C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. 2 rooms are OK but we are given 1 room at the ground floor which are facing parking lots without any view… We choose to stay at this hotel solely because we want to enjoy the scenery but 1 room was facing the wall, nothing to see except parked car🤦♂️

In generale, sono molto soddisfatto dei servizi forniti dall'hotel, in particolare del fatto che il personale ha aiutato a riscaldare i cibi che abbiamo acquistato da venditori esterni. L'unica reazione che voglio trasmettere, c'era l'odore di fumo di sigaretta in una delle stanze che rimaniamo che era 2011 . Credo che gli ospiti precedenti fumassero, visto un ashtray sul tavolo 😓 e anche sulla passeggiata dall'ascensore alle camere piuttosto inquinate. Spero che la Grand Whiz Practice possa migliorare per fornire l'ambiente senza fumo

It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). The hotel is not very cozy, a lot of fuss, you don't want to come back here. The bed is big and comfortable, but the room is dark and the shower is uncomfortable. Also, I was the first day in the country and was late for an event, I asked the hotel staff to help me call a cab, I didn't get any help, I had to walk in the rain to another place in an unfamiliar city, as a result I was an hour late. The location of the rooms is inconvenient, when I tried to leave the hotel I got lost and ended up in some service kitchen. The hotel looks beautiful in the picture, but if I ever find myself in Surabaya again, I will stay somewhere else.

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.
