Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Hokkaidō

Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service. The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away.

There are private room options available, with your own wardrobe space, desk, and chair. I chose the top bunk — it takes a bit of effort to climb up, but it’s more budget-friendly. There are only a few private shower rooms on the third floor. However, the public bath on the 8th floor is very spacious and includes hot and cold plunge pools, as well as a sauna. The hotel provides indoor wear for guests, but complimentary drinking water is not available.

So far so good, it has an independent washing machine with dryer function in the room and air conditioning that is able to be controlled by temperature and mode.

We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The location is within easy walking distance of major attractions, subway lines, and great restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable,fantastic night's sleep every single night. Best of all, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic in overall. Super satisfied with a night stay with Portom. Top notch service were provided by the staffs in Portom. Welcome drink was served upon checkin. View from my room is superb where I can see the airport directly with think snow during my stay. Very close to International Airport. 10-15mins walk to Domestic airport. Free onsen during your stay.

Hotel bellamente ristrutturato. Purtroppo, il personale è nuovo e sorprendente non molti del personale front desk possono parlare in inglese.  La colazione era buona con molte scelte, ma non potevamo mangiare la maggior parte del tempo, perché la mia famiglia deve andare in anticipo per attività come sci e tour locali. Il personale del caffè ci permette di iniziare il colazione prima dell'ora di apertura, ma una signora inglese con un cappotto si è alzata una mattina e ci ha fermati da iniziare il colazione prima dell'ora di apertura. Era così brutta e ci ha detto di aspettare fino a 630 prima di poter toccare il cibo! Non capisco perché non possiamo cominciare con i cereali già in mostra.  Ritorno al mio soggiorno, poiché l'hotel è nuovo, le camere sono grandi e il manico è pulito e confortevole.

Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people. Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction.

La posizione era eccellente. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Circolato con negozi, ristoranti, negozi convenienti e il mercato mattinale è a soli 3 minuti a piedi. È possibile vedere il porto n montagne fr camera d'albergo. Bello luogo. Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole n utile alle mie domande. Molti posti per mangiare.
