Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Yamanashi

La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte al lago Kawaguchiko, e c'è un servizio navetta dall'hotel dalla stazione est di Kawaguchiko. Tuttavia, gli ospiti devono chiamare l'hotel per organizzare il prelievo dalla stazione. Inoltre, il prelievo è disponibile solo dalle 15:00 alle 18:00. Anche il servizio navetta mattutino per la stazione ha posti limitati e il personale non ci ha informato in anticipo che avremmo dovuto prenotare in anticipo. Abbiamo perso il servizio in uno dei giorni perché il pulmino era pieno. La comunicazione è scarsa. Le informazioni vengono condivise solo parzialmente (come descritto sopra). Un'altra brutta esperienza è stata quando il personale della reception ci ha informato che potevamo prendere ENTRAMBE le linee di autobus turistici, rossa e verde, per raggiungere la stazione di Kawaguchiko, senza specificare che la linea verde ha un percorso molto lungo. Abbiamo finito per passare più di un'ora sulla linea verde, quando avremmo potuto raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti con la linea rossa. Abbiamo anche speso più di 1.000 JPY a testa per il viaggio in autobus. Il personale dell'hotel non si è scusato quando ho dato loro il feedback. Inoltre, non si sono presi la briga di ascoltarmi quando ho cercato di fargli notare che non avrebbero dovuto buttare le nostre cose in bagno senza prima consultarci. Il bagno puzzava di urina. La pulizia deve essere migliorata.

Ho vissuto l'anno scorso, ma il bagno e'molto bello. La stanza è molto pulita, le strutture sono ben preparate e molto buone.Voglio usarla di nuovo.

A very lovely hotel that is a heaven for kids. They have all the necessities you might need for babies to preschooler. Great staff, all friendly and helpful and really great amenities. Located in a peaceful lovely town with very kind and friendly locals. Only gripe is that the soundproofing of the rooms are non existent! We could hear the entire conversation of the guest next door. 90% local Japanese guests but surprisingly they are not the usual polite and considerate guests. They allow their kids to run and scream down the hallways outside the rooms as early as 6am and late as 11pm, the adults themselves are talking loudly too. So, if you're a light sleeper who goes to bed early, this hotel is not for you.

L'atmosfera era favolosa e Kaiseki mangia sorprendente. La stanza è grande e confortevole. Il prezzo è stato ben meritato. Kagetsu è il top notch con la loro attenzione ai dettagli per il loro servizio, cibo, bagni Onsen e altro ancora. Non esitate a andare lì. È un soggiorno come il sogno. 🎎

Il luogo è medio, vicino alla stazione di Kangfu.L'ambiente è elegante, tranquillo e confortevole, l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è buono.Un hotel di marchio con storie storiche vale la pena raccomandare.

房間超預期。看名字覺得是比較老舊的酒店。但實際是很新的。一層大堂有較大的區域可以工作會客。早餐不錯。室內乾淨整齊。被子舒服。以後還會去。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
