Second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent place in the centre of Chester for shops and the Christmas market. Lovely rooms and excellent service in the restaurant. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

Situato a pochi passi dalla città di Chester, dal castello di Chester e dalla cattedrale di Chester, il centro di Chester è un appartamento ideale con vista sul muro di Chester City e il sole sul corse. Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A building with a history, Victorian era. Staff were friendly and the paintings around the walls are beautiful. The room was clean, large and the bed was just right, not too soft. Great location, just across the station and convenient to walk to town and other sites of interest. I would stay there again.

Incredible stay. The staff are amazing- especially the breakfast staff. Room clean and fresh and breakfast out of this world. They also give duck food to feed the swans and ducks after breakfast. They moved us to a quiet room as we were close to the lift. No issues at all. Price was amazing for 5 nights with breakfast. Can’t wait to come back.

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

I will be staying again, everything was positive from the service to cleanliness.
