Hotel con balcone a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Небольшой ( 19 номеров) достаточно свежий отель в центре с доступом на три ближайших улицы через арки, так как находится в середине квартала. К такси удобнее выходить через арку в доме по Пушкина, 33. Приятный завтрак с 8 до 11. Бронировали на 11 дней трехместный номер во многом из-за полноценных двух кроватей, а не еврораскладушки или раскладного дивана. В номере 13 на третьем этаже пару раз плохо уходила вода в душе, но проблема быстро решалась. Из неудобств: не хватало второй тумбочки или полочки возле кровати, ложки для обуви. В целом отель достойный, рекомендую

Ho trovato davvero un ostello della gioventù prezioso a Yerevan, in Armenia. Ho scelto questo ostello basandomi sulle recensioni di Ctrip. Il prezzo era di poche decine di yuan, il letto sembrava pulitissimo e la colazione era inclusa. Un benessere semplicemente fatato. Servizi: Mi sembrava di vivere in una stanza da otto persone. Ogni letto aveva una tenda separata e gli asciugamani da bagno erano forniti (sembra, ma non posso garantire di ricordarlo chiaramente). C'erano dei ganci alla parete all'ingresso della stanza, il che era molto comodo in inverno. Il cappotto di ognuno poteva essere appeso direttamente lì. Ogni persona aveva un grande armadietto con una password impostata, il che era molto comodo. Igiene: L'igiene era molto pulita, con lenzuola e trapunte bianche, che venivano cambiate per ogni ospite. Anche il bagno veniva pulito regolarmente dal personale delle pulizie, il che era molto buono. Ambiente: Yerevan non è grande e la loro casa si trova vicino a Piazza della Repubblica, una zona tranquilla nella vivace città. L'ascensore al piano inferiore richiede una tessera, che è sicura e garantita. Servizio: Vorrei elogiare il servizio perché non so come usare l'armadietto, quindi ho dovuto chiamare la reception diverse volte per farmelo aprire. Ma alla reception sono stati gentili e per niente impazienti. Erano molto entusiasti e mi hanno accolto con un sorriso. Lasciatemi aggiungere qualcosa alla fine. La loro colazione è self-service. I prezzi sono più alti. Se vado fuori a fare colazione e prendere un caffè, mi costerà 80 yuan, ma qui è tutto gratis. Pollice in su. Di solito mangio due piatti grandi a colazione e bevo due tazze di caffè (p.s.: non servono caffè dopo colazione, quindi bevetene di più, ahah). Lo consiglio a più cinesi, spero che lo vediate e che possa esservi d'aiuto.

Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato nel Caucaso! Amo il servizio professionale dal desk front, camere molto pulite, sorprendente colazione e dopo 2 giorni di colazione all'hotel, il personale molto attento nella zona del colazione rimmi anche il mio soprannome! È stata una piacevole sorpresa! Avevo sempre apprezzato il momento e mi dispiaceva di andarsene.

L'hotel è nuovo, visibile in design moderno e pulito nelle camere. La posizione è solo super tutte le attrazioni principali sono in disponibilità passo per passo. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare l'amichevole e attento personale, che è sempre pronto a aiutare e rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Molto soddisfatto della vostra scelta e con piacere consigliare questo hotel a tutti coloro che pianificano un viaggio!

Отличное расположение отеля, в пешей доступности к площади Республики. Очень внимательный и услужливый персонал. Завтрак выше всяческих похвал. Разрешили бесплатно выехать из отеля на час позже. В номере чисто, тихо, удобный матрас. Работает круглосуточный ресторан и рум сервис. Ночью голодными не останетесь)

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

La camera è spaziosa, il letto è comodo, il bagno è pulito. Non aspettate lo stile più moderno, alla fine è il meno importante. Il colazione era molto buono e delizioso per noi, forse per altre persone, ma aveva tutto quello che voleva in un colazione continentale. La posizione non è la migliore. È 40' dall'aeroporto, e un'altra 20' dal centro della città. Il traffico in Erevan è caotico e gli incidenti si verificano regolarmente, quindi ricordatelo se si muove dalla città o verso la città. Puoi anche andare a piedi in città, ma è piuttosto difficile tornare. La perla è la piscina. E hanno anche un ristorante, se ti senti lapidato di andare fuori o non ti piace ordinare con Yandex.

La posizione è buona, ma l'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, non c'è l'ascensore, quindi dobbiamo portare i bagagli per le scale ed è piuttosto scomodo per chi ha bagagli pesanti. Inoltre, non ci è piaciuto il cibo a colazione, forse dovrebbero migliorare la prossima volta. Comunque, la governante è gentile.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
