Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Hokkaidō

The hotel looks a little far at first (about 10–15 min walk from the station), but with the cool windy weather, it felt like an easy walk. Maybe in mid-summer or snow winter it could be tougher, but during our stay it was very comfortable short walk for us. The room was spacious and spotless. The sofa was already prepared with bed sheets and pillows, making it easy for a 3rd or even 4th guest to sleep (just make sure to put the correct number of guests, including children, when booking). The onsen was excellent – clean, large, and with real spring water. There’s also a washing machine (bring your own detergent), and a kitchenette in the room, though you need to borrow cooking utensils from the front desk, guest need to clean them after use. (No condiments are provided) Breakfast was very good, but the only downside is the 40-minute time limit. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, though one female staff at reception and a male staff at the breakfast area seemed less welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend this place to families who want a spacious room with a small kitchen and a proper onsen. Definitely choose the breakfast plan if you book.

A Perfect Stay with a View – I Wish I Could Stay Longer! I stayed at Cross Hotel Sapporo and absolutely loved it. The view of the Sapporo TV Tower at night was amazing, especially while relaxing in the massage chair in the room — such a nice touch! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also a highlight — everything was fresh and delicious. One night definitely wasn’t enough. Next time, I’ll be sure to stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo!

設施：這個酒店真的是二世谷的性價比之王啊，隔壁柏悦當時訂的時候沒有三人間，選了日航，雖然價格也不便宜，但是住宿體驗非常好。出門步行三分鐘到308，我們到的第一天晚上去看mountain lights，而且趕上了黃金週最後一天的煙花，感覺很不錯。 服務：每天含早餐，早餐衹要吃自製海鮮丼感覺就能吃出一套房啊，魚子海鮮飯札幌一碗應該就4000了，這邊隨便吃。晚餐和午餐因為柏悦不好訂，也在餐廳吃的，吃到了蝦夷鹿排，味道很不錯，全瘦肉，也有湯咖喱的選擇。 環境：酒店後面就是tree walk和tree trekking的森林，訂了活動定時去就可以。酒店的The Shop也有花火賣，晚上帶孩子放煙花，價格也是非常合適，主要是在北京根本不可能讓放煙花的。

The hotel location is good. Cons: We stayed in a 3 people room, it was quite crowded, as it was in fact a twin room + an additional bed. We could barely find space to open our suitcases. The hotspring /SPA was so crowded at night that we once had to wait outside the lounge. I don't know if it's because the hotspring/ SPA will close at 10:30 pm; I personally prefer hotels with SPA open overnight. There were many varieties and choices available in the breakfast. However, the hot dishes weren't hot enough, and there won't be any changes in the food varieties. I was also not notified by the hotel of an arrived package I ordered online. I was disappointed.

L'hotel ha superato le aspettative! Non solo è spazioso, ma è anche pulito e bellissimomente progettato. La stanza aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno comodo. 🥰 Il bagno e la doccia sono separati. Hanno anche fornito scarpe e pantaloncini stampati fuori dalla tua stanza.Il colazione era delizioso con una buona varietà di opzioni, più di abbastanza per soddisfare diversi gusti.Il bagno pubblico gratuito è un bel bonus. Sarei sicuramente tornato se avessi visitato questa zona di nuovo!

Hotel are elegant and japanese style design. Room are clean and big, beds are comfy, toilet are clean, TV got lots of local channels. Check-in out are quick, we ask for extra pillows, they delivered it fast and also ask for re-heat the food from lawson by microware, they are happy to help. The toilet are quite advance, it is automatic toilet lid. Hotel also provide bathing salt for bathing ^_^, Two thumbs up!!! We take the midnite flight to CTS domestic airport, Hotel are located at international terminal. I am quite surprised that the walkway between domestic and international terminals will be shutdown after midnite. Luckily, I told the airport security we go to hotel, they open the gate and let us thorough. Overall, the hotel are great and everything beyond the standard. Definitely, one of my choice when I back to sapporo.

새로리모델링 한곳이라서 그런지 입구부터 맘에들더라고요ㅎㅎ 저는 신관을묶었는데 조용하기도하고 푯말이 깨우지말라는것과 밖에있으니 청소해달라는 두가지의 푯말이 있어서 너무 효율성있고 좋았어요! 그리고 방도 생각보다 넓고 화장실도 냄세안나고 대욕탕은 너무 따끈하고 모든게 좋았네여ㅎㅎ 좀 비싸다고 생각은했지만 비싼값 했던것같아요ㅎㅎ 개인적으로 대욕탕이 좋았는데 시간이안되서 한번밖에 이용못해서 아쉽긴했어요ㅎㅎ 그래도 홀리데이 호텔덕분에 즐거운 여행보내고 왔어요!! 다음에도 삿포로간다면 또 숙박하고 싶네요ㅎㅎ

Abbiamo cambiato camera, passando dalla suite con onsen privato a una normale camera doppia. Ovviamente, una grande differenza nei servizi e nei pasti. Ma nel complesso è stato comunque un soggiorno fantastico. È importante che la camera sia pulita e che riesca a provare l'onsen pubblico: era enorme, ma purtroppo non c'era una bella vista da quello esterno. Vicinissimo al parco degli orsi, raggiungibile a piedi, e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per il villaggio di Jidai. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

The hotel is located at the prime location of Sapporo JR Station which is convenient for traveling, shopping and dining. There is also parking available for self driving guest just at the shopping center of the same building of the hotel.
