The resort is very conveniently located, just close to everything. Inside the resort precinct there’s a dive shop which is great for divers. The resort staff are very hospitable with great services. Plenty of free activities provided everyday including fire walk, kava ceremony and fish feeding etc. Tours can be booked through the tour booking desk at reception. Highly recommended for travellers looking for diving and other outdoor activities.

Loved our stay at the Hilton, service staff super friendly, food and cocktails were delicious and the pools did t disappoint. Nice Long sandy Beach to walk along each day (1.5km), 3 restaurants and some small shops for snacks. Great for families with kids, loads of daily activities and perfect for adults getting a break from the kids. Definitely coming back!!!

L'hotel è a 8 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto fm. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Ho avuto una piscina vista al secondo livello , molto carino. Il servizio in camera era veloce e il cibo era così buono. Concierge ha aiutato a organizzare un trasferimento di aeroporto di mattina presto e il desk front ha organizzato il mio colazione di partenza. Il servizio è eccellente!! Molto raccomandato.

Il nostro accogliente accogliente è stato molto consapevole e utile, e il personale e il bellissimo hotel sono stati accolti con favore per la BULA, che ha chiesto di essere aggiornato in un giorno caldo.
La camera era bella e attraente, tranquilla e confortevole, ma il personale era molto utile, ma vorrebbe un po' più varietà durante il colazione, per quanto riguarda il cibo più leggero.
Altrimenti il nostro soggiorno sarebbe perfetto, sarebbe stato cercato di prenotare qui di nuovo.

Radisson is our goto hotel everything I am in denarau. However this year I wanted to explore a bit of other hotels in denarau and booked Hilton however the hotel was rundown and dirty so we checked out on the same day as checkin and came fo stay at Radisson as we knew it’ll have the cleanliness and services we needed for our family especially for our child of 2 years. The hotel is amazing and so are the staff. Thank you Radisson for your service and we will continue being there anytime we are in Fiji

We recently stayed at the ”Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.

La stanza era pulita, confortevole, doccia e cuscinetti. Personale utile. Non avevamo tempo per la piscina o il ristorante, ma entrambi sembravano carini. Aircon & fan erano un po' alto e poche porte a bassa voce, ecc da altre stanze degli ospiti.

DDr. Justin HattThe staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food.
The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating.
The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.
When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available.

MMeglou28The hotel is in a good location, however the WiFi doesn’t reach the room. The curtains didn’t shut all the way so it was hard to maintain privacy. There also isn’t any food available to buy at the hotel. Bed was comfortable and I had a restful nights sleep.

Le camere sono datate e necessitano di manutenzione, erano mezze vuote, quindi è il momento perfetto per sistemare una stanza alla volta. Il letto è stato girato da un lato al centro della stanza. Bella vista, ma ora non ci sono più PowerPoint per caricare i telefoni ecc. L'interruttore della luce ti costringe ad alzarti dal letto per spegnerla dalla porta d'ingresso. La configurazione è fuori controllo. Devono essere sistemati al più presto. Niente portarotolo. Solo dei fori per viti dove era originariamente. Dopo essermi lamentato, ne hanno montato uno. Il soffione della doccia ha dovuto essere spostato per bagnarsi. Ci sono branchi di cani che frequentano il retro del resort. La mia prima notte sono arrivato a mezzanotte. I cani hanno guaito e abbaiato fino alle 2 del mattino, da quello che so, perché finalmente mi sono addormentato. Gliel'ho detto. Sembrava che alcuni dipendenti li avessero cacciati via per qualche notte. Ma ci sono state altre due notti in cui l'abbaiare è ricominciato. Quindi 3 notti su 6. La colazione era buona. Ma niente pancetta 3 giorni su 6. Non acceso. Il tasso di cambio era pessimo. 1 a 1,30 dollari delle Fiji. In realtà sono andato al resort più avanti sulla strada 1 a 1,42, il taxi per l'hotel era 30 dollari delle Fiji più caro del resto. Per esempio, sono andato al Ghecko Resort per cena. Ho prenotato un taxi andata e ritorno per le Fiji a 60 dollari. L'hotel ne voleva 100. Ho bisogno di un profitto ma non sono molto accomodanti con gli ospiti. Ho prenotato fuori da tutti i trasporti. La cena era buona e varia. Ma sono uscito poche volte. Cucina migliore all'aperto. Niente Wi-Fi nelle camere o nel resort a meno che non si vada alla reception. Un grande dramma. Ho sentito molte persone dire che è ridicolo e hanno fatto il check-out prima. Una coppia ha prenotato. Sono andato nella loro stanza. Ho chiesto alla reception dov'è il Wi-Fi. Mi hanno detto che è disponibile solo qui alla reception. Hanno detto di fare il check-out ora. Andiamo altrove. Potrebbe essere un bel resort. Il personale è tutto lì. La zona e la posizione sono buone. Ho solo bisogno che la direzione si prepari. Prima di tutto, il Wi-Fi è immediato e poi la manutenzione delle camere.

Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

UUtente ospiteUna strana esperienza qui devo dire.. Sono arrivato alla camera da letto 28 (anche se trip.com ha detto che era 10 letto) e non c'era alcun segno di nessuna altra vita nel dormitorio. La maggior parte dei letti sembrava essere fatta mesi fa e nessuno aveva dormito in loro da quando erano coperti di polvere e di polvere. Sono tornato al ricevimento per chiedere cosa sta succedendo e hanno detto che sono l'unico che ha fatto la prenotazione, quindi l'ho accettato come era. Ma più tardi, quando ero seduta al bar, un membro del personale mi avvicinò e mi disse che ero stato migliorato (perché ieri i dormitori non erano puliti a causa di un grande gruppo di visitatori) così ho finito di passare due notti in un lussuoso burro, La prima notte condivideva con qualcun altro che era stato prenotato per le dorme. La gabbia era bella e senza spot e sono molto grato per l'aggiornamento. La doccia esterna era anche molto bello!
Il colazione è stato eccellente con molti da scegliere! Uova, salsicce, feci, pane, torte, yogurt, frutta, cereali multipli, tè, caffè e succo, una mattina ci sono stati pancake.
The only downsides to this resort is they don't have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt hurried in my opinion and the trip wasn't Non c'era tempo per fermarci e osservare nulla, sembrava che i ragazzi della barca volessero solo farlo passare e fare il più velocemente possibile.

SsabsabhoThe road to the resort is a bit bumpy and nothing is really near to the resort (restaurants/ convenient stores etc.), so you will need to call a taxi every time you need to go out or get supplies. The room itself is not super bright and the furnitures were a bit wear out. The resort is literally on a beach, so do expect to have quite some mosquito whenever you are on your way back to your room, and it's also tricky for travellers with big luggages to carry their bags to their rooms, since there are few steps of stairs to the door of your room and the pathway is sand. However, if you are here for a short stay, I think it would be ok to look past that.
If you are looking to stay for a night in Nadi, and going to the islands for the next few days, I suggest looking for other accommodations in downtown Nadi, such as Nalagi Hotel. As we drive past other hotels such as Mercury Hotel, it seems like a motel as well, so it might be best to look for something downtown.
