Un'esperienza di alloggio molto positiva. L'hotel è molto pulito. Il letto è abbastanza grande. Posso stare seduto dritto senza sentirmi opprimente. C'è una presa USB di tipo C per la ricarica, quindi non è necessario portare un adattatore. Ogni giorno vengono forniti dentifricio, spazzolini da denti, pigiami, asciugamani e pantofole nuovi. La doccia è dotata di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e balsamo, tutti disponibili. Non è necessario portarli da soli, il che è molto comodo. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a 12 minuti dalla stazione e all'angolo della strada.Il personale è in servizio fino a tarda notte, quindi le ragazze che viaggiano da sole non devono preoccuparsi del pericolo di essere nascoste alla porta al rientro in albergo la sera. Il personale è stato molto ospitale. Il primo giorno, la borsa della trapunta e la federa erano macchiate a causa di un'emorragia dal naso. Il personale ha gentilmente detto che andava bene e che non dovevano nemmeno pagare per la pulizia. Gli sono stato molto grato. Il caffè venduto nel bar al piano di sotto è molto speciale e delizioso. Il personale introdurrà con entusiasmo diversi chicchi di caffè in inglese. Gli ospiti possono anche ottenere uno sconto di 200 yen, quindi puoi provarlo.

I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

Best Location very close to Station. Very Kind staffs speaking multiple languages. Value stay for business travelers. Coffee and Various Drinks are available at Lobby Cafe. All in all very satisfactory stay.

The Hotel was a lot better than I expected. I’ve been reading a mixed reviews of the hotel, bad and good, but when we got there, we were met by the amazing and kind staffs that accommodates our needs. Though most of staffs does not speak English, they still try their best to communicate in english and they even have a small translating device to use for themselves which just proves how hospitable they are. Room is small but it is cleaned every day and is enough for 2 persons. Towels and bathroom amenities are replaced every day and Beds are made every day. The only thing that I noticed is that they don’t replace the Coffee cups inside so we have to clean in the sink everytime we need to use it. But overall service was great. Pajamas are also available downstairs and other amenities such as toothbrush, comb, razor. Airconditioning is centralized and you cannot manually adjust the temperature, you can only switch either Low, Mid, High. Heater from the bathroom is a bit hard to adjust, a few twist in the faucet it will become very hot. You can also rent a few things in the hotel. You have to leave the key everytime you go out. The Hotel might be old but it provides everything that you need and it’s still a decent accommodation to stay in. We really had a pleasant stay for an 8 days stay.

La doccia è troppo debole. Ho dovuto passare un paio di giorni a lavarmi i capelli dopo aver usato lo shampoo e lavato il corpo. Inoltre, non c'è un condizionatore d'aria, anche ho provato molte volte a regolare. La finestra non poteva essere aperta. Mi sono sentito un po' vertiginoso per tutta la notte. Non penso di restare qui la prossima volta.Inoltre, sembra che ogni vecchio abbia un esculatore al lobby.

I appreciate that the hotel took note of my request for a room with a view. The breakfast spread is pretty good but the eel portion ran out too fast so we did not get to try it. This is common among jap hotels but we rarely get offered an early check in for free. This would make a difference as we took a red eye flight and was tired and would appreciate a room to freshen up.

Good to allow 2 adults and 2 kids to stay in the same room. The room is tidy with all basic facilities you need. Location is about 5 mins walk from the subway, which is not too far away

近くでイベントだったので、徒歩圏内で行ける場所で利用しました。駐車場はホテル前4台ぐらいしかなく、満車で徒歩圏内の1000円打ち切りの所に駐車しました。 お風呂のカーテンが、かび臭かったのが気になりました。アメニティに化粧品が無かったのが、不都合でした。

Very convenient location, near the station, from where it is convenient to get to all the sights. Magnificent Japanese bath . The rooms are very small, cramped. We specially took the corner number so that there was more light. The carpet on the floor is dirty. Every morning we found mouse litter on the carpet. We didn't see the mice themselves, but every morning, lowering our feet from the bed, we stepped on small black poops. The staff is friendly and speaking English.

Very good location near Fushmi station & reasonable price. Staff really good & friendly. Front desk manager Yamamoto san is a showcase of outstanding hospitality. He speaks good English & has good memory in remembering us. Feel very much at home. Towels clean, new & white. Toilet in our room is brand new. Room usual as normal business hotel. Japanese breakfast has good varieties. Very pleasant stay. Would come again. Next door is a big shopping centre/supermarket Terrasse Nayabashi. Most impressed with the excellent price of Waguy & Nagoya Hida beef, ready to eat with a fraction of price elsewhere. First of March, surprised to see new luxuriant blooming of about 60 (or more) Sakura trees along Mitsukura dori 1 minutes fro hotel.
