C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night. As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Perfect place downtown, clean bathroom, a bit of stain on the sheets, a bit of problem on the tv sometimes, free water can refill anytime, got coffee and tea sachet but its only 1, can feel the spring at the side of the bed

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options. Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

Great stay! Hotel room was very cozy, bed was just the right firmness and the space was more than adequate. Bathroom is large, though no bathtub. Room even has Netflix alongside cable TV. All essential amenities were provided (shampoo, body wash, shower cap, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds). Hotel reception was great too! Requested for a few items (e.g. comb and sewing kit) which they provided promptly. Does feel like a 4-star hotel in terms of the bathroom aesthetics. However, breakfast was amazing!! The spread they gave is enough for us to taste the different flavours of Indonesia in one buffet. Gym was great too! Overall, really good stay and worth the price.
