Hotel con parcheggio a Victoria

The moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

La posizione è leggermente fuori città; se hai una macchina, non è un problema. Il parcheggio stradale è buono; si può pagare $19 per una notte. L'appartamento è enorme per due persone. Le strutture sono in buona condizione. Ci sono due fan di Dyson, uno nella sala da letto e l'altro nella camera da letto. Eravamo qui in estate, ma la temperatura alla notte era circa 12-14. È bello non avere AC nella stanza, e la stanza si sente ancora abbastanza fredda con la porta balcone e le finestre di fondo aperte nella camera da letto e nella sala da soggiorno, anche senza girare i fan. Ci sono lavastoviglie con funzione di asciugatura, che sono libere di usare, ma dovete portare i detergenti o comprarli sul desktop frontale. Poiché è fuori strada, ho goduto la serata silenziosa senza rumore di traffico.

Ho prenotato una suite da 1 camera, ma la camera principale non ha un condizionatore d'aria, quindi era abbastanza stufa. Ci era un condizionatore d'aria portatile nella camera da letto che era molto rumoroso. La stanza è pulita ma datata. La posizione è fantastica e il servizio dal personale è molto buono. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica vicino all'acqua, a 5 minuti a piedi dal parlamento, a premere l'hotel e l'acqua. L'arresto dell'autobus alla ferry è anche a 5 minuti a piedi così super comodo. C'è un grande ristorante verde accanto all'hotel che consiglio molto per pranzo o cena.

Il personale era così bello e ci sentivamo così accoglienti. I miei amici erano così felici del servizio. Hanno ricevuto trattamenti per il nostro cucciolo e il nostro cucciolo.

Quaint hotel, with a great location.  Staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, we were able to check in early and dump our bags and walk into the city centre which is probably 10 minutes away.  Room was very big with 2 huge comfortable beds, no tea or coffee facilities in the room but you could get some from the reception area.  We decided to eat in the pub downstairs which was lovely, it was packed and there was a game on so everyone was very happy

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Prenotato e prepagato attraverso Trip.com Avrei dato 4 stelle per servizio ma il direttore di check-in ha cercato di caricarmi di nuovo per la stanza ad un tasso più alto, poi ha accusato un altro membro del personale di non fare il loro lavoro correttamente quando ho contestato il prelievo e ho mostrato Quando ho detto che parcherei il mio veicolo altrove, invece di pagare per il parcheggio, ha detto che il mio veicolo sarebbe stato trascinato se fosse parcheggiato all’hotel. Era brutta e improvvisa e mi ha chiesto di rimanere lì. Il cameriere di check-out era molto gentile e amichevole.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Il personale del front desk dell'hotel era molto amichevole e mi sentivo bene per tutta la mia permanenza! La pulizia non è disturbante, ma si sente un po' vecchio! Tuttavia, è pulito. Non c'era lavatrice corpo, solo sapone di base, shampoo e condizionatore. La posizione è molto buona! Victoria Inner Harbor, il Capitolo, e i punti caldi dietro di esso erano tutti a piedi entro 10 minuti, quindi è stato molto bello poter andare a ristoranti, bar e caffè e tornare a casa confortevolmente. Ci sono molte fermate di autobus vicino, e si può andare a Bicon Hill Park con l'autobus o a piedi!

Great hotel great location ,stopped here many times ,parking is now better but still costs you $20 day but it is downtown ,heating in room very poor ,had to ask for additional heater .this room also had large windows with a view to the ocean which was great ,but heat loss from windows with a small portable radiator was not sufficient ,but luckily this room had an open fireplace ,so I sublimated the heat by making a nice fire ,may be a good idea for the hotel to offer to sell the logs rather than me going out to a hardware store to buy them
