Il check-in è stato veloce. Eravamo al primo piano ed era così rumoroso di notte - l'addetto alla hall aveva amici in visita le cui voci riecheggiavano nella hall fino a mezzanotte. Al mattino, il segnale acustico del waffle nell'area della colazione era forte, anche dalla scatola con la porta chiusa. C'erano peli sul bagno e sul letto che chiaramente non erano nostri perché non erano il nostro tipo di capelli. Il bagno era così angusto che non puoi aprire completamente la porta perché colpisce il gabinetto. C'era un rumore molto forte nella nostra stanza da quello che penso fossero i lavoratori dell'hotel che spostavano le cose. Tuttavia, il prezzo era basso, la posizione era ottima e non sembrava pericoloso. Ottieni quello per cui paghi e ha soddisfatto i nostri bisogni fondamentali per un soggiorno di una notte in città.

Se vi aspettate un hotel extra lusso di certo questo posto non fa per Voi. Ma nonostante l'arredamento spartano ed in generale uno stile anni 80/90 mi sono trovato davvero bene. Anche perchè il turista che soggiorna qui lo fa per vicinanza strategica alle cascate. Rapidità del check-in, parcheggio custodito a pochi dollari, colazione onesta ed abbastanza varia sono dei buoni punti di forza della struttura.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, VERY FILTHY HOTEL, we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights; after a very long day of delayed planes we arrived, thinking we are going to relax & sleep. But was not like that at all; room #1 (room 201)was not clean and smells nasty like smoke & dirty at the same time, i request to change room and the desk person (VERY RUDE GUY) told me, he personally inspect that room and it was fine, i insisted and I was changed to another room (room 220), when i open the bed, look obvious that those sheets were not clean, there were long black hairs int he bed, (i am blonde, so they were not mine), i requested to change the room again , and the from desk guy said there were not more rooms available, so i ask for CLEAN, set of sheets, he said will send you somebody in the morning, i had to fight to get those that night to sleep. My friend on bedroom # 2 (room 202) has smell as CLOROX (at least), but the toilet was running water the whole night, we complain again, and the guy at front desk said he will send somebody in the morning to fix it. I told him that we want to cancel that reservation and want our money back, HE SAID THESE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. I felt ROBBED, I went to the room and started calling Wyndham but, it was already past midnight, so i had to wait until the morning to call again. In the morning when I called, Wyndham accepted to cancel our reservation, however, we were charged for that 'NIGHTMARE NIGHT” we spend there, we only were refunded for the 2 coming nigths, that we did not used. Of course we packed & left. I have pictures to show all of it, old vomit in the front door, welcome mat dirty, big stains in the lobby couchs, floor dirty spots, elevator looks as never was clean or mop or vacummed, hallway carpets smelly and full of stains ETC, ETC, ETC, there are too many things to mentionof course we did not have breakfast since the place was also dirty (unsanitary). If the health department of NY go there for an inspection, for sure that hotel should be CLOSED. The only good thing I have to mention that the lady in the front desk (in the morning) was very kind and helpful.

Such a lovely hotel! I stayed in the Gaylord room for a week, which was so sweet and quaint, lovely antique furniture and a great clean well stocked bathroom. I arrived later than planned due to flight delay and Vincent waited for us to arrive. He helped with our bags into the hotel and down the stairs to our room, and made sure we were happy and settled. All of the team were super friendly and polite, and I felt so at home. Would 100% return for more of this lovely atmosphere and environment. Location wise it is in a marvellous position, 10 mins walk max to 2 subway stations (14th and 8th and 14th and 7th), and the same distance from the PATH to Jersey. Right in the heart of West Village for night life and boutique shopping, restaurants and bars. Round the corner from Carrie Bradshaw and Monica Geller if you care about that stuff! Facilities - microwave, pop up toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge. Television with Netflix and Amazon and Hulu etc.

We stayed for just one night. The room is pretty decent. Bright and spacious. Cleanliness could be improved. There was a bit of blood leftover on the toilet seat. The design of the shower is also very unfriendly. Cold water has to come out at full blast for a few minutes before hot water would start coming out.

The Morgan State House is my favorite place to stay in Albany. It's beautiful and comfortable, well located within walking distance of restaurants and the state capitol, and serves a lovely breakfast. I want to give them a particular shout-out as I forgot my cell phone in my room last week, and did not realize it until I was on the train. They carefully packaged it and mailed it by overnight service. I was impressed by their responsiveness and deeply grateful for the rapid resolution of my careless oversight.

FEZIE SULLA SETTORE DI TOLETE. Sangue, abbassare, possibile vomito sulle casse di polso. Completamente orribile!! Non ho mai visto niente di simile! Il rip del desk front disse: “Lasciate che vi mostri un paio di altre camere”. Prima aveva anche quello che sembrava sangue sul contatore del bagno. Ha detto: “È solo un'armatura, non viene fuori”, ho preso un tessuto e l'ho svuotato subito. La prossima stanza aveva un mosquito enorme morto incorporato in uno degli asciugamani. Non ho idea di come questo hotel sia ancora aperto, ero così orribile. Avrei preferito dormire nella mia macchina, ma fortunatamente potevo prenotare altrove. orribile. La casa di qualità dovrebbe essere imbarazzata.

Dear Quality Inn, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the theft of my bag during my recent stay at your hotel. I was a guest at your establishment from 5th Aug to 6th Aug . We arrived prior to our check in time and we had to drop our bags off before we head out to do our booked activities and sightseeing in Niagara as we were only staying for a night! The lady at the desk said she’ll place our bags in the room at the back, which she guaranteed is safe where no one can get in except the staff. The bag in question was a black Nike air backpack and contained some of my valuables such as my AirPods Pro, my cables and plugs but mainly my daughters prescribed medication which is not available over the counter. I immediately reported the incident to your front desk staff, who assured me that an investigation would be conducted. However, I have not yet received any satisfactory resolution or information regarding the status of this investigation. When suggesting to check the security cameras, I was told that there is no camera in that room and the hallway camera faced the other way. I had to call the police, who didn’t even turn up immediately. The staff weren’t concerned enough to help as I’m not aware of how to raise this concern legally, and was told by your staff that it’s not their responsibility. As a guest, I entrusted your hotel with my safety and the security of my personal belongings, and I am deeply disappointed that this incident occurred. I request that you take immediate action to thoroughly investigate this matter, including reviewing all security camera footage available and speaking with housekeeping and other relevant staff who had access to that room. Additionally, I would like to know the steps your hotel will take to ensure that such an incident does not happen to other guests in the future. I expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the loss of my belongings. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency. I look forward to your prompt reply. #Niagara, NY Police - Please help us. Sincerely, Pradeep Mohana Kumaran
