Hotel a 3 stelle a Yakima

Full disclosure: I have worked at hotels in the past. I was very disappointed with this hotel, and will NOT a return guest. Check in: My husband and I stopped by the hotel prior to the standard check in time, knowing a room would most likely not be available. We were off to a private event, and wanted to get the paperwork and credit card authorization done ahead of time. We did not know when we would be returning to the hotel, and did not want the night shift to cancel our room. When we asked to ”pre-register,” the woman working (who was clearly new) told us that was not an option. I was frustrated until her trainer stepped in and said that was fine. The trainer showed the new hire how to authorize our card, and stated she would leave clear/detailed notes for the evening shift that we were not a no show. Notes did not happen. I would understand if the lobby was busy at the time we arrived, but we were the only ones present. I received a call at 9:30 pm, which thankfully I was able to answer, from someone at the front desk asking if I was still coming. I answered yes, and said that my credit card had been authorized earlier in the day, and that there were supposed to be notes on my account. The front desk person seemed surprised, and didn't see any notes (or didn't look). They were calling because the hotel was oversold (”we have a full hose tonight”) and wanted my room. When my husband and I finally got back to the hotel, we were assigned a room on a low floor facing the main street. We could hear every car that drove by. We ordered the continental breakfast, which was a joke. My husband ordered the meat and cheese option, which was so disappointing and unappetizing he chose not to eat. Parking is cheap, ($10 per night), but the garage is shared with the hotel next door, and is chaotic at best. The only positive was that the room was clean.

Mi sentivo rilassato e mi piaceva il mio soggiorno, mi sono addormentato bene e non ho avuto problemi.Leggi alcune delle recensioni negative mi è stato ricordato come alcune persone non sono mai felici e troveranno sempre qualcosa di cui lamentarmi.L'hotel era pulito, non ha un odore divertente, Il desk front era gentile e accogliente e sono sicuro che se c'era un errore di fatturazione sarebbe stato risolto rapidamente, queste persone che si lamentano hanno solo molto tempo sulle loro mani e niente di meglio da fare che cercare di ottenere persone innocenti in difficoltà.Quindi ... Ottimo momento, ma prenota la camera per 130, quindi decidi di prenotare per un'altra notte per 130 Sono praticamente sconcertato quando ci siamo resi conto che online dall'hotel era 85 chiedendomi se avessimo fatto un ottimo affare, so che è stato un ottimo soggiorno rimarrò di nuovo, ma davvero cercando quello sconto ed ero entusiasta di avere un drink e uno spuntino gratuiti per il mio compleanno, ma il secondo giorno hanno completamente finito la colazione, quindi assicurati di essere i primi 25 a fare colazione al sacco o lo vincerai non prenderne uno

La stanza era molto pulita, ma il personale non era molto bello. Per un checkout tardivo mi sono costato 50 dollari e apparentemente normale uso di un asciugamano significava che l'asciugamano era ora distrutto e che cercavano di farlo. Mi paghi 100 dollari per un asciugamano che non era nemmeno smaltato.... Dopo aver già pagato per la mia stanza i miei figli e io sono andato a cena e sono tornato il proprietario ci ha avvicinato come se fossimo in rovina e fosse molto gentile a me e ai miei figli dopo averli informati che avevamo già pagato per la nostra stanza e che dovremmo essere Ma lì, quando avevamo lasciato, non eravamo più ospiti o qualcosa del genere. Era molto brutto e non lo faceva sentire benevento. Non c’è anche colazione gratuita e non c’è tazza di caffè.

Buona posizione. Parcheggio è luminoso e sicuro. Colazione buona. Abbiamo una stanza di vista del fiume. Ascoltare il suono dell'acqua corrente è così calmo. L'unico lato inferiore è l'acqua non corre correttamente nel tubo. La piscina è all'aperto e aperta 9am-9pm.

Molto buona offerta per il prezzo! Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato era amichevole e molto utile. La stanza era molto pulita. Solo vicino di sotto non era molto conveniente per me. Desidero che la piscina fosse anche all'interno. Nessun ascensore per le camere di secondo piano, quindi ho appena avuto una stanza di pavimento.
