MMillennial_saysThe moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

UUtente ospiteSono stato a Victoria per una conferenza al Centro di Conferenza, e la posizione di Chateau Victoria non poteva essere migliore!Perfetta distanza a piedi con grandi fermate per caffè, pranzo o cena lungo la strada. Il personale del Chateau è stato incredibilmente amichevole e utile con tutte le domande che ho e voi avete visitato il ristorante, Vista 18. Non c'è un cattivo sedile in casa con finestre che guardano la città in tutte le direzioni. Il mio server, Scott, ha dato una fantastica scelta di cena (halibut) che si trova in una delle 10 migliori cena che ho mai avuto! Ottima scelta di vino e cocktail, così come dessert - quanto sono visivamente deliziosi. La mia stanza aveva tutto quello che mi serviva, tra cui un Nespresso e un piccolo frigo.

VVelasco-BuurmanQuesto hotel era perfetto per mio marito e io. Ovunque era possibile camminare, al parco, alla Fisherman’s Wharf, al Parlamento e al centro. Ci è piaciuto il silenzio del quartiere e delle case vittoriose. Sicuramente considereremo di rimanere qui di nuovo!

MMichael AlanHotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc walkable to main shops and restaurants.
Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc. room comfort was ok but furniture dated.
Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.
Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed.
Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .
Otherwise a good hotel and location.

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
