It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

I was a little anxious staying in a hotel that had just re-opened after such a long period of renovations, however the stay could not have been more pleasant. Rooms were crisp and new, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the staff went above and beyond in making our stay truly memorable. Sami and Fabio at the concierge desk were outstanding and helped us with all transport and dining arrangements. Breakfast and in-room dining were served promptly and were delicious. We look forward to our next stay.

La mia famiglia di 10 (avevamo 5 camere) ha visitato l'hotel Storchen nel giugno 2023. Il concierge mi ha aiutato a pianificare tutte le mie attività e ha potuto prenotare il trasporto per mesi prima della nostra arrivo. Il check-in era super efficiente e semplice. Abbiamo ricevuto qualche buono da bere, quindi siamo andati al bar del tetto per un cocktail e pranzo. Tutto era sorprendente. Il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano fredde, e il servizio era amichevole e veloce. La colazione era inclusa quando ho prenotato attraverso amex. AMO il loro colazione. Aveva un buffet continentale (comprese le mimosi di servizio) e un menu per ordinare i prodotti caldi. Tutto era delizioso e era un grande inizio per il nostro giorno ogni giorno. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui!

A lovely location near restaurants and shops. The staff at this hotel were lovely and very helpful from the reception to housekeeping to the lady at breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. They had opening windows, air conditioning and a mini bar. They organised transport to the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ci vorrà circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, ma non c'è alcuna inconvenienza nella posizione. La posizione può essere regolata con un iPod, ma la stanza è un po' stretta. Se c'è un portatore, è un po' stretta per due persone, ma il letto è di dimensioni re, quindi non c'è problema. Il personale era così amichevole che dovevo scrivere un recensione

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona, proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ci sono molti hotel intorno. Ma le strutture della stanza sono davvero semplici. È possibile che la casa sia meno ampia. Non ci sono arredi dell'hotel, la rivestimento e lavanderia sono un po'. Fortunatamente ho portato io stesso, non ci sono champagne o lavanderia. Il piccolo bagno può stare in piedi per una persona, tutti capiscono.La colazione è tutta una colazione fredda.

The hotel was quite strange. Upon arrival there was no staff and we had to do self check in. We were a group of 5 people with 3 rooms. We were let into the hotel via the intercom. The computer at the desk required a booking reference or QR code. Our hotel had been booked through a travel agent and we hadn’t been provided with either. So instead we had to manually input each persons details into the computer. This took absolutely ages! After travelling for quite a long time this was the last thing we wanted to spend time doing! The rooms were fairly compact, especially the bathroom. The hotel seems to have spent a lot of money on branded items in the rooms including a yoga matt and other random things - it would be better to have more staff in my opinion! The beds were very comfy though and an actual double bed instead of two singles pushed together. There was also a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was very basic and seemed understaffed as a lot of things had run out. Again for check out there was no staff at the desk do we had to self check out via the emailed invoice - this didn’t work as we had to pay the city tax so I used the phone at the desk to do this. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the centre but is easily accessed (if you have luggage) using the number 7 tram at the main railway station otherwise it is walkable. Have given this 3 stars due to the lack of staff and it being so impersonal!

Vivo in Svizzera per circa vent'anni.Vivo in un hotel di colore 々, ma mi piace molto questo hotel.Questo è un hotel raccomandato, vuoi restare di nuovo. Il miglior punto è la posizione migliore.E'molto vicino alla strada principale della Bahnhofstrasse.Puoi facilmente mettere il bagaglio o tornare a casa e riposare subito quando sei stanco. Inoltre, il personale della reception è molto amichevole e confortevole.Sono andato all'hotel per immagazzinare i bagagli, prima del tempo di soggiorno, ma sono felice di ricevere il bagaglio della stanza. Inoltre, potrebbe essere perché i clienti di Corona sono pochi, ma hanno anche aggiornato la stanza gratuitamente.Questa è la prima esperienza svizzera ２０ nell'anno. Anche se la stanza è nel centro della città, la stanza è molto grande.Anche in hotel dello stesso livello, la Svizzera ha molte camere solo con le ossa, ma c'è un ossacolo che puoi rilassarti nella ossa. E'molto piacevole per i giapponesi.Ma non so se tutte le camere sono disgustose. La stanza è pulita. Poiché è una zona urbana, dovrai usare il parcheggio pubblico.Il prezzo è circa ２３ tempo per rimanere ３６ franco.Vivo in Svizzera, quindi non credo sia molto costoso. Ora è difficile andare all'estero a Corona, quindi voglio davvero restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

