Hotel con spa a Nha Trang

Grande posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da bar / ristoranti come Louisiane Brewhouse e Sailing Club. Ho avuto una grande suite di vista sul mare sul 10° piano, comprendente lobby di entrata, bagno diurno, salotto e porta collegata attraverso la camera da letto e completamente dotato di bagno in suite, con doccia grande, bagno da jacuzzi, ecc. Io direi che lo stile della camera non era davvero per il mio gusto. Ho trovato un po' di formaggio. Inoltre, dovevi uscire dalla camera principale in camera per cambiare il bagno in suite o fuori. Dove c'è la logica in questo? L'illuminazione era troppo dura in tutta la suite: una stanza come questa ha bisogno di un'illuminazione bianca calda, oscura e fredda, come si trova! Le aree pubbliche sono state ben definite e mantenute. Non posso commentare le strutture dell'hotel perché non le ho usate. In generale, un buon posto per rimanere a Nha Trang.

We stayed for two nights at Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa Hon Tre Island and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the hotel offers excellent facilities. We barely left the resort because everything was available—swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, game room, as well as restaurants and bars. The resort is located right by the beach on the island, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. There is also a convenient shuttle service throughout the property. All the staff were amazing—super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We had three pieces of luggage and didn’t have to carry anything ourselves, as the staff were always observant and quick to assist. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. We’ve already recommended it to our friends and family. However, one downside was the cable car experience (likely a different company). At the mainland facial scan checkpoint, a female staff member was not friendly and spoke to us poorly. We had two drinks and clearly explained that we would keep them in our bag to take back to the hotel, not drink them on the cable car. Despite this, she insisted that we finish them before boarding, which felt unnecessary and disappointing. This slightly affected our overall experience.

Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points. The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which is always a big plus for me. The highlight, however, was the view. From the higher floors, the scenery is absolutely stunning and truly elevates the experience. Most of the facilities are located on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is beautiful and decently sized, making it a pleasant place to relax. There is also a restaurant on the same floor, though we didn’t get the chance to try it during this stay. Families will appreciate the kids’ room with activities, which is very convenient for parents. The presence of an on-site clinic for emergencies is also reassuring. Check-in took a little longer than expected, as the hotel was quite busy at the time. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the concierge staff during check-in left us slightly put off. During check-out, we requested for our luggage to be brought down, but one staff member insisted that we personally follow him all the way up to retrieve it and then return to the lobby. While we understand that there may be procedures to follow, the manner in which it was communicated felt rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member quickly stepped in, kindly offering to bring our luggage down while we rested in the lobby. That gesture made a meaningful difference and was truly appreciated. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a gentler and more professional approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. One additional area for improvement would be the hotel’s scent. The aroma used throughout the hotel may feel uncomfortable for some guests and comes across as rather dated. Perhaps exploring a fresher, more contemporary fragrance would better suit modern preferences. Overall, Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views. With some refinements in service consistency and ambience, it could easily become an even more enjoyable stay. #nhatrang #vietnam #nhatranghotel

Rigel è probabilmente uno dei migliori hotel della mia vita! Prima di tutto, forniscono un pasto molto delizioso nel buffet. Secondo, anche se la nostra camera era estremamente economica, era molto spaziosa e non ho mai visto un letto così grande! Inoltre, potremmo visitare il giardino e giocare a biliardo gratuitamente. Uno dei disavanzi potrebbe essere la vista - lo spazio vuoto sembra un aeroporto abbandonato (ma con splendide montagne).

Il nostro soggiorno al Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è stato assolutamente incredibile. Fin dall'inizio, abbiamo chiesto un upgrade e ci hanno dato un bungalow enorme e spazioso. Era così grande e confortevole, ci è piaciuto tantissimo! Per tutto il tempo che siamo stati lì, ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo gli unici ospiti. L'atmosfera era così calma e rilassante, semplicemente perfetta per rilassarsi. Tutto di questo posto era fantastico. Lo staff, il servizio e tutto ciò che abbiamo visto intorno a noi, era tutto meraviglioso. La colazione era deliziosa, le spiagge erano meravigliose e i sentieri erano così tranquilli. Abbiamo anche adorato i piccoli passeggini che ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera alla reception e ritorno. La spa era meravigliosa e il ristorante serviva cibo così gustoso. Abbiamo persino ricevuto i pasti in camera, il che è stato molto comodo. Il servizio lavanderia è stato super veloce: hanno lavato i nostri vestiti in un paio d'ore e ce li hanno riportati freschi. Lo staff era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Ci hanno fatto sentire così speciali e ben accuditi. È difficile credere quanto velocemente siano volati i nostri 10 giorni. Stiamo già sognando di tornare in questo paradiso. Il Diamond Bay Resort and Spa è davvero un posto magico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Outstanding services from the support team, from front desk, to customer relation. Great services with amenities. Facility is really clean, great water pressure, clean towel with coffee and tea in the room, great AC power enough to keep temp comfortable, comparing to all other alike hotel near by. One improvement that can be done is the signage of the elevator. We could not get to B2 parking from other elevators, except for the opposite. This caused confusion among the guest and time consuming. Even one of the employee identified thisi issues, but never been fixed. Other than that, we are happy with the services.

Брали семейный номер Делюкс с трехместным размещением. Номер просто огромный!!! Вид боковой на море. Завтраки приличные, всегда фо бо, из яиц готовят по запросу, рис, макароны, картофель, бекон, сладости фрукты разные. Пляж через дорогу, лежаки зонты платные. Находится в самом центре, рядом много кафе, ресторанов, фруктовых лавок. Убираются ежедневно, хотелось что бы еще пылесосили в номере. На крыше бассейн большой. И очень не плохой тренажерный зал. Полотенца пляжные выдают у бассейна без залога.
