This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first. Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas. The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful! The room was spotless. The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal! I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it. Will be staying here again

Wow what can I say last minute booking so not expecting much But as soon as you walk in the staff make you feel so very welcome even had free refreshments in reception The lift security and your card very important on your own Room was fabulous clean and wonderful view and lovly tribute to Newport transporter bridge TV didn’t work but was moved with no fuss to another room Able to sit on terrace in sun Then evening meal was served by friendly staff even boxed up rest of meal as do much Bed very comfortable Shower was a bonus not to claim into a bath to be accessible Breakfast very good and agsin helpful staff with a smile Definitely recommend a stay here well done to all the staff

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una conferenza presso l'ICC, e devo dire che questo posto è stato grande in termini di pulizia e amicizia del personale. Il cammino verso la CPI potrebbe essere meglio, perché si deve attraversare molte luci di traffico, ma è per il consiglio di riparare! Adoro il colazione a distanza!

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Booked this hotel to attend conference nearby. Loved the Signature room, which was big with seating area. Complimentary bottle of wine, or substitute with bottles of non-alcoholic drinks was nice touch. Pastries provided at the lounge made for quick and easy breakfast option. Enjoyed the swimming pool, jet pool, sauna and hot steam room in the Health club. Area around Resort is also very big, walking along the woodlands trail to the Golf club was therapeutic. Stay Signature room, worth the additional upgrade.

La seconda volta qui e io l'amo assolutamente, tickle tutte le scatole! Grande strutture ricreative, bellissimo ambiente, ben tenuto hotel. Grande servizio, tutti sono sempre così utile, e sarò sicuramente di nuovo. Pic me rilassante dalla piscina! Anche un buon posto, vicino a Cardiff (siamo andati al concerto Harry Styles)

La stanza, il bagno sono moderati e puliti, le finestre possono essere aperte, il letto è comodo e WiFi buono.Ci sono ventilatori, un telaio con un telaio, nessuna lavatrice di testa, soluzione di lavaggio, TV. Cinque camere condividono una cucina, un forno, un microonde, un frigorifero, un tavolo da pranzo, un piccolo utensile per la tavola e così via. Ci sono supermercati Lidl vicino, e la vita è conveniente.Vicino al centro della città, si possono raggiungere a piedi dieci minuti.Un po'di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria di Newport, e ci vogliono circa venti minuti per camminare all'hotel.

Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, siamo stati saluti con cortesia e servizio amichevole,la stanza è stata ciò che abbiamo bisogno per la disabilità di mia moglie, il cibo è stato buono moltissime opzioni davvero piacere grazie
