Ho prenotato questo hotel per un weekend fuori porta per me e la mia compagna. È stato un regalo di compleanno anticipato, l'ho comunicato all'hotel al momento della prenotazione e sono stati così fantastici da mettere uno striscione e lasciare qualche piccolo regalo per lei, il che è stato incredibile, un gesto molto carino. Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale, educato e cortese. Sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione la possibilità di prenotare di nuovo in futuro se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti.

The staff are very nice The check in process is very easy and very fast. Hotel location not in down town area but not difficult to get in. Room space is wider than other hotel in uk.

Amazing food, staff kind and very helpful. Restaurant connected with the Motel so very handy. If you bring a car there is a free Car Park there.

Having stayed at the Holiday Inn Oxford on three separate occasions now, I can wholeheartedly say it is a truly outstanding hotel and has become my firm favourite whenever I visit the area. Each stay has been consistently excellent, exceeding my expectations every time. From the moment you walk in, the check-in process is always smooth, efficient, and handled by genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. They make you feel valued right from the start. The rooms are consistently spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a busy day exploring Oxford or working. The bathrooms are modern and clean, and the overall room maintenance is clearly a high priority. I've always found the rooms to be quiet, providing a peaceful environment. What truly sets this Holiday Inn apart, in my experience, is the exceptional level of service across the board. Every staff member I've encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, has been professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities are great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options to start the day right. The location is also very convenient, offering easy access without the stress of navigating the very centre of Oxford, especially if you are driving. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I cannot recommend the Holiday Inn Oxford highly enough. It offers reliable comfort, fantastic service, and great value. It's clear they take pride in their hotel and their guests' satisfaction. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on my future trips to Oxford!

Excellent location! Super clean. Bed was too soft and small. (Used to a superking) felt like I was going to roll off as too soft. Nice touch to see a welcome note on TV on arrival.

Wonderful hotel, cannot fault anything, reception staff were amazing and very helpful, beds were extremely comfy, food was great. I would highly recommend using this hotel, and I will book a stay there again.

Il letto era davvero inconfortabile, è un letto economico con le fonti che si può sentire e quando uno di voi si muove, si disturba l'altro mentre il letto si agita. Avrei pensato che questo hotel avrebbe una migliore qualità mattresse, preferirei rimanere in un alloggio di viaggio la prossima volta

Stayed here over Christmas as we wanted to visit Bicester village for Boxing Day sales. Found that staying here and visiting Bicester Village just after opening helped us to skip the immense queues to enter Bicester Village (not just the individual shops which also had a queue of their own) that started a few hours after opening. - Room was very comfortable. - Amenities were supposedly available on request at the front desk but I didn’t try this. - 24h parking rate (starting from check in time) was £5. - Breakfast starts at 7am and the selection was good

After a day of exploring, the hotel's spa was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. I cannot recommend The Randolph Hotel enough to anyone visiting Oxford. Whether for its impeccable service, luxurious comfort, or prime location, this hotel is a gem that truly embodies the spirit of this historic city.

We were delighted with the attention, they gave us all information we needed for getting around, gave us recommendations for places to eat and gave us a warm welcome. The place was tidy and clean, it had some smart design for storing all our things and more, the bathroom had everything a traveler would need. I will definitively come back here on my next stay in Oxford
