Armenia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Erevan

La persona che ha inventato l'idea di pagare quasi il 70% della mia tariffa per ottenere un check-in precoce 4-hour dovrebbe essere vietata dall'industria dell'hotel!! Molto deludente di avere la stanza pronta ma rifiuta di rendere la vita più facile per i clienti ... A parte che l'hotel è in una grande posizione e la stanza è piccola ma adeguata ... La colazione è media come si aspetta E a parte questo controllo iniziale in retromarcia il personale è stato in generale buono ma non credo che rimarrò ancora in vacanza, il mio volo arriva presto la maggior parte del tempo e non mi piace aspettare senza senso!!

체크인 할때 따뜻한 쿠키를 주셔서 환대받는 느낌이 좋았어요. 웰컴드링크정도는 받아봤지만 수제 쿠키는 첨이라 색다른 느낌이랄까 기분이 좋아지더라고요~~~~ 깨끗했고요,침대도 넓고 좋았어요.조금이지만 창문을 열수있어서 좋았어요. 메트로도 걸어다닐만 했어요.버스도 삼거리라 가는방향이 많아서 타기도 좋았어요.스파도 무료라 괜찮은거 같았어요~~~제가 원하는 탕은 없고,스팀사우나만 있어서 보고만 왔어요.

Mi è piaciuto decisamente l'hotel. Senza fronzoli, ma con un'accoglienza chiara e positiva. La posizione per Yerevan è molto buona, il centro, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. A proposito di alloggio. Camera piccola ma tutto il necessario era all'interno. Interni sorprendentemente buoni. Anche il bagno sembrava molto buono. Di conseguenza: per i tuoi soldi - abbastanza! Per un trapianto o uno stop di 2-3 giorni, è one-to-one.

L'hotel è proprio nel centro. Tutti i bar e i negozi si trovano nelle vicinanze. Pulizia ad alto livello. Le colazioni sono deliziose e le portate principali sono diverse ogni giorno. Ci sono stato a dicembre, quando fuori c'erano meno cinque gradi, ma la stanza era calda. Il riscaldamento è buono. Mi è piaciuto l'hotel, lo consiglio 👍👍👍

Hotel molto bello, per il prezzo si ottiene personale molto professionale e utile, belle camere grandi, tutte le attrezzature di cui avrete bisogno (anche bagni) e un buon colazione A causa di errori di prenotazione dal mio sito abbiamo effettivamente vissuto 3 diverse categorie di camere e tutti erano oltre le nostre aspettative (per questo punto di prezzo) - estremamente conveniente che le camere doppie hanno anche due bagni La posizione è molto centrale e a piedi distanza dalla maggior parte delle visione e cose da fare Solo un miglioramento potrei pensare che avrei il caffè da una macchina per il colazione invece di filtrare il caffè

Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio accanto alla piazza, il che lo rende comodo per tutto. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La camera era pulita e ordinata e la colazione era abbondante. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping nelle vicinanze, soprattutto un grande supermercato con un'ampia scelta. Consiglio di evitare le camere che si affacciano sulla strada, perché possono essere rumorose. Per il resto, tutto il resto era eccellente.

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Замечательная гостиница, расположение отличное,центральные рынки через дорогу,метро меньше 5 минут,площадь 10-15 минут пешком. Территория отеля охраняемая, охранники посторонних не пропустят. Холл гостиницы большой и просторный, администратор очень вежливый, участливый. В номере вода,чай,шампунь,гель,зубной набор, шапочки для душа,бритвенный набор, гигиенический набор,- есть всё, три комплекта больших белоснежных полотенец плюс халаты и тапочки. Комната большая, удобства тоже. Интерьер европейский. В гостинице всё достаточно новое,нет ничего замызганного, грязного. Мне с ребенком 15лет все понравилось.
