Tutti i membri del personale vanno sopra e oltre la polizia sempre benvenuto con un sorriso quando sono arrivato la mia stanza non era abbastanza pronto La signora alla ricezione mi ha fatto un caffè mentre aspettavo la stanza da pulire consiglia a chiunque vuole rimanere a Newport e Solo a circa 3 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria

Booked this hotel to attend conference nearby. Loved the Signature room, which was big with seating area. Complimentary bottle of wine, or substitute with bottles of non-alcoholic drinks was nice touch. Pastries provided at the lounge made for quick and easy breakfast option. Enjoyed the swimming pool, jet pool, sauna and hot steam room in the Health club. Area around Resort is also very big, walking along the woodlands trail to the Golf club was therapeutic. Stay Signature room, worth the additional upgrade.

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Ci sono supermercati Lidl vicino, e la vita è conveniente.Vicino al centro della città, si possono raggiungere a piedi dieci minuti.Un po'di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria di Newport, e ci vogliono circa venti minuti per camminare all'hotel.

Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

L'hotel è nuovo, molto pulito e dispone di personale estremamente amichevole. È qualcosa fuori città che era ideale per il mio soggiorno in occasione del semimaratone di Cardiff. La colazione è eccellente, così come la cena. La mia stanza era in buono stato. In generale, è assolutamente consigliabile – Mi piacerebbe tornare.

Convenient hotel location for the the nearby ICC convention centre. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean and quiet. Air conditioning was working initially when experiencing the heatwave but that got fixed and felt cooler afterwards. Breakfast and meals in the restaurant were good with a spread of choices. Room wifi was weak and drops off frequently and could be improved upon.

Da una stazione ferroviaria a piedi per l'appartamento per dieci minuti, l'appartamento è situato in un edificio di scrittura. Ho appena bisogno di una reception per aiutare a aprire la porta.La ricezione è una madre, la gente molto amichevole e entusiasta. Dopo aver finito di soggiornare nella stanza, la stanza è due camere in una sala. È possibile cucinare e la cucina è molto completa, ma non c'è esperienza di stare un giorno.L'esperienza è buona, ho un senso di famiglia.

Grande camera, grande personale e grande posizione nel cuore di Caerleon. Ha anche uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona. Molto consigliata
