Questa è una struttura molto bella, la vista della stanza è buona, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero.
C'è un giorno di viaggiare vicino a caldo e acqua dolce. Puoi godere di un'esperienza compatta 々.

La posizione è conveniente alla stazione ferroviaria e l'espresso fermo dell'autobus. Due problemi che ho avuto sono la mancanza di tende di sbloccare, quindi è difficile dormire e distabile wifi che di tanto in tanto si scontra con la connessione.

糸魚川の駅から歩いていけます。少し歩くけどまあ何とか歩ける距離です。スーパーがそばにあるので買い物は不自由しません。注意しないといけなのは、スープなので8時ころには閉まってしまうことです。受付の対応も親切でよかったです。また大浴場があるのもよかったです。宿泊費もリーズナブルと思います。

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn
2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance
3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him
4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins
5. Breakfast is same everyday
6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same.
7. Child meal is hopeless.
Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.
8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.
9. Onsen was good
10. Basic ice cream treats.
11. Simple ramen in the evening
Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat
For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

A nice resort with sea great view. Remarkable the big garden with the paths to the sea shore. Also the onsen is very nice. The room was spacious and equipped with beds (not futon). As entertainment they organize free trips in the evening to the ruins of a plant from the gold rush times, where they display a beautiful illumination. Also some ladies perform local traditional dances in the hotel lobby, as well as a Saxophone player gave a half hour performance. However, after the performances were finished, the bar became deserted and no further service available. All in all a comfortable stay.

La proprietà è ubicata in un ambiente molto tranquillo e tranquillo. Molto pulito e moderno. Ben mantenuto dopo la sua rigenerazione. Ci sono molti posti di parcheggio liberi.
La camera è grande ma purtroppo senza doccia/bagno - un grande negativo per la proprietà. In particolare, consiglio l'hotel durante la stagione estiva di picco quando si può usare la doccia pubblica, altrimenti si devono usare le strutture di bagno in onsen.

XXiaoshiSbarca al porto di Ryotsu e fai un giro in autobus di un'ora. Puoi vedere il Mar del Giappone dalla costa di Kasugazaki-Nanaura, i 100 migliori tramonti del Giappone, l'happy hour con drink di benvenuto gratuito e andare alla miniera per accendere le luci di notte. Anche il cibo è molto buono, e le sorgenti termali di fronte al mare e alle stelle, guardando il tramonto più bello, la vita è abbastanza!

Room in building 4 is smaller than expected but no complaints with such discount.
Restaurants inside are nice, but heading out to the village once a while is good too. The walk to village is like 10 mins and very do-able!

SSandra_inWe can use the free locker for put down the luggages and then we go to ski. The breakfast is awesome. There is the kid friendly hotel because my son can play with many rubber ducks in hot spring.

MMeganTravelling with my mom. Had a brilliant stay even though there were super strong winds on that night. There was perfectly delicious restaurants nearby, only 2mins away was ootoya- excellent food and service. The man who was running the hotel reception was so kind and friendly and went to extraordinary lengths to help us with our luggage and shipping to our next hotel. The breakfast was also yummy, simple flavors but wonderfully traditional japanese fare. My mom has some mobility issues too, so we were glad to see the relatively spacious room and wider than normal bath tub. 100% recommended!
One small issue with trip, not the hotel, I would have appreciated a more obvious flag out that the payment made online was a DEPOSIT. The man was quite flustered when I said I paid online already because you have to pay again when you get there then get a refund from trip after checking out. Please be aware of this when you book! But it was my oversight - although trip PLEASE emphasise these things a little more!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is atmosphere with a nice blend of the old and new. It is located not too far from Uonuma no Sato and have a complimentary shuttle service to and fro Hatago Isen opposite Echigo Yuzawa Station. The room is big and there is nice heated table area. The bathroom is nice but as with traditional lodgings such as this, it can be pretty cold especially at the bathroom area in winter.
Dinner was served in a bento format at our room. I was a little disappointed that it is a not a proper sit-down meal at the main dining area instead. The bento includes two generously sized onigiri, appetizers, and four main items including a meat patty, grilled fish and braised wagyu.
The onsen bath is also quite nice and loved the bath with the snowy landscaped garden.
Service is generally good and there are snacks and drinks available at the lounge for guests. In the evening, there is also sake and umeshu available for guests.

LLI-YANG YOUI recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to local attractions, and offers a beautiful view of the Shinano River, which adds a touch of tranquility to the stay.
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

BBrandonVery nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice.
Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

IIt’s AOttimo luogo, vicino alla stazione di Echigo Yuzawa. Nessun autobus alberghiero al resort sci (GALA), che è un po' deludente, come abbiamo provato un altro hotel che offre un servizio gratuito di pick-up/drop-off.
Il cibo era normale, ma non mi piaceva molto. Mi piaceva di più quella zuppa di miso di maiale.
La donna era un po' di merda, non era nemmeno calda e aveva sete. Tutti, tra cui me, passavano solo un minuto e tornarono a casa, uno era buono.
La ricezione era solo un interno, e mentre era utile e gentile (grazie), non era molto familiare con le informazioni e le procedure dell'hotel. Forse sarebbe una buona idea assegnare un membro del personale superiore a lavorare con lui e fornire formazione all'OTJ, piuttosto che affidare solo sul personale.
