Hotel 4 stelle a Xining

Tuttavia, la pulizia e i livelli di servizio necessitano di miglioramenti. La camera non è stata pulita a fondo dopo il check-out, con oggetti lasciati dall'ospite precedente: un problema serio. Per favore, ignorate il mio disordine. La stanza è in centro città, in un'ottima posizione. È molto comoda per raggiungere diverse attrazioni che voglio visitare. There are a few Orange Hotel banches in Xining. The one we stayed is at Shengli road. Exterior of the building does not justify the interior & service of the hotel. The building does not look new but the room is very clean and comfortable. Sufficient amenities and toiletries, kettle and fridge in the room. I like their complimentary tea bags. Front desk staffs are friendly and respectful especially the night shift lady. There are varieties of selection for hotel breakfast including cereal, oriental choices, fruits, desserts, juices & coffee n tea. There are also self laundry ( plus dryer) services in the hotel. When you order “Mei Tuan” (food delivery) there is a robot 🤖 that will deliver you the food. You might bumped into her once awhile when you taking the lift. Overall satisfied with the service and expectations of this hotel.

Ho scelto Park Plaza come convenienza sia per la stazione ferroviaria che per l'aeroporto. Il prezzo è stato anche un ottimo valore per i soldi. Il mio treno da Lhasa è arrivato al 6.30am e ho preso un taxi a poca distanza dal parco Plaza senza alcuna emissione. Ho controllato alle 7:00 e ho visto la mia stanza. Era bella, molto spaziosa con una grande finestra, e aveva anche un bagno libero. Purtroppo, potrei profumare il fumo di sigarette, che non è raro negli hotel cinesi. Ho chiesto una stanza diversa e sono stato immediatamente mostrato uno . La stanza era identica, ma le coperte di letto erano disegni per bambini e c’erano giocattoli e teepee in un angolo. Il letto era molto confortevole e la stanza era molto tranquilla. Il buffet era eccellente e il chef e la sua piccola squadra erano molto amichevole e attenti. E'chiaro che erano molto orgogliosi del loro favoloso buffet e presentazione ....as dovrebbero essere.È stato il mio migliore in Cina. Ho trovato un bel cammino dietro l'hotel vicino al fiume, a 5 minuti. In generale, la zona era bello andare in giro, molto diversa da quella che ero nel centro della città quando vengo in Tibet. Quando tornerò a Xining, scelgo senza dubbio Park Plaza.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. I’ll definitely be back!

You can go to wangfujing department store by walking from the hotel… the receptionist is very humble.. will help you anything you ask for👍🏻👍🏻the picture is the view from our room..

L'hotel aveva una sala da ginnastica, un caffè e un buffet per la colazione. La stanza era grande e ha dato una bella vista sulla città. Il personale ha aiutato con qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. Mi hanno aiutato a impostare il loro indirizzo nell'app cinese di consegna *******. Anche loro hanno fatto il riscaldamento nella stanza quando ho chiesto di farlo. Il buffet è di circa 58 RMB al giorno, per il cibo offerto questo è molto alto. Il pane era staccato e molti cibi erano freddi o aveva un vecchio gusto. Fortunatamente ero lì in inverno quando era gratuito e non aveva alcun costo. Forse in estate con il costo di 58 RMB il cibo è più fresco. Tuttavia, direi che il cibo disponibile aveva molte varietà, con opzioni sia cinesi che occidentali.
