Hotel a Norwich, Regno Unito

Location: The hotel is in a mixed residential/commercial area of Norwich, its quiet and feels safe. The hotel is a short walk from The Riverside for restaurants, bars, cinema, etc. and close to local pub etc. it is a short walk from the station. There is no onsite parting - the street parking has daytime restriction. Facilities: There is a card secured front door and reception desk which is not 24hr. There is an onsite Indian restaurant. I didn't use it but it looked good. There is also a bar. The hotel offers a number of guest services such as a luggage locker, laundry etc. The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained, etc. The room: I had room 2 on the gorund floor. This was clean, spacious, and well equipped. So pleased to have a proper wardrobe! There was a tray of stuff such as fruit juice and biscuits. There is a small room safe also. There is an en suite shower room which was modern, clean and worked great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The linen was fresh. I like the characterful decor Service: Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. I was prepaid booking so I didn't need to do a full check in/out. Everything seemed organised and efficient. My only gripe was that the people in the next room to me were noisy at 5am interupting my sleep and had the TV on very loud. Oh well, an earlier start than expected! Thats just bad luck I guess. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in Norwich.

Molto bel hotel. Ci sono stati un bel paio di giorni. Quando siamo arrivati, ci sono stati dati una stanza di aggiornamento. Ci siamo fermati in una suite molto comoda e piacevole. Il cibo in un ristorante era buono, anche se avevamo cena solo una volta. Il bagno era un bel trattamento, soprattutto godeva la stanza a vapore.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo piccolo hotel di prima classe a tre stelle a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria Norwich dove si può prendere il treno a Londra e il resto dell'Inghilterra orientale o dove si può accedere alla rete locale con trasferimento diretto alla stazione ferroviaria Norwich o dove si può accedere alla rete locale di autobus con trasferimento diretto alla stazione ferroviaria Norwich. Il centro della città e il resto di Norwich. Il benvenuto era amichevole ed efficiente, da parte sua, si sentiva come un cliente apprezzato. Le aree comuni erano ben mantenute e ben decorate. La camera era meravigliosa, anche ben mantenuta e presentata, il letto era estremamente confortevole con grande lana, forbici e cuscini, la televisione era adeguata e il Wi-Fi funzionava bene. Il bagno in suite è stato magnifico con buona pressione idrica al doccia e belle tovalette. L'intero hotel è stato senza spot pulito. Grande soggiorno e hotel che posso consigliare molto a tutti.

Il bagno era disponibile dalle 6 alle 10 con nessun prenotazione che era bellissimo. Il palazzo era pulito, il giovane ricevitore era sempre così sorridente e utile. Il colazione era delizioso e il bar lounge era grande. La zona del giardino era bella, il campo da golf era bello.

L'hotel di catena vicino a Xiaoqiao è vicino al parco ecologico, l'ambiente è bello e tranquillo, le norme di servizio, le norme di strutture, l'hotel può chiamare un taxi molto conveniente, l'ingresso e l'uscita sono molto convenienti, il frutto standard è ricco, il viaggio o il viaggio sono adatto. E'che ho lasciato un po'di oggetti in hotel quando sono partiti, ma non c'e'una domanda, e'un sorpresa.

I stayed at mercure for business trip. Comfortable rooms and a good size. The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable about Norwich and where to go and eat. They do have a restaurant which I will try next time. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s buffet style, but the food was fresh which is nice as I didn’t go down till 0830. I ordered poached eggs and the staff got them out to me within minutes. Bar area was very cosy and relaxed. Every staff member I saw was happy and professional. I will be staying at the mercure every time I go to Norwich.

Questa è la mia seconda soggiorno qui, stanza 318 di nuovo. La stanza è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Bagno un po 'sulla piccola parte in confronto, ma buona doccia potente. E 'il silenzio e 5 minuti dal centro della città. La colazione ha le scelte di solito, ma il caffè e le uova sono molto deliziose, e il personale è molto utile e amichevole.

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!

Stayed for our wedding anniversary in Room 5, beautiful and decorated to high standard. Our meal was off the sample menu , I had the fillet steak which was the best I've had for a long time.Good portions and waitress service very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very nice also I had the scrambled eggs with salmon which was very tasty and husband had a full breakfast all cooked and tasted good.

Un'altra bella visita, perse il numero di volte che abbiamo soggiornato qui ora. Belle camere confortevoli, soprattutto le letti. Il cibo è bella e fresca e di buona dimensione. Guardatevi di nuovo presto quando il tempo è un po' meglio. Grazie ancora per il buon soggiorno.
