Really great location shouldn't and the bar area is lovely-the free pool table is already nice touch too. The décor and finishing touches in all the downstairs areas Ah really nice and gives the hotel a very Homely and more sophisticated feel. The rooms were clean with really good amenities and a lovely shower. We stayed on a Saturday night but there was noise audible within the room and the hotel in general had a very chilled out and relaxed feel. Would definitely recommend and look to stay at one of the hotels in the chain for future trips.

Molto bene, molto bene

No one lead me to my hotel room. It took me 5 minutes to spot my room. The heater wasn’t working or maybe I didn’t just know how to use it. The receptionist for check in wasn’t at the reception so I waited 10-12 minutes to check in.

Great view from the dining room over the quay. Room was clean and breakfast was really nice overall very good for a short stay. Parking was a little hard to find at night as it’s a bit hidden under the building £6 for overnight parking was in addition to the room rate but not too bad. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nella zona del bar, dove è di natura rilassata, si può ordinare cibo dal menu del bar o dal menu del ristorante. In ogni caso, niente è mai troppo difficile. La piscina, la sauna e la stanza di vapore sono un must. Mio marito usava la palestra di dimensioni medie e poi sarebbe venuto in piscina per un jacuzzi. Anche se hanno il trattamento spa disponibile, non posso commentare, perché non ho usato l'impianto. Se vuoi un po' di relax o visitare il mare, Felixstowe è a soli 30 minuti di cammino. Ci sono anche molte case di fiducia nazionali da visitare. Questa è la seconda volta che siamo stati all'Hotel Belstead e posso dire sinceramente che la visitaremo di nuovo.

I am not often writing reviews, but this hotel deserves my time, and especially the front desk lady, I think her name was Esther, she was like a God sent when we came to Ipswich with no plans to stay, and we where tired and really needed somewhere to stay. We booked 30 minutes before arrival, and the front desk lady met us with such a nice and welcoming attitude that we did decide to stay an extra night because the first impression was so good because of her! The hotel is clean, and have everything your need. The service is supreme! Way more than I have seen in other three start hotels before. I can highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at the travel lodge as it was convenient for our visit to Regent Theatre. Staff was excellent but evening meal had limited choice as some items not available. Bed comfy but pillows very hard.
