Abbiamo finito per passare più di un'ora sulla linea verde, quando avremmo potuto raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti con la linea rossa. Abbiamo anche speso più di 1.000 JPY a testa per il viaggio in autobus. Il personale dell'hotel non si è scusato quando ho dato loro il feedback. Inoltre, non si sono presi la briga di ascoltarmi quando ho cercato di fargli notare che non avrebbero dovuto buttare le nostre cose in bagno senza prima consultarci. Il bagno puzzava di urina. Extremely friendly owner and staff. My car battery died because I left the lights on without knowing it. The owner and staff helped me to start the car. Also Guyaume made great suggestions that was valuable to my trip. Everything is nice, well maintained just as commented by everyone else. Hands down best place ever visited. Top tier hostel worldwide. Oh and if you want to go to that signature Lawson for photo, stay here. It’s close enough to walk drive bike before sunrise so you get pink Fuji.

スタッフの方がとても親切でフレンドリーでした。ウェルカムドリンクでワインをいただきました。6:30から朝ごはんが食べれますが、韓国料理が多く、種類は多くありませんがとても美味しかったです！駐車場も十分台数あります。

Yanagiya is a nice little local onsen. They do not have too many rooms so you will not feel overcrowded. It is a nice place to spend for days to relax your body and mind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can speak limited English but in case you come across any issue with language, feel free to use translation app. If you are driving, the onsen is easy to find and there is a carpark in front of the Onsen with plenty of space. There are also 2 x EV charging but not sure if they are for onsen guess. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The air conditioner is featured with heater and cooler function, so you don't have to worry about weather during winter and summer. The hot spring is open for 24 hrs, except time when they swap between male and female access, usually it takes 30 minutes and they take this opportunity to clean up the facilities too. Food are generally fine and portion is reasonable. Staff are caring d considerate. We have two kids at age of 7 and 9 and they do not take spicy or raw food. When they noticed, they have offered to tailor made the breakfast for the kids so that they don't prepare food that kids do not eat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
