Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

La stanza è molto delicata. L'intero hotel mi fa sentire molto unico. È delicata. Quando mi sono reclutato per la prima volta, ho incontrato un elegante uomo. Quando ho incontrato la prima volta che ho mangiato, ho incontrato un'entusiasmo molto superiore alla media britannica per raggiungere l'incantesimo degli Stati Uniti per prendere un piccolo pegno. Per la prima volta ho ricevuto una carta di legno, Per la prima volta, tutti i materiali alimentari adottati da un hotel in catena sono locali, la protezione ambientale supporta anche gli agricoltori locali, il bar è anche gratuito.L'unico insufficiente negli Stati Uniti è che l'hotel non ha parcheggio, altri sono perfetti

Excellent service from reception when we arrived to Raffael in the bar/restaurant and all the other staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent, we had a full meal one night and bar snacks the following night and everything was tasty and well presented.

Lovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

This hotel is great value for money, the rooms are lovely and modern but the hotel style is authentically vintage. I can recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to use Chester train station, it's a perfect location!

Incredible stay. The staff are amazing- especially the breakfast staff. Room clean and fresh and breakfast out of this world. They also give duck food to feed the swans and ducks after breakfast. They moved us to a quiet room as we were close to the lift. No issues at all. Price was amazing for 5 nights with breakfast. Can’t wait to come back.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.

Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e calda. È quello che volevamo per il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Non ho visitato il bar o il ristorante come era con il mio figlio di 12 anni, ma il menu era eccellente e la zona del bar sembrava piacevole. Molto spazio di parcheggio a posto. Sicuramente visitare di nuovo!
