Cinque stelle su cinque! Un'esperienza incredibile all'Hotel Guoshi.
Questo soggiorno all'Hotel Guoshi ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, devo assolutamente dargli il massimo dei voti! La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana e a un quartiere commerciale. È incredibilmente comodo per fare shopping, mangiare fuori o raggiungere qualsiasi appuntamento. Si può raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi, risparmiando un sacco di tempo negli spostamenti. L'hotel offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale; il prezzo è accessibile ma la qualità non ne risente minimamente. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole, le strutture sono complete e funzionanti, e il bagno con la doccia separata è un tocco premuroso, con un'ampia fornitura di acqua calda. Anche se l'hotel non include la colazione, ci sono tantissime opzioni deliziose e variegate nelle vicinanze, quindi non c'è assolutamente bisogno di preoccuparsi. L'esperienza complessiva è stata molto piacevole. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e il check-in e il check-out sono stati efficienti e veloci. The Zhonglian Hotel is one of the best-located hotels in Dandong, sitting right on the Yalu River with direct views of the Broken Bridge and even across to North Korea. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the vintage décor gives an old-time atmosphere that makes the stay unique.
Breakfast is available with both Chinese and some Western choices, though the variety could be improved . Staff are polite and helpful, and the riverside location makes it easy to enjoy evening walks or explore nearby restaurants.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete e la pulizia è ottima. Ogni giorno il personale addetto alle pulizie viene a sistemare la camera e le bottiglie d'acqua minerale sono sempre abbondanti. Anche le docce funzionano perfettamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sebbene sia bassa stagione, il paesaggio di Dalian è comunque bellissimo e la gente del posto è molto accogliente. Spero di rivedere Dalian, questa bellissima città, la prossima volta!

第一次來錦州，上網選了這家酒店，超預期的好，性價比很高，從酒店設計到酒店的床品都很滿意，又比較安靜，我們從香港到從北京，這是這幾天住得最舒適的酒店，酒店的香味是我喜歡的味道，特別房間的木質香氣，早餐也很豐富多樣，出乎意料的好👍🏻，酒店服務人員也熱情主動，笑容可掬。結束早餐臨走還給沖了兩杯咖啡回房間喝，送了兩盒酸奶，還給介紹，是當地的老品牌，不知道是不是經理，真的服務超好👍🏻，值得再次入住，真的很棒，即無形中做好自己的酒店品牌，也讓人對錦州這種城市增加了好感，生活在這裡應該很有幸福感，以後有機會再來。

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Questo è un hotel ben prezioso per una qualità e un hotel molto ben situato nel centro di Shenyang. È a metri di ristoranti, ristoranti e stazione di manutenzione. Scegliere l'hotel ecologico è guardare l'ambiente dell'hotel. Entrare nell'hotel sembra entrare nella foresta tropicale. L'aria è buona, la temperatura della camera non è fredda e non è calda, molto comoda, gli ornamenti sono molto artistici.La camera è grande, igienica e confortevole, e fuori dalla finestra c'è una pianta tropicale alta, come se vivesse nella foresta tropicale. State tranquilli! L'hotel è a destra di Middle Street e potevo vedere la strada pedonale direttamente dalla finestra della mia camera. Le camere sono moderne, senza spot e il letto era fantastico. Il personale è caldo e utile, il colazione è eccellente, e gli straordinari come lavanderia gratuita e la consegna robot lo hanno fatto ancora meglio. Il parcheggio può diventare occupato, ma il personale dell'hotel ha aiutato subito e potevamo fermarci davanti alle scale. Molto raccomandato!

UUtente anonimoThis establishment is located in an apartment building. It is not exactly a hotel but an apartment for rent. It is located about 6-7 minutes walk to the beach and it’s very close to Wanda Hotel. Going to this place from Bayuquan train station only takes 10 mins and the taxi cost is less than 10rmb. There are many taxis in front of Bayuquan train station exit so it is easy to get to the apartment.
The main receiving area of this apartment is on the third floor of another apartment building. When we got there, one of their staff immediately took us to another apartment building where our room was. The check in with our passports was unnecessary. It was easy and convenient.
Since it was an apartment, I did not have a really high expectation when it comes to the design of the place. Below is the summary of my review:
Good stuff:
1. Very beautiful view: Our room was the best in all the room options, according to the owner. The management upgraded our room. We got 180 degrees view of the sea. Below us was the view of the hot spring next door. There were no obstacles for the view. We saw everything in the horizon!
2. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful
3. The location is near the beach. 6-7 mins walk
4. The room was spacious with all the basic and necessary things. However, I did not expect to use disposable towels.
5. The room has a small kitchen with an induction cooker and a steamer. Ideal for a family with infants or toddlers.
6. Easy to get to by taxi
7. The bed was comfortable. They have a soft yellow blanket that my baby liked.
8. There are many restaurants by the sea serving seafood, barbecue and dongbei food.
9. You could easily rent umbrellas if you want to hang out by the sea. For a simple umbrella with a table and some stools, 200 for the whole day.
10. There is a small amusement park by the sea. A square with fun things to do. Fireworks at night and there are many other water activities you can do during the day time. It won’t be too boring.
11. The place is famous for digging in the sand, catching some crabs or collecting shells on low tide.
12. It could get pretty crowded around summer but it’s normal for a tourist spot.
13. The apartment is near a hotspring. Paid separately. Must book in advance.
Things for improvement:
1. The room could be a little cleaner. The drinking glasses were not properly washed
2. I could tell they only cleaned the bathroom floors but did not scrub the corners of the walls. Some dirt accumulated there. Could do better when it comes to cleaning.
3. Disposable towels were okay but real towels are a lot better for drying.
4. The bathroom is way too small. The door blocked the way in the bathroom and I hurt myself as I moved around since the distance between the sink and the door was so small. I am already a small person and this space is too small for me.
5. There was a weird smell that was coming out from the bathroom. It could be from the pipes. The management should check and maintain this place so there would be no weird smell in the future.
6. There are restaurants downstairs but the options are limited to only the things I mentioned above.
General take on Bayuquan:
It is a good place for a weekend getaway but it is not a well developed place to go looking for a good cafe to chill and hang out nor a place to find KFC or McDonald’s. There are many buildings that were closed due to inactivity or maybe buildings that were built but never used. Anyway, it can look better and do better if Bayuquan will improve its infrastructures like the walk ways, small parks and malls. It is a small, quiet city near a beach. If you are looking for a weekend getaway near a beach, this is one of the places to go to. You can go swimming but the water is not very clear. Staying for a day or two would be good enough.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

