Nice staff , nice service. Apartment is very clean and tidy. Kitchen is well prepared with cooking utensils. Apartment is the same as photos shown. Location is very convenient to Zurich train staton since the service of the light rail is very good.

Well furnished & sparkling clean apartment, every item within is in excellent condition. Stayed in dozen of properties across Europe, the customer service and housekeeping here are definitely on another level in ensuring we had the best experience, highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time staying at the apartment over New Years break. Apartment was very spacious with modern appliances. Loved the use of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Close to tram stops and there was even an elevator.

(+)The place is great with facilities that I needed: washer dryer, kitchen, 8 minutes walk from zurich HB, spacious accommodation (-) TV channels boring no English programmes, Netflix etc for entertainment

When we arrived in Zurich and contacted the EMA House, someone from the main office was there within a few minutes to walk us through the process. They were extremely helpful. Whenever we went to the main desk for supplies, etc. they were always courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

easy access from Zurich HB by tram 11 and 14 (2 stops) and 100 meter walk, nice new and clean unit, very suitable for family and group of friends for few nights stay ,facilities such as washer dryer stove fridge and microwave all fully equip

This apartment was so lovely. Great amount of space for two people with everything you needed. The coffee machine was a great addition as well as the washer dryer. It is a little bit of a walk into town but perfect if you have a car as the car park is easily accessible. It’s also in a nice quiet area. The staff were lovely and very helpful walking us to the apartment and explaining everything. I highly recommend this stay.

This apartment has brand new everything including a washer dryer. It is a two minute walk to the tram stop and a10 minute walk to the major train station. It is located right in the middle of everything you want. This is worth way more money than what they’re charging so just book it.
