h30 au petit-déjeuner, affluence au dîner, transats « réservés » à la piscine alors que les personnes n’y sont pas, forte affluence au onsen… Pas toujours reposant !

A simple spacious room with 4 beds that accommodates our family of 4. The bathroom is rather compact but it's clean. Walking distance to Hamamatsu station with few malls nearby.

The whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food. Location was well situated as it's within walking distance to the train station.

Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too.

The resort is truly remarkable with good food and onsen facilities. My rating is purely based on the resort experience. However, I will like to provide feedback on the reservation experience on trip.com. The pricing indicated on trip.com is not totally transparent. At the time of booking, I indicated 2 adults and a 7yo child to get accurate pricing. The amount was prepaid with a small fee JPY450 to be paid at hotel. At check in, I was shocked to learn that we are expected to pay for the child room rate at JPY22k+. That was not indicated on the “to pay at hotel’. Trip.com customer service officer replied that the requirement was indicated on the email confirmation sent. This is upsetting as I usually used the mobile app and relied on available information to make reservation. It is not my habit to check email confirmation given the information on the app is correct. Pricing should be made transparent at point of booking and not after booking. And out of ‘goodwill’ they offered me a compensation close to 50% of the child room rate. I have been using trip.com since covid and this is my first time having such issue. I hope my experience can benefit others who is booking this accommodation with child.

とても満足いく宿泊ができた。少し駅からは歩くが、その分落ち着いた雰囲気の立地だった。南側には多くの飲食店があり、食事にも困らなかった。ハッピアワーや掲載した写真のような夜食があるなど無料のサービスがとても充実していた。スタッフの方もエレベーターや入り口の外まで来て挨拶をしてくれるなどとても丁寧な接客をしてくれた。 部屋にアメニティは無く、フロント近くのアメニティスペースから持っていくスタイルだった。種類も豊富で申し分なかった。

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I especially appreciate the team’s kindness and efficiency in helping to arrange the return of my coat, after I had left it behind. They went above and beyond to ensure it was safely sent back to me, which I am very grateful for. Thank you to the team for the excellent hospitality and service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location was just next to Mishima Station. There are bus station right in front of the hotel, so we went to Skywalk Mishima very easy. The hot spring on the top floor was cool, it has indoor and outdoor hot spring. It was nice to enjoy there after walking the whole day.

Hotel fantastico con il Fuji View dalla stanza, non lo fare devo andare a punti di vista solo per vedere Fujisan. Il bagno è ben segregato e la camera è super grande e spaziosa che posso aprire i bagagli liberamente. Il bagno pubblico gratuito è sorprendente con diverse opzioni per il cibo e la sauna. La posizione è buona, proprio accanto alla partenza premium Gotemba, quindi il shopping è molto conveniente. Ma se non si guida, potrebbe essere difficile per voi ottenere cibo alla notte .. Il più vicino 7-11 è piuttosto un passo come la sua posizione profonda all'interno della partenza premium Gotemba.

The hotel is old building,My honest review is I feel little bit disappointed with my room.I booked a room with a lake view. But when I’m arrived they give us the room that there was no view at the lake. The aircon is not really cold so we decided to open up a window. And I feel disappointed about the dining.In the boking site they included the pictures of there dining up to 90 plus over pictures of the buffet breakfast,That is none as I expected on the pictures of dining. Just an advice,To the management of the hotel.Can you please separate the area of the tables and the location of all types of dining pictures. Because as I expected to the pictures that you put into your dining buffet is all are available to the guest. But you only served a simple food buffet not fit to the room rate. And I suggest that hope you can re arrange your dining buffet pictures not to put it on one place,like Bars,wedding reception and etc. Because guests will think that it is all available when stay and booked it right away to think it was cheap but in the end it is really disappointing. Thank you!
