The main issue was the attitude of the reception staff during check-in. I arrived at 3:45 PM, only 15 minutes before check-in, but was told to wait. When I politely asked how long, the staff member responded rudely and told me he would let me know. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes before going to pray. When I returned, the same staff member was free, so I approached him, but he told me to wait for another staff member who was busy with another guest, even though he was free and had already seen my booking. Eventually, I had to wait again before being checked in. Overall, the attitude and customer service were not professional or welcoming.

There were several issues during my stay. First, the balcony glass door could not be closed properly. I am quite sure the hotel was already aware of this issue, as their technician came and fixed it immediately without checking or asking any questions. However, I had to call twice before someone finally came. Secondly, the service quality does not match the price paid. The breakfast area is also very small. It was almost fully occupied, and the tables were placed extremely close to each other, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. In addition, while I understand that hotels require guests to check out on time, the way it was handled felt more like constant rushing. I received a call at 12:15 and another call at 12:55 to remind me to check out. If check-out time is strictly enforced, I would expect the same level of urgency for check-in as well. Lastly, there was inconsistency regarding the check-in time. My Trip.com booking confirmation clearly stated a 2:00 PM check-in, but the hotel informed me that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM.

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

L'hotel è davvero lontano da Haram porta d'ingresso 307 è top 3 a 5 minuti a piedi ero con mio padre stavo nella piccola stanza e la doccia molto piccola la persona non accedere accogliente se non si vuole pagare caro è top I commenti che ho visto prima di prenotare mi hanno spaventato, ma sono andato tutto bene, lo faccio consiglio

Posizione eccellente e la vista sulla moschea del Profeta è insuperabile. Le camere sono un po' datate, anche la colazione era ok, ma il servizio è stato cordiale e accomodante.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Reception was really good any issues was resolved instantly hotel breakfast was bit disappointing in terms of of variety and some food was not fresh rest location is excellent and reception staff is brilliant and the boys for floor 9 were really good laundry was bit disappointing I will not use it as I had chase for my clothes

I recently stayed at Madinah Hilton as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. I would definitely choose Madinah Hilton again on my next visit to Madinah and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel.La posizione è eccezionale, solo una passeggiata molto breve a Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, rendendolo incredibilmente conveniente per le preghiere. Il personale era benvenuto, gentile e sempre disposto ad aiutare. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. La casa ha fatto un ottimo lavoro ogni giorno, e le strutture dell'hotel hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la calda ospitità e l'atmosfera tranquilla durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie per aver reso così memorabile la nostra visita a Madina. Noi saremmo sicuramente innamorati di restare qui al nostro prossimo viaggio, in shaa Allah.

Servizio oltre le aspettative. Sono stato promosso dalla Junior Suite alla Suite Presidenziale con vista parziale sull'Haram dal cortese e gentile DM Anas. Zona soggiorno molto ampia. Il letto è molto comodo, con lenzuola e cuscini di buona qualità. L'hotel è vicino all'ingresso maschile della moschea dell'Haram. Non vedo l'ora di gustare un abbondante buffet e una cena di qualità. Per chi è esigente in fatto di cibo, sono abbastanza soddisfatto. Il personale del ristorante fa del suo meglio per servire, ma a volte riesce a soddisfare meglio alcune esigenze. L'apparecchiatura dei tavoli potrebbe essere migliorata. Uno dei pessimi atteggiamenti del personale. Piccolo di corporatura e poco disponibile. Gli chef sono appassionati nella preparazione dei piatti.
