This hotel is very near to the historical area, just few minutes walk. Clean room but amenities are self service. It’s a surprise with breakfast pack provided which I was not expecting any breakfast included. Staffs services are good

5 starts hotel, staff are helpful and welcomed. The location is very good, near the train station, aeon mall and big camera is within 5 mins walkable distance. The hotel is aged but well maintained. They provide parking at the basement of the hotel. We had a good stay there.

Everything is superb. Welcome drinks , toiletries, extra complimentary ice cream, ramen & Yakult etc very generous. Feel like home. Nice room & onsen with great location & very nice staff. So much more than I asked for. Fantastic!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Japan. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Its location was convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Breakfast offered a good variety. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Posizione perfetta per una corsa al mattino presto nella zona del castello di Okayama. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione del tram di Shirosita! Altamente consigliato. P/s: possiamo chiedere al personale di fornirci gratuitamente un ferro da stiro.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station but easy to walk to. Just straight and right . There’s a convenience store just right in the lobby. The bus to Naoshima island is also close by. I extended one more day in the hotel. It was a very good hotel and nice and clean.

L'hotel è situato proprio fuori dalla stazione Okayama. Super grande hotel con un servizio eccellente, super facile accesso alla limousine aeroportuale! Molto consigliato!
