Yulong: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Big shoutout to 小钟 for the great service! Check in was really smooth and seamless. Touched down at 12pm-ish and he was kind to allow us to check in early. Room was clean and bathtub was huge! Really love the lunch at the international restaurant. Do try their 小锅米线。 however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. Top top top! In everything. One of the best hotels I stayed in in China. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The place is very beautiful, I really enjoyed my stay. Food is good. Sadly the booking said private hot spring in the room but it was actually normal outside bathtub and could not use it because it was very cold! So be aware of this, if I knew I would go with normal room instead so not worth the price for this room.

管家服務很好，有求必應，早飯的華夫餅是我吃過最好吃的！！！睡前牛奶也很奶思，房間選了豪華庭院和雪山，建議能沖雪山沖雪山，真的體驗感next level～～雖然是冬天景色也很有氛圍感。樹的話其實順着村落的方向比順着雪山的方向更與圓潤。唯一不足的是，就是贈送的旅拍稍微差點意思，而且不修只是底片，長焦拍攝+電腦選片就直接導致多買回來的照片放大人物並不清晰，而且沒啥創作感，建議酒店換一家機構合作- -

To be honest.. after visiting several hotels in yunnan. This probably the worse one. Firstly, we arrived at hotel, no staff there to do check in/ help us with our luggage. There’s no one at all.. After awhile, A lady from restaurant/other department came and check in for us. And then… no room keys no breakfast voucher/coffee voucher given (my mum went to redeem the free coffee but they said it require voucher). The only thing the staff text me was.. it’s time to check out. No service at all during the whole stay. And the price of this hotel is double triple of other great hotels. Mentioned this to our driver, he said his previous client told him the same thing as well. Regret choosing this hotel.

La stanza è così spaziosa che abbiamo messo due grandi e una piccola valigia senza alcun problema di movimento. Non parlare di design interno è così confortevole e confortevole. 環境：太漂亮啦，落地窗外面有樹！陽光打下來很治癒 衞生：衞生還不錯 是這次雲南旅遊住的最漂亮的小木屋！ 另外這家民宿在白沙古鎮裏面民宿附近有一家過橋米線特別好吃！好吃！好吃！還有家白沙老李的彩色炸洋芋也好吃😋

酒店就在玉龍雪山腳下，配阿美澤營地，景色一流。前台響應非常迅速，很贊！早餐廳的迎賓經理很暖，每天都提醒住客注意保暖防風，很贊！ 酒店衞生有待改善，浴室發現了別人的假睫毛，打掃衞生後不知道為啥有兩條沒疊的毛巾，放洗衣籃裏用過的浴袍也沒有收走換新。 套卧裏有一個浴室去水很慢，無法洗澡😰熱水器制熱功率不足，洗了一個人基本沒剩熱水了，等一個多小時之後也不夠熱水😰 瑕不掩瑜，希望下次來會更好，加油！
