La posizione dell'hotel è quasi perfetta, vicino al traghetto per Sun Island, alla zona commerciale e alla stazione della metropolitana. Il servizio è buono e il personale è disponibile. Viene offerto un tè pomeridiano gratuito, ma non aspettatevi troppo. L'hotel è pulito e le camere sono spaziose, anche se l'esterno sembra un po' datato.

The location of the hotel is superb - walkable to Central Street and St Sophia's Church. Room was big and warm, something that we really needed from the cold weather in Harbin. The cats in the cat corner are too cute!

Nella zona di Daoli, ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la chiesa di Santa Sofia, 10 minuti per Central Street e 10 minuti per Zhaolin Park. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. I camerieri sono molto entusiasti, la stanza ha il riscaldamento a pavimento e la temperatura è adatta. Lo svantaggio è che l'isolamento acustico della stanza non è buono, sento molto chiaramente la conversazione della porta accanto e mi sono svegliato presto due giorni .

I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.

Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

Отличный отель, большие просторные номера. Оформленны в современном стиле. Семьям с детками особенно понравятся тематические номера. Деткам дают красивые детские тапочки и интересный зубной набор. Завтраки это особенность этого отеля.!!!! Такого выбора и такого вида мы ещё в Китае нигде не видели. Большой ресторан все очень вкусно. Большой выбор блюд и супов, и даже есть роллы. В следующей поездке в Хэйхе будем останавливаться только в этом отеле!!!

I booked a hotel for my family. They said everything was great, but they would have appreciated having at least one Russian TV channel. Also, there were no clothes hooks in the bathroom.

The airport pickup was smooth even though our flight arrived midnite, and we had no prior booking. We requested assisstant at the airport counter to call the hotel. During check in, the staff at the counter were helpful even with language barrier. In the morning, the hotel staff kindly assisted us in booking our Didi ride. Overall for a short trip, the location was excellent.

Contro: La stanza era piccola, umida e puzzava. La serratura della porta era rotta e mancavano le viti! La stanza non era insonorizzata e sentivo chiaramente la conversazione del vicino. Il vetro della finestra era rotto. La pulizia era scarsa. Il bagno perdeva acqua e il copripiumino aveva della carta che copriva la zona danneggiata. Pro: Era a due isolati dalla Cattedrale di Santa Sofia, a 5 minuti a piedi, e di fronte a un mercato all'ingrosso. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e ha persino organizzato un check-in anticipato!

È un hotel economico dignitoso; la pulizia non è perfetta, ma non è del tutto accettabile. La biancheria da letto è bianca e sporca. Vengono forniti solo gli asciugamani da bagno, che vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Il personale cerca di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda degli ospiti. Quindi, tutto è assolutamente ”buono”. Via Arbat è un po' lontana, ma ci sono autobus regolari, quindi quando siamo stanchi prendiamo il 131; un paio di fermate e ci troviamo in una zona pedonale.