Il motel é un ottimo hotel , molto buona la posizione e il rapporto qualitá-prezzo-Personale molto gentile , sopratutto alla recption.Ottima la colazione , se ci si alza presto la si puó fare anche ”fuori” , tutti i prodotti sono buoni e di alta qualitá.A Zurigo conviene fare la colazione in hoel perché i prezzi fuori sono altissimi, quindi abbiamo speso 17 € in piú a persone e a giornata ma ne é valsa la pena .L´hotel non ha garage ma a 300-400 metri c´e´ne sono due a pagamento.Avrei dato volentieri 5 pallini ma quando siamo stati noi c´era un caldo insopportabile e la stanza , nonostante l´avessimo ”oscurata” , di notte era una sauna , la ragazza alla recption ci ha spiegato che il climatizzatore non scende sotto i 20 gradi per il risparmio energetico imposto credo dalal cittá di Zurigo, peró come detto se fuori ci sono 35-36 gradi di notte la stanza diventa un forno sopratutto se ci sbatte il sole come nel nostro caso, peccato , cmq hotel consigliato.Dimenticavo, le stanze sono spaziose , i letti perfetti e il bagno anche ottimo, cosí come la pulizia delle camere.La longue é molto bella, con una atmosfera unica, i prezzi sono molto alti , un aperol e un martini 30 € , eravamo stai poche settimane fa a Salisburgo e i prezzi erano di molto inferiori, ma si sa che zurigo é la cittá piú costosa d´europa e quindi prima di farsi un paio di drink bisogna fare un pó di calcoli.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto quello che serve, tram, lavastoviglie, tostapane, frigorifero e microonde e forno. VERO pulito ovunque. La ricezione, il bar, la pulizia e la cucina sono tutti amichevoli e utili, ma l'uomo biondo che si siede nella sala da pranzo per registrarti per colazione ogni mattina era scherzoso, non benvenuto, leale e inamichevole. Si sedette li facendo nulla quando avrebbe dovuto riempire le gioielli e il pane, ecc. Il colazione è lo stesso quotidiano;- (carino pane fresco), uova fredde cotte, croissants, Bircher Muesli e 1/2 cereali più interi mele o arancione e bevande. La nostra camera da letto era di buon valore per 5 notti dal 1° al 6 febbraio 2024, ma era molto crampata. Non c'è spazio sufficiente per la guardia per indossare vestiti o spazio per il pavimento per muoversi comodamente. Il bar e il ristorante sono chiusi domenica sera.

Siamo stati lieti di scegliere questo hotel per gli ultimi giorni del nostro viaggio in Europa di 2 1/2 settimana. Questo hotel vive davvero fino a sua piccola descrizione boutique di lusso. Ci sorprendevamo di poter entrare al check-in di mattina, e quando c'era una piccola questione con la stanza non completamente pronta, si sono immediatamente spostati per ripararla e ci hanno curati al caffè e alla pasticceria mentre aspettavamo un po'. Il servizio era grande, e sono sicuro che se avessimo avuto qualche altro problema durante il nostro soggiorno, avrebbero risolto il problema al meglio della loro capacità. La camera Superior è grande con tutti i tipi di attrezzatura, ufficio e tavolo, utensili elettrici convenienti, mini frigo, caldaia elettrica e macchina Nespresso Vertuo. Le luci e le tende sono controllate da pannelli all'ingresso della camera e da ogni lato del letto.Il balcone è abbastanza grande per un tavolo e due sedie. Anche se alla fine di novembre il tempo non era buono per stare fuori, il balcone ha fornito una bella vista. Il nostro prezzo includeva il colazione, che era buono anche. Le tazze di carne, formaggio, pane e pasticceria d’uovo erano tutte deliziose. La posizione accanto alla casa dell'opera e al lago era a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina e ancora a piedi a Zurigo HB.

Questo deve essere il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato nella mia vita! Dall'inizio avrei dovuto sapere cosa era in avanti. Non c'è un ufficio di ricezione. Check in è al bar. Non c'è nessuna informazione pubblicata da nessuna parte e se si accede a un'ora normale, non troverai nessuno per aiutare. La signora che corre il posto non è da trovare da nessuna parte e gli ospiti sono lasciati a cercare per se stessi. Siamo stati li' per 4 notti e non abbiamo mai fatto pulire la nostra stanza, siamo usciti di carta da bagno e di asciugamani, e abbiamo dovuto cacciare la signora per ottenere più. La stanza era una merda sporca dal momento in cui siamo entrati. Smeraldi tazze di caffè, involucri e buste degli occupanti precedenti e abbiamo solo un pezzo di asciugamani. Il letto è in alto dalla porta del bagno, quindi se stai accanto al letto e qualcuno cammina fuori dal bagno, ti colpisce dalla porta ogni volta. L’ascensore non funzionava correttamente e fece un rumore terribile finché non avevamo paura di usarlo più; sicuramente, si fermò. La signora pulizia è stata lasciata per controllare le persone in casa, dal momento che il proprietario dormiva e non si presenta fino a tardi in pomeriggio. Il problema è che la signora pulizia parla solo spagnolo. Dovremmo aiutarla a comunicare con tre coppie separate che non potevano capirla. Non hanno mappe per aiutarti a raggiungere la città e non c'è nessuno da chiedere. In un nutshell...Non restare in questo hotel!!!! Non posso sottolinearlo abbastanza! Le foto sono ingannanti.