KKalim’s worldUpon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a bright, welcoming smile. The check-in process was swift, and the staff kindly introduced me to the hotel facilities. They even unfolded a map to provide a detailed guide to Dalian’s highlights and the surroundings of the hotel. Politeness and warmth are truly at the heart of their service here. Guests need not feel uneasy in this unfamiliar city—the care they receive makes all the difference.
While the InterContinental brand lives up to its renowned reputation, it is truly the active dedication of the hotel staff that brings it to life. At the front desk, Grace Zhao left a bright and wonderful first impression of the hotel, and her kindness made me forget I was in a new place. The next day, Lily Xia kindly introduced me to the excellent breakfast and local Dalian specialties, offering me the chance to truly savor them—she is one of those who showed me what the ”Dalian smile” and genuine warmth are all about. As I finished breakfast, the cup of warm coffee she offered felt like more than just a drink—it was a gentle gesture, as if to say, ”We won’t let you leave empty-handed or without a fond memory.”
Personally, I feel that InterContinental Hotel truly has many wonderful people working here. It is also evident that the hotel invests actively and continuously in staff training. Located in the heart of Dalian, InterContinental Dalian enjoys an excellent geographical advantage, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. The amenities here leave nothing to be desired—during my visit on a cold day, I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were thoroughly satisfying. The dining options are also diverse, catering to different tastes and offering delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the room facilities, cleanliness, and the prompt, kind service from all the staff are advantages not easily found elsewhere in the area. As someone who travels frequently to this region for work, I can say with confidence: if asked about this hotel’s greatest strength, I would not hesitate to say it is the remarkable harmony of its people, location, and facilities.
I can genuinely say I have no regrets about leaving this review under my real name. If you wish to fully enjoy Dalian’s scenery, flavors, and people, this hotel is the wisest choice. Especially friends like Grace and Lily will leave you with the most beautiful memories of Dalian. VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

UUtente anonimoQuesto è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Shenyang. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, con una sorgente termale esterna. All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

YYeekoLa posizione è fenomenale!!! Splendida vista dall'alto. Puoi guardare in basso e vedere la città e il mare. La vista notturna è spettacolare. L'hotel è molto pulito! Avere abbastanza servizi per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, se vuoi che la tua camera sia pulita, dovresti fornire all'hotel dettagli specifici su ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio portare fuori la spazzatura e pulire il letto o aspirare il pavimento, ecc. Non l'abbiamo fatto, abbiamo solo chiesto di pulire la stanza e solo la spazzatura è stata portata via ma la stanza era ancora così com'è. Inoltre, in questo momento sono in corso importanti lavori di costruzione dalle 5:00 alle 22:00. Quindi se il rumore ti dà fastidio, scusa ma non puoi farci niente :(. Dining was a highlight: the restaurant, which had a truly vibey atmosphere, made it even better by great live entertainment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa treatment. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptionally helpful management. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. Highly recommend for comfort, fun, and top-notch service.

SSeanchorSi tratta di un raro hotel-castello in puro stile europeo, con un'ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza Xinghai. È molto comodo per mangiare e viaggiare e ci sono auto speciali che vengono a prendervi su e giù per la montagna. La stanza è molto grande. La camera con vista mare si affaccia sul ponte che attraversa il mare e la vista è davvero impressionante. Le strutture interne sono un po' vecchie, ma nel complesso accettabili. Il servizio è caloroso e premuroso. La hall è magnifica e suggestiva. Nel pomeriggio sono previsti anche spettacoli interattivi per bambini. Ci sono diversi ascensori nella hall ed è facile perdersi. La qualità della colazione è nella media, a parte il prezzo elevato, tutto il resto è soddisfacente.

KK LacsOcean loft is an apartment. Not a hotel. The location is perfect for tourist.and the view from the window is beautiful. But i would say the cleanliness isnt good. The toilet smells. And there are crumbs of biscuit on the floor. But overall its okay. Because of the location i would give it 5/10.
