MMillennial_saysThe moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

Jjo_Grande posizione, proprio intorno all'angolo degli arresti di autobus che vi portano in pratica ovunque in Victoria. L'hotel dispone di una struttura di magazzino designata per tenere i nostri beni al sicuro, con un minibar e attrezzature di cucina (sono dotate di microonde). La nostra camera ha un balcone con vista affascinante. TV sia nell'area della camera da letto che all'interno della camera da letto. Anche le guardie specchiate a corpo intero sono molto utili. Il salotto al tetto ti permette di vedere incredibili viste sulla città di Victoria.

CCindyTsangLa posizione è leggermente fuori città; se hai una macchina, non è un problema. Il parcheggio stradale è buono; si può pagare $19 per una notte. L'appartamento è enorme per due persone. Le strutture sono in buona condizione. Ci sono due fan di Dyson, uno nella sala da letto e l'altro nella camera da letto. Eravamo qui in estate, ma la temperatura alla notte era circa 12-14. È bello non avere AC nella stanza, e la stanza si sente ancora abbastanza fredda con la porta balcone e le finestre di fondo aperte nella camera da letto e nella sala da soggiorno, anche senza girare i fan. Ci sono lavastoviglie con funzione di asciugatura, che sono libere di usare, ma dovete portare i detergenti o comprarli sul desktop frontale. Poiché è fuori strada, ho goduto la serata silenziosa senza rumore di traffico.

TTrish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

MMichael AlanHotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc walkable to main shops and restaurants.
Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc. room comfort was ok but furniture dated.
Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.
Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed.
Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .
Otherwise a good hotel and location.

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

VVivianJimenezSadly the room wasn’t clean at all. There was dust and plastic trash on both bed side tables. Other guest left some food leftovers on the fridge which had a weird smell and we reported this but they didn’t do much about it.
