I letti sono morbidi e comodi, le docce sono ottime e con acqua molto calda. Le camere erano pulite. Gli autobus dall'esterno collegano bene con la zona musulmana della città e i ristoranti nelle vicinanze sono buoni. Il personale è cordiale.
Punti a sfavore:
Abbiamo prenotato una camera non fumatori, tutte le camere disponibili erano effettivamente non fumatori, eppure l'intero posto puzzava di sigarette.
Abbiamo cambiato camera perché dopo cena siamo tornati e abbiamo trovato una nuvola di fumo in camera, probabilmente tutti fumavano.
Vivo in Cina e mi rendo conto che non è raro, ma in tal caso non pubblicizzate camere non fumatori.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is fine. I had one of the tiny rooms (which the site did warn me about). The room could fit a bed and a bathroom (with shower over toilet). The bedding was decent and the shower worked well enough. They provided some real towels though a bathmat for outside the room would be great so you don't track water everywhere after the shower. The drain was initially blocked by they fixed it. Has a kettle. The location is ok (you could walk just over 1km to the zoo). Not too many restaurants nearby. The window opened to a block of flats. Calling that a ”city view” is a bit cheeky. The room is also quite hot in summer, and the bed is like sleeping ok a table, though again this seems standard in Qinghai.

UUtente ospite流光是我第一次住青旅，有幸遇到老闆生日，這裏每天回頭客絡繹不絕，這裏的氛圍十分輕鬆愉快，像是忙碌人的棲息地，無論你什麼時候睜開眼都會有和你一樣對此刻的美好享受中的人，青旅有很多有趣友好友善的人，尤其是負責的小老闆仁青，你完全可以相信他洗的床單被罩，每天都會打掃清洗，衞生可以放心，還有熱情的包老闆和負責的宋老闆，在這裏你可以完全放鬆，體驗不同的生活，西寧之旅，我認為這裡是我最美好的回憶，我還會再來的，來拿我的明信片，託放在這裏的記憶。

UUtente anonimoL'attenzione del proprietario si nota dalla vasta scelta di biancheria da letto. Ci sono cuscini di diverse altezze e trapunte da 8 kg e 10 kg tra cui scegliere. Per una persona esigente come me, è semplicemente fantastico. Quando ho soggiornato in altri hotel in precedenza, i cuscini erano tutti della stessa altezza. Sono abituata a dormire su un cuscino più basso, il che mi rende più facile addormentarmi!
Inoltre, lo chef proprietario di questo negozio è molto bravo a cucinare. Consiglio vivamente il manzo al curry! ! ! Riso fritto con manzo! ! !
Il personale del negozio è molto amichevole e alla mano! C'è una signora che è bravissima a preparare torte e dessert, super dolce!
Se vi piacciono i gatti, potete accarezzarli! Ci sono tre gattini nel negozio, super carini!

MMichaelNice location close to Train Station and transport hub. Close to the market selling Winter Wormwood Fungus with a huge statue of a wormwood. Lots of food choices around. 1 Yuan bus fares to anywhere I think. Too bad it was rainy and cloudy during my stay. Construction renovations going on the building housing the Hotel so expect noise to disturb your stay for the time being or the winter months. Breakfast tickets are for the restaurant next-door which serves bao-zi and soups and noodles. You are allowed anything up to 14yuan total for breakfast. Only problem was the time it took for hot water to flow to the room. It must be a long way from the heating source. Rooms are clean and in good condition for the ratings level the Hotel has.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era molto conveniente, il personale era gentile e utile. L'ultima notte potevamo prenotare una stanza VERY senza problemi, e il desk ci lasciava i bagagli nel lobby dopo l'uscita mentre abbiamo pranzo prima del nostro volo. In generale buono, ma l'edificio è più vecchio e l'igiene potrebbe essere migliore, abbiamo notato un paio di mole nel bagno e le tovaglie e tende erano tintate. Tuttavia, per il prezzo, e considerando il grande servizio, consiglierei questo hotel per i viaggiatori su un bilancio

WWorld Traveler JThe hotel is located right above a night market, very convenient. The room was spacious. But other than these two things, I have very little good things to say. They never once made our beds, only took out the garbage and gave us bottled water each day. They also give the smallest rolls of toilet paper that looks like it’s a left over roll (but it’s actually how they make it there). The shower did not have any antislipping or safety handles on the wall, so one of us fell in the shower because the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. The TV was not working either but we don’t really want to watch anything so we didn’t bother with fixing it. I would not stay here again.

RrobinmetralLe due persone che gestiscono questo hotel sono molto disponibili, nonostante la barriera linguistica. Si sono prodigate per trovarci una lavanderia e si sono assicurate che la camera fosse a nostro agio.
La camera in sé è un po' datata, ma funzionale. Il principale inconveniente per noi è stata la mancanza di ”veri asciugamani” (vengono forniti solo asciugamani monouso).
Per chi ha il sonno leggero, tenete presente che la famosa strada del mercato notturno si trova proprio sotto. Può essere rumorosa fino a tarda notte.
Per il resto, la posizione è ideale: vicina a molti ristoranti, alla moschea principale e a comodi mezzi di trasporto.

RRinvON ARRIVAL, ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE ROOM RATE FOR THE DAY IS LOWER THAN WHAT YOU BOOKED. THEN CANCEL YOUR ONLINE BOOKING. 😄 Bathroom was not quite clean and you can smell the slight unpleasant odour from the drainage. Second day, the room was not made up and water bottles not replenished. The water from the water cooler machine in the lobby was terrible and tasted like water with chemicals in it. It being September, quite cool, but the hotel would only turn on the power for the room AC in the evening, and turn off your AC main power around midnight. Fortunately it was not hot in the room from midnight to the morning. But I have never stayed at a hotel that turns off your AC power at midnight!
