Hotel con balcone a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Небольшой ( 19 номеров) достаточно свежий отель в центре с доступом на три ближайших улицы через арки, так как находится в середине квартала. К такси удобнее выходить через арку в доме по Пушкина, 33. Приятный завтрак с 8 до 11. Бронировали на 11 дней трехместный номер во многом из-за полноценных двух кроватей, а не еврораскладушки или раскладного дивана. В номере 13 на третьем этаже пару раз плохо уходила вода в душе, но проблема быстро решалась. Из неудобств: не хватало второй тумбочки или полочки возле кровати, ложки для обуви. В целом отель достойный, рекомендую

L'ostello è convenientemente situato nel centro della città, ancora guarda fresco all'interno. Il letto è comodo e ci sono le luci per il magazzinaggio di beni personali che’ molto freddo. Il personale è piacevole e amichevole.Colazione nell'ostello su un altro livello 👌🏻

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan è una buona opzione nel suo segmento, soprattutto se si apprezza hotel freschi e appena aperti. L'hotel è stato aperto solo di recente, e si può davvero sentire tutto è assolutamente nuovo, pulito, e fresco, dalle camere alle aree comuni. Le camere si sentono moderne, confortevoli e ben mantenute, rendendo il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. La posizione può essere leggermente discutibile a seconda di ciò che stai cercando. È ancora molto centrale e a pochi passi da quasi ogni punto principale della città, ma forse un po' più lontano dalle principali aree di cammino e di svago rispetto ad altri hotel centrali. Questo è il ”lungo” di Erevan qui significa camminare intorno a 10-minute, quindi è tutto molto relativo. Il personale e il servizio erano davvero incredibili, tutti molto benvenuti, attenti e veramente disposti a ospitare gli ospiti in ogni modo possibile. Cercano davvero di aiutare e rendere il soggiorno comodo. In generale, un'impressione molto piacevole e un hotel mi piacerebbe assolutamente rimanere di nuovo.

Все понравилось. Персонал отзывчивый. Ресторан на крыше шикарный. Завтрак очень понравился.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

È un ottimo hotel in ottima posizione, ma non è molto insonorizzato. Inoltre, la mia camera non aveva tende, quindi sono stato svegliato dal sole durante il giorno. Comunque, ne vale la pena.

Le foto non fanno questo posto giustizia! E 'veramente bello e fresco, e sembrava che la nostra stanza fosse stata frescamente ristrutturata o molto bene curata, e la stanza e il letto erano senza spot. La stanza era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Come la zona di ricezione. Il personale è carino e molto utile (Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con i vicini alti e hanno assistito delicatamente). La piscina è davvero grande e bello con molte sedie a ponte e una vista fantastica del monte Ararat. L'hotel non è nel centro, ma abbiamo trovato la posizione ancora conveniente, andremmo in città e poi tornando Yandex (Yandex è tipicamente 1600AMD).

Отличное расположение, чистый и удобный номер, в ванной воняло канализацией и окно выходило не на улицу. Но всё отлично, мне всё понравилось . Вид с балкона классный. Заселиться можно в любое время, и очень дешевый (хоть и простой) завтрак.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
