"La posizione del Boli Yabu Hotel è molto comoda. Ci sono molti negozi nei dintorni. All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un caloroso benvenuto dalla receptionist Xiao Yang. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good."

"The location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person."

"This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!"

TTravelfreeGood hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

JJamesHarrisInizierò dicendo che la camera e il bagno erano ben progettati, il personale era amichevole e utile e il colazione era delizioso. Tuttavia, mentre la stanza era in generale pulita, quando ho lasciato qualcosa che poi si svolse sotto un'unità adatta, mi dispiaceva di vedere la polvere e la fibbia sotto. Evidentemente non era stata pulita per...bene... mai? Apprezzo che queste aree non siano pulite come le parti più visibili della stanza, ma per un hotel a cinque stelle questo è inaccettabile. Non mi aspetto di trovare tessuti sporchi e un strato di polvere e sporco in qualsiasi parte della mia stanza. Ma la parte più grave del mio soggiorno era l’incapacità di controllare la temperatura nella stanza, che era così calda che, nonostante il comodo letto, e tutto quello che dovevo andare con esso, non potevo dormire. Non mi aspetto che ciò avvenga in un hotel a cinque stelle (e non l'ho mai vissuto altro che qui e in un altro hotel Wanda a Hohot), io paghi per il lusso; controllare la temperatura della camera è un requisito fondamentale che posso fare anche in un dormello a 50 yuan per notte. Quando ho chiesto al personale al ricevimento la mattina seguente ho ricevuto il messaggio che il AC non sarebbe disponibile fino al 15 aprile perché «it’s cold outside». In primo luogo, non dormo fuori, dormo all'interno, sul 22° piano, dove è solo freddo, e non menzionare che è stato aprile, non gennaio, anche a Xining non è così freddo. In secondo luogo, in un hotel a cinque stelle, in qualità di ospite pagante, è mia responsabilità decidere se è caldo o freddo, non l'hotel. Per questo motivo, quanto la camera, il personale e la colazione siano stati, non mi fermerò di nuovo. Ho controllato e mi sono trasferito alla Hilton, dove potevo controllare la temperatura della stanza e riuscivo a dormire... in generale, qual è l'intero punto di un hotel.

XXuzhuxuanyuanzhongchuStavo transitando a Xining e ho scelto questo posto, che è molto vicino alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Come sempre, sono stati forniti anche un hotel di qualità con un buon atteggiamento nel servizio, pantofole per bambini, spazzolini da denti e colazione. Se ordini dal sito ufficiale di ihg, sembra che ci sia yogurt per i membri. È molto comodo mangiare in giro e c'è un KFC al piano di sotto. Consiglio i noodles di manzo dall'altra parte della strada.

UUtente ospiteL'ostello è in una posizione comoda, con tutto a portata di mano. La ragazza alla reception è molto gentile, ma non parla inglese. Purtroppo non offrono tour, il che rende gli spostamenti notevolmente più difficoltosi, dato che è difficile per i turisti stranieri spostarsi nella Cina settentrionale. C'era solo un bagno con WC e doccia al nostro piano.

UUtente ospiteThis is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

WWee Lang ChingCentrally located, lots of eateries around the hotel. Shui Jing Xiang market 水井巷 is just 100 metres away. Airport bus stop also very near the hotel. Breakfast was normal Chinese breakfast. We will come back again.
