Regno Unito: hotel con internet nella provincia di Oxfordshire

Ho prenotato questo hotel per un weekend fuori porta per me e la mia compagna. È stato un regalo di compleanno anticipato, l'ho comunicato all'hotel al momento della prenotazione e sono stati così fantastici da mettere uno striscione e lasciare qualche piccolo regalo per lei, il che è stato incredibile, un gesto molto carino. Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale, educato e cortese. Sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione la possibilità di prenotare di nuovo in futuro se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti.

Servizi limitati. Solo un ristorante e alcuni giocattoli per bambini. La colazione era buona e deliziosa. Il personale può essere più formato per fornire servizi migliori. Aveva un'esperienza che quando il pulitore mi aveva pulito la stanza, lui o lei metteva solo dei sacchi di gomma in aperto dentro i sacchi di gomma e io dovevo aprire i sacchi e involgere i sacchi in gomma da solo. Il desk front aveva anche perso la mia parcella registrata che hanno raccolto per me.

Great guest house. Will book again. On a side note I am advised by the guest house that a refund has been sent to you, to forward onto me, due to at one point having no electricity. The guest house have advised that the refund will be sent from yourselves. Please advise when I will receive the refund. Thank you.

Walking distance to the city centre.  Very clean and cosy lodging.  Our room was very airy and tastefully decorated. The owner had the fan turned on prior to our arrival which made all the difference in such hot weather.  Good value for money!!

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Bicester Village. Chinese and Turkish restaurants nearby. Very polite front desk. Free parking. Room comfortable for two people, with free tea, coffee and milk.

Booked this hotel for an evening on Trip, which noted that breakfast was included in the price, and part of the reason for booking. We travelled, we arrived, we booked in: “your room does not include breakfast, but can be purchased at extra charge”. While checking in an American lady was talking to the other person on the desk about how hot her room was and the fact that there was no air conditioning, this should have been a warning sign. Went to our room dropped out stuff off, went and had an evening out, got back to the room, in a short space of time the room begins feeling hot, too much so for a comfortable nights sleep. Where’s the thermostat… oh no, refer back to the lads complaining earlier, there is not thermostat, there is no aircon. Check if the windows open, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom: Open the bathroom one, oh heck, this opens out onto the room next doors balcony (something we didn’t have), which is then both a privacy and a security issue, as they could look into the bathroom, or indeed get through the windows if they really wanted to, so not an option. Open the window in the bedroom, it’s right night to another rooms balcony, and whoever is staying there is up late taking and we can hear it all. Eventually get to sleep, 04:30 first car starts up in the car park, which is gravel and now making an amount of noise. Made reception aware on checking out, didn’t seem in the least bit interested. And let’s face it, they already know, we’d heard someone else complain the day before.

Il posto è fantastico per un soggiorno tranquillo in un passo dal centro città di Oxford 25-minute. L'alloggio è pulito, spazioso e ben mantenuto, rendendolo un vero relax. Dovremmo essere alzati presto la mattina, ma la posizione era molto tranquilla. Mandy, che ci ha aiutato con il controllo, era incredibilmente professionale e accogliente, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare una comoda esperienza.

Room is very clean with good facilities. We didn't have breakfast there because we had to leave early. Staff is friendly and helpful

the hotel is quite and in a lovely location . The rooms are nice very comfortable beds and bedding with spacious modern bathrooms. The room Ihad was unfortunately lacking a view as it was overlooking the aircon units . The front of house staff were excellent and went over and above to ensure I had a nice stay . The only downside I felt and feedback was that the bar /resturant area lacked any atmosphere the bar is unmanned there’s no encouragement to utilise the area and you feel that’s it not to be used so i often drank and ate elsewhere. hence the 4/5

My stay experience in Balkan lodge was amazing.  It was a cozy and neat lodge. The staff was very helpful and friendly.  The lodge with a great location where restaurants, grocery store and bus stations are close by.
