Tres bon sejour de 2 nuits aux Citadines Bastille Marais. Tres bon accueil, superbe studio, au calme, spacieux, tres bien équipé. Proche du metro Richard Lenoir Ligne 5, et de la place de la Bastille, quartier animé.

部屋は25M2ということでしたが、狭い部屋が多いパリのホテルでは 広めで快適でした。メトロ駅からもすぐ近くて便利 4階の通りに面した部屋で眺めもよかった。 デスクと棚等の収納がもっと広いと（大きいと）よかったです。

1月の旅行で寒いのでお湯はりできる部屋を選んだですが、二人目の湯はりをすると途中でお水になってしまい暖かいお湯がでませんでした。駅からも近くて便利、お部屋も清潔、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせましたが、お湯が途中でお水になってしまうのは冬の滞在には危険でした。

The aparthotel room was clean and spacious! We loved that there was an entryway that was separated from the rest of the room. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris!

Hervorragende Unterkunft an der Bastille. Für Paris sehr große Zimmer. Komplett mit Küche. Zwei U Bahn Stationen in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in Allem Top!

The suite is great for families. I like the amenities it offered, and the neighborhood was decent. Some markets and cafes were walking distant.

On avait passé notre première nuit de jeunes mariés dans cet hôtel on a pensé qu y revenir 25 ans après serait une expérience très romantique on a prévenu l hôtel et demandé une chambre en étage élevé avec une vue sur le bld comme la première fois. Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er étage avec la vue mais des lits jumeaux pas très romantique on a demande à changer et là on a eu une chambre sur la cour au final on a eu une chambre avec la Vue et des lits jumeaux collé un peu déçu .Mais très bon point l hôtel est très bien situé,le studio est propre,le personnel très gentils et le quartier tranquille.

I've stayed at this Citadines quite a few times in recent years - great location, vibrant and safe neighborhood, good value for the space. This was the first time there since the pandemic and Paris bedbug scare. Check-in was very smooth and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I did check the space (we had a deluxe apartment and especially checked the bed and sofa) before we brought our luggage up and it was very clean. We decided to extend our stay another night and the staff, especially Lamine, Ina and Sujin (sorry for any mispellings) were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is steps away from several Metro stops and just across the Bastille Marche that's open Thurs & Sunday. It turned very cold and we ended up not using the terrace which is nice when the weather is warmer. Still on my list as1st choice for my Paris stays.

Generally happy with my stay

We were a little concerned upon arrival as the area seemed questionable but we soon found out that it was quite safe. We walked the area day and night without issue. The hotel is secured with a passkey to enter the building which we loved. There are plenty of convenience markets nearby as well as cafes, restaurants, and two different train lines. The room itself was wonderful and we booked the upgrade for the balcony (loved!). It was very clean and plenty of supplies, ie dishes, utensils, etc. We would recommend this to others and stay there again.
