I got a great deal for the hotel booking with Trip.com. All was great. The restaurant was a very nice place, but the food was hit or miss.

硬件設施很好；服務非常差勁👎
1. 入住為當地下午大概4點多，兩個前台，一個英語好，一個不好。英語好的就在1米範圍內而且當時沒有其他客户，完全無視我們的求助；
2. 我們入住前，全款打進攜程。酒店無法成功扣費，但又不願意聯繫攜程，英語好的直接説我們有權不讓你們入住。！***!
3. 房間沒有前台等的分機；沒有wifi 提示等。
民宿的服務都比他們想得完善，價格和服務完全不匹配。總之，這個酒店，不會入住第二次！

出行位置很方便，前台服務熱情到位。周邊不遠處超市也很方便，去市區那邊都還不錯。

We were very impressed, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good, great location and nice and quiet at night. Whenever we come back to Santiago we will definitely stay here.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay! The staff at checkin were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were well appointed with modern showers and bathrooms, comfortable King beds, air conditioning, small fridge and large windows for natural light and views of the hills. It was well-located as we walked to parks, great restaurants and the tallest building in South America. We also enjoyed the gym and heated indoor pool. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😊

Staff is very helpful especially Cristina at the front desk. She gave us direction and even lend us her subway card to use . She didn’t even want us to pay her back . Very nice !

This is one of the best hotel stays I have experienced in recent years. The front desk staff were very informative and polite. The buffet breakfast had everything I needed to start each day with energy. The room was spacious and the shower had good pressure. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to the metro to go anywhere you wish. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel gym was clean and equipment is fairly new. Good wifi. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here next time I return to Santiago.
