Croazia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Regione di Zagabria

Bene, l'aeroporto è in nome e si può sentire i motori colpiti pieno di stronzate, ma ho bisogno di 'aeroporto' per dire aeroporto. Circa 18 minuti a piedi, un 290 autobus o 10 minuti di taxi di ripopolamento. Come tutti gli aeroporti, i conducenti possono anche essere criminali, Non vorranno pagare il re che sia un viaggio breve. Il ristorante è chiamato ”forche” e condivide il personale con la sala da pranzo, molte scelte di colazione e nessuno cappuccino troppo insensato da una macchina. Le camere sono belle ma senza tè e senza strumenti per la preparazione di caffè. Il riscaldamento del bagno in fondo invita una visita invernale.

La posizione era buona. L'auto non poteva arrivare davanti alla porta dell'hotel, ma si poteva scendere molto vicino, quindi non era difficile spostare i bagagli. Naturalmente era possibile effettuare il check-in anticipato e la colazione in hotel, che era l'opzione standard, era molto buona. Tuttavia, mi è stato assegnato un edificio invece di un nuovo edificio (un edificio del ristorante), e sembrava vecchio. C'era un sacco di minibar nel frigorifero ma il frigorifero non funzionava.

L'unico difetto è difficile trovare. Sono stati girati pochi chilometri intorno all'edificio a mezzanotte. Finalmente ho trovato il piccolo logo della porta prima di trovare (Figura 1). Dopo aver trovato il chiodo nel serbatoio, c'è un logo sulla seconda porta (Figura 2), poi l'ascensore al terzo piano e la password elettronica.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

One Rude Staff Member Ruined an Otherwise Decent Stay I stayed at Esplanade Zagreb Hotel with high expectations given its historic prestige, but one employee’s unprofessional behavior significantly tarnished my experience. Upon arrival, I mistakenly entered the hotel’s parking area as the parking gate opened. After realizing the error, I proceeded to the lobby, completed check-in, and moved my car to the designated drop-off zone for valet service. At this point, a parking attendant aggressively confronted me—hands on hips, speaking in a condescending tone, and demanding how I’d accessed the area. His demeanor was more suited to scolding a trespasser than addressing a paying guest. To be fair, the front desk and concierge staff were perfectly polite and efficient. Had I not encountered this particular employee, my overall impression would have been positive. But for a hotel branding itself as a luxury establishment, even one hostile interaction is unacceptable. A guest’s entire perception can be undone by a single moment of poor service. The incident casts doubt on the hotel’s training standards. Why does such a disparity in staff attitudes exist? I hope management addresses this, as no amount of century-old tradition excuses rudeness. Until then, I’d hesitate to return or recommend Esplanade Zagreb without caution.

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

Questa è la prima volta che ottengo un upgrade a una suite al Marriott. Rispetto agli altri hotel in Germania, questo è davvero generoso! La camera è molto grande e avevo un po' paura di dormire da sola la notte. Sono rimasta davvero colpita dal regalo di benvenuto: vino rosso, biscotti e cioccolato! La colazione è molto ricca, con più varietà rispetto agli altri hotel in Germania. Non c'è una lounge, ma mi hanno dato due buoni per le bevande! Anche se l'hotel non è nuovissimo, l'upgrade deve essere stato un successo!

L'Hotel Timeout Heritage a Zagreb è una scelta solida! La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore della città, rendendo facile da esplorare. Le strutture sono ben mantenute e offrono un grande valore. Un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente per ogni viaggiatore.
