Stanza meravigliosa vicino a Masjid an-Nabawi. L'hotel era pulito, tranquillo e ben mantenuto. Il personale era molto amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La posizione rendeva facile raggiungere la moschea per le preghiere. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie e i pellegrini che visitano Madina.

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

Posizione eccellente e la vista sulla moschea del Profeta è insuperabile. Le camere sono un po' datate, anche la colazione era ok, ma il servizio è stato cordiale e accomodante.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel. The location is exceptional—just a very short walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for prayers. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, in shaa Allah.

Adatto a famiglie, viaggiatori singoli e anche amici. L'hotel era molto carino, a circa 1,2 km/10 minuti a piedi dall'Haram, abbastanza fattibile, il check-in è stato semplice, le camere erano pulite. Sono arrivato al settimo piano dove sono stato accolto con un grande sorriso, rispetto e un ottimo servizio dal signor Fairoos, che si è assicurato che avessi la migliore esperienza, ha chiesto degli asciugamani extra e me li ha dati velocemente, e tornavo sempre in una stanza ordinata e con un grande sorriso, lo consiglierei sicuramente e prenoterei di nuovo per il prossimo viaggio a Medina, il mio cuore è ancora in questa bellissima città santa.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, mais un rafraîchissement global serait vraiment nécessaire. Plusieurs éléments nous ont déçues : peinture refaite seulement par endroits, meubles marqués par le temps, moquette mal fixée, plinthes manquantes, un drap propre mais troué, faïence absente dans la douche, plafond non rafraîchi, joints vieillissants… Nous avons aussi rencontré un souci avec la douche : la température de l’eau changeait soudainement de très chaude à très froide, ce qui rendait le moment inconfortable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Le dîner, en revanche, ne nous a pas convaincues. Nous n’avons rien signalé, car nous étions en pèlerinage, mais nous sommes tout de même restées perplexes au regard du prix.
