Hotel a Zeist, Paesi Bassi

Camera al fronte con bella vista sulla vecchia villa. Ma il disavanzo è il rumore nelle notti nei fine settimana. Nonostante un'ottima posizione l'hotel è situato vicino alla «bar street» a Zeist. Le camere sono spaziose ma senza frigorifero. Le tolette hanno bisogno di aggiornamento. Ha avuto qualche drink nel Grand Café sotto e non è stato in grado di caricare questa in camera. Doveva andare in alto per raccogliere borse. Non con gli ospiti. Molto sp**** sul caffè e sul tè in camera. Dovevo chiedere un extra ogni giorno. Il personale è amichevole e utile.

Questo hotel è anche molto buono. È proprio sotto la stazione ferroviaria centrale di Utler. Da finestra a giù è l'orbita del treno. Alla stazione di entrata è per quattro o cinque minuti. C'è una grande città commerciale sopra. Ecco un grande parcheggio biciclette 🅿️ sotto è la stazione metropolitana, L'automobile è molto costoso, il trasporto pubblico è conveniente e si sente sicuro nel terreno prospero. Le strutture sono molto nuove, è la sensazione di progettazione dell'hotel, ci sono piscina superiore e palestra, e la sauna è davvero molto buona. Due tipi di persone possono scegliere. Molti giovani amanti o coppie vengono qui in vacanza. La piscina è 5 coppie di amanti, e mi sono lasciato con alcuni bambini. Molte chiese e edifici vecchi nelle vicinanze, anche le università, molti piccoli bar intorno a mangiare e bere, sono molto più economici di quelli della stazione ferroviaria.Non è il tempo per andare in città vecchia, molti locali mangiano e bevono lì. Un punto che non mi piace molto è che l'ora di partenza è un po'prima alle 11:15. Non sei ancora entrata in partenza alle 11:15. La reception deve essere presa con l'ascensore. Questo è un po'arrabbiato, e tornerai in pochi minuti. Il colazione è anche prezioso, comprare 19 euro al mattino provvisoriamente, comprare 16 euro al momento dell'alloggio, e pagare un'imposta locale di circa 4 euro per l'alloggio.

Pluspunten: - grote douche - heerlijk (groot bed) - ontzettend goede verduisterende gordijnen - grote minibar/ koelkastje - vriendelijke ontvangst - over het algemeen een nette / schone kamer Minpunten: - klein balkon zonder meubilair (je betaalt extra voor het balkon, maar je kunt er eigenlijk geen gebruik van maken...) - slecht en traag werkende tv - kitranden douche vergeeld - ontbijt standaard - geen activiteiten in het hotel (bijv tafeltennis, biljart, darten etc). Voor €124 geen goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding en we zouden dit hotel daarom geen t****e keer boeken.

È un ostello, ma con tutte le comodità del caso. Viene fornito tutto, incluso asciugamano. In bagno sono presenti saponi di ogni tipo e c'è anche l'asciugacapelli. Ci sono diversi bagni e diverse docce, in uno stato di pulizia generalmente più che sufficiente (anche se le docce puzzano un po'). Si soggiorna in una vecchia chiesa all'interno di dei Pod (cubicoli) che si possono ”chiudere” con una tendina, garantendo quindi un minimo di privacy. All'interno del Pod c'è una scatola di ventilazione che però non basta, di notte, a tendina chiusa l'aria nel Pod si fa rovente. Ci saranno oltre 50 Pod e purtroppo gli armadietti emettono un suono acuto ogni volta che vengono bloccati e sbloccati. C'è quindi una sorta di beep beep costante. Il suono andrebbe levato, c'è già un'indicazione luminosa che indica lo stato dell'armadietto. 50€ per un ostello sono tanti. Per curiosità ho ricontrollato se all'ultimo minuto ci fosse qualche offerta ed i prezzi erano saliti addirittura ad oltre 70€, decisamente troppo per un loculo.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. Non mi consiglio di questo hotel ✨ Il colazione era molto buono. Il personale era davvero carino, sempre sorridente e disposto ad aiutare. Il posto era tranquillo e bellissimo. Mi piaceva la stanza. Il bastone che non mi piaceva molto (troppo grande) ma è molto personale, immagino. Il resto era perfetto. Era silenzioso e confortevole. Grazie mille per questo fine settimana!

Quality of Housekeeping is not up to the mark. I have accute dust allergy , I started sneezing when I had placed my stuff in the room and also saw hair in the bathroom. It’s inside the mall and commute was great. Also had seen the common elevator had foul smell before getting inside the hotel. So be aware of public and floating population issues. Breakfast was good. Rooms are smaller for standard size.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con amici. L'hotel è situato nella zona di cammino del centro città con molte opzioni di shopping e cena. Le camere sono di buona dimensione ma necessitano di rinnovazione perché odore di umidità. Il parcheggio non è disponibile in hotel, poiché è un'area limitata, ma offre parcheggio in un garage che è 10-15 a piedi. Il desk front è amichevole e risponde a qualsiasi assistenza necessaria. Non sono certo che ci sia una migliore alternativa, ma questa è ancora una scelta accettabile.
