First room was not good.. Air Conditioning has terrible sounding, bathroom door, towels were dirty. Then reported to receptionist. I met with higher personnel for the hotel, then I reported with condition of the room. Then she gave me a better room than the first one. But, still towels and bed linen are old and look dirty.

Placed at Dagen, part of Malioboro street makes this hotel have an easy access to wherever we desire to go visit in Yogya. Near to the Station was one of the reason I pick this hotel. The team let me have the access to the hotel room in early check-in time. Room was nice and neat. The TV had various channel both local and international. One more great thing is the outdoor area on 5th floor, such cozy to hangout.

The stay experience was great. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was warmly received by Fernanda, who took me to the restaurant of the hotel to experience the free refreshments and tea provided by the local hotel. We had a long conversation together. Fernanda was very sweet and sincere, and patiently answered many of my questions. I also learned about the local life in Indonesia through this opportunity, which was a great experience. Also experienced the hotel Spa, also very good ~ have the opportunity to come to Indonesia again will choose this hotel.

questo hotel ha superato decisamente le mie aspettative, il personale è davvero cortese e non ti fa mancare nulla. In camera c'è anche un biglietto che invita a evitare gli sprechi d'acqua: se gli asciugamani sono ”in giro” vengono cambiati ogni giorno, se appesi al gancetto vengono lasciati in camera. La posizione è ottima, nella via principale in cui c'è sempre vita senza tuttavia sentir rumore in camera. Minimarket, centro commerciale e farmacia sono a due passi, lo consiglio!

Rimasi per una notte e era piacevole. Benvenuto così caldo dal personale. Controllo il progresso così liscio da Mbak Citra e Mas Ilham. Mas Aldo come il concierge erano utili. Non mi aspetto un servizio simile da un hotel a 3 stelle, ma il dipendente era così bello. Il bagno è piccolo ma non mi lamenta per un hotel di 400k. Il bagno all'interno della mia stanza è un po' odore, ma in generale sono soddisfatto dell'hotel.

Hotel is really nice and clean however location is quiet far from everywhere except that there is a connected mall made it convenient. The pool is great and the customer service is also very good and friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Questo hotel è adatto per me come un viaggiatore solitario, anche se le camere sono piccole ma mi piace per il transito perché il mio treno a mezzanotte, vicino alla stazione di Lempuyangan circa 5 minuti di auto, ma non così vicino a Malioboro se si cammina. La camera da letto privata con bagno insuite (ha anche un bagno), una TV intelligente (questo è molto importante) e un letto confortevole è molto buono e confortevole per me rispetto a ”hotel di cabina reale/capula”, il meno è che non ha una finestra (all'esterno). Il prezzo è ragionevole e meglio se si va all'hotel che OTA. Grazie, signor Dedi, per la sua ospite!

All staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb! I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs. Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

La posizione non è molto nel centro della città (15 minuti da Malioboro), ma diversamente da quello che il servizio è molto buono. Il personale è amichevole e la struttura è buona. Anche se, all'inizio ho prenotato una stanza non fumatori ho avuto la stanza fumatori. Ma è ancora buono.

inizialmente volevo pernottare a Sleman perché eravamo di Kaliurang. ma si scopre che anche il servizio di Alana Malioboro è così buono. Puoi riempire il tuo drink finché non sputi ahah anche la colazione è deliziosa, prova un sacco di cibo. la prossima volta andateci di nuovo con la famiglia ^^ grazie The Alana Malioboro

Grande posizione! L'hotel è situato intorno alla stazione ferroviaria che ha in realtà un numero di posti semplici da mangiare e un minimal. Malioboro camminare strada è solo un isolato da distanza. E 'imballato di notte con locali e turisti fuori per vedere e vedere. Sedere al colazione era troppo limitato per il numero di mangiare, e più volte quando sono tornato per più, sono tornato a trovare persone sedute a tavola e incapace di comunicare a causa della lingua. Mi sono seduto in un posto vuoto e ho continuato a mangiare, che li ha fregati, anche se non mi hanno visto seduto li'. Il personale del ristorante non ha parlato inglese, così ordinare uova o bevande era dura, e non ho ricevuto ciò che era desiderato. Back in 2019, I actually used to stay here. I felt comfortable with the hotel policy at that time. Nevertheless, in 2022 it turns out that there is a new hotel policy of hotel access card deposit charge of one hundred thousand Rupiahs (in 2019, it used to be only fifty thousand Rupiahs). This one hundred thousand charge, in my opinion, is relatively expensive if we consider using that money amount in the Jogjakarta, because you can buy many things with that charge nominal. When I made a suggestion to re-evaluate the policy, the duty manager didn't want to listen or even receive any feedback from me. He/she use the receptionist as ”complaint shield” for absorbing complaints, and only teach the staff for being ”Yes man” service quality. This hotel employs the worst duty manager management i have ever known. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, but look deeply the service quality whether this hotel has implemented customer oriented or not.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Rich durante il fine settimana, e sono stato davvero impressionato. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino al centro commerciale di Jogja, che mi permette di godere facilmente di karaoke, shopping e cena. Il prezzo che ho pagato è certamente il valore della qualità che ho ottenuto. Molto consigliato!

I live in Yogyakarta and recently stayed here one night to beat a power outage. Had a good experience. The place has a strong Indonesian flavor; of about a hundred people around at breakfast (included), I was the only Westerner. This means no eggs at breakfast, but there is cereal. Rooms are clean and pleasant, and if you get one with a north view, you can see Mount Merapi on a clear day from an upper floor. Above-average batik shop in the lobby would probably take care of your gift needs in one swoop. You can find places closer to the tourist action, but why not stay where Indonesians stay and see some more of the city? You'll save some money compared to the city center.

EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.

been staying with Citihub for years since they're new. staff is friendly as always. but the hotel hasn't been maintained perfectly. we booked 3 room for like 4 nights and noticed few problems like showerhead not opening properly, dead AC remote, or the AC not working perfectly. but one thing that I can always count from Citihub is the cleanliness. and its comfort. hope they can fix these minor issue, but regardless, Im coming back next time we visit Jogja

the room is comfortable, spacious, clean, the pillows are soft, it makes for a good rest, the bathroom is clean... the service is very good 👍 the food in the restaurant is delicious, the location is strategic In the future, I will stop by the Lafayette Hotel again 🥰

La stanza è così comoda, e il personale è amichevole e utile. Ho provato il buffet per colazione e tutto era così buono anche gusto. Non dimenticare di provare il loro miglior menu di caffè venduto, chiamato KPR (Kopi Pasti Rindu). OMG che era delizioso così gioioso! Porta’s location itself near with the tourist locations and culinaires. Recommended for solo traveler, with friends or family, and business trip. Definitely will be come back and stay at Porta if I’m at Jogja ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Congratulato con Artotel a Kaliurang Jogjakarta. Abbiamo ottenuto un'altra camera d'albergo, anche se è piuttosto costosa. Amo il bevanda benvenuto Secang te :) La struttura è buona, tra cui torte di benvenuto :) Le scelte per la colazione sono state anche buone e buone.
