Please do some renovations. Carpet and curtains smell bad already too. Location wise perfect!

This is a good oldie hotel for a solo travelers. Because the building is opposite the subway station. You can see it just walking out of the elevator. The hotel only requires the elevator to come up. with a kind aunty reception that she will can help you (She can a little bit to speak English but you can understand it) Inside the room, there is an atmosphere of an oldie style motel. But it's quite okay for me to rest for 1-2 days *I think Wifi it's not working here it's connected but too slow speed for do the internet things *TV remote are very hard to understand *Unlucky for me in the last night I heard a noise from the ceiling(maybe rat or something). That make I can't sleep because The ceiling is very thin.

中山駅4番出口（エスカレーター）前の最高の立地。7階だけがホテルだから、常にエレベーターが空いている。チェックイン時、スタッフが部屋に案内して、設備の説明を日本語でしてくれる。中山地下街を通れば、空港MRTまでも、真っ直ぐ歩くだけ。台北駅はだだっ広く、駅構内で迷子になってしまうことがよくある。駅から数分と書いてあっても地上に出るだけで時間がかかり、出てからもガタガタ道をスーツケースを転がしていたが、今回非常にラクだった。設備は古いが、次も必ず利用したい。

台北MRTで台北から1駅の中山駅4番出口を出たら、すぐにホテル(写真では千慧商旅)見えます。 入った時は中国語で何説明されてるか分からなくて、しかも予約されてないと聞きヒヤヒヤしましたが、スタッフの方が宿泊者一覧探してくれて名前見つかったので安心しました笑 部屋の中は少し古いですが、エアコンも付いていて涼しく、それに加えてテレビや冷蔵庫や扇風機も備え付けてありました。無料の水も2本ついてたので、飲み物買ってなくても安心して過ごせます。 また、部屋の説明書きで大事な部分は日本語表記で書かれていたので非常に助かりました。トイレの中に紙が流せないのを知って、日本とは少し違うんだなと思い知らされました。 全体的な評価としては、アクセスがよく設備も問題なく、日本語が使えない以外は特に不自由なく過ごせたので、ほぼ満点の評価です！

台北駅から雨でも傘が不要で地下街を通りやって来れます ホテルライフは望んでいないので便利さと安さを重視して選びました

女性ひとり旅でした！ホテルの方はみなさんフレンドリーで、鍵の閉め方が分からないでいるとフロントから出てきて教えてくださったりと丁寧に接してくださいました。 一点、カーテンが閉まっていて窓が空いてたのを２日目まで気づかなかったので、気になる方は確認してみるとよいかもです！ 総合的にみても、リーズナブルで素敵なホテルでした(^^) 日本と違い、パジャマはないので持っていきましょう！

部屋は古いが掃除はきちんとしてある。部屋の間取りが使いにくい。駅から近く周囲にレストランが多数あり便利。暑い季節だったがエアコンと扇風機で涼しく滞在できた。WiFi機能はあるがは極めて弱い。

酒店感覺很老舊，還是用舊式鎖匙，而且很多傢俬都很髒，又有小強，而且又沒包早餐，很不值

旅館就在中山站對面很方便，找得很容易。 服務員很熱情，每天他們打招呼。 旅館附近有便利店

スタッフの対応良かったです。立地も良く、また、利用します。

i stayed here at the beginning and at the end of my visit to Taiwan. First stay - The hotel has an excellent location. Zhongshan is one station from Taipei Main station. You can also walk underground between the two stations. At Zhongshan station you take Exit 4 then simply cross the road. Zimen is only two stops away. The hotel occupies the 7th floor of a business building. *********** advertises rooms with a balcony which is what I booke last July. I was not allocated a room with a balcony. Reception advised they had messaged *********** to stop advertising room facilities but that was after my booking. No effort by the hotel to advise me. *********** are still marketing rooms with a balcony.. Room showing its age but everything worked fine. Aircon, TV (has some english movie channels), warm water good pressure decent lighting, clean linens with comfortable sleep. Do not disturb card was ignored. On my second stay I was allocated the only room with a balcony which is small in size. However the TV wasn't working so I was allocated a much larger room (with no balcony). I note *********** continues to misrepresent by by marketing rooms with a balcony when in fact you won't be allocated a room with a balcony. My room had a wardrobe with hanging space, some shelf space and a small table with two chairs. The aircon unit was abit noisy but I turned it off when I retired. The fridge and TV worked fine. Lighting was good. The shower over the bathtub had decent hot water and pressure. My bed had clean linens which afforded me a good sleep. They have umbrellas which you can borrow which came in handy. Overall, putting the balcony issue aside, I enjoyed a comfortable stay in an excellent location. Special mention to the staff.They were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Limited english but Google Translate has that covered.
