Ci vogliono solo 20 minuti dopo essere scesi dall'aereo per raggiungere il Giardino Botanico di Xiamen. L'ambiente è molto buono. Si trova in una zona residenziale. Puoi riposarti bene e dormire bene è molto ricco e unico I noodles di Xiamen sono davvero deliziosi. Il servizio più degno di nota è molto premuroso e buono La reception stamperà una ricevuta per la tua scatola per evitare di perderla.

I miei amici e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno! Ho messo in una stanza B-Duck e ho pensato che la decorazione fosse molto carina, sia dentro che fuori dalle stanze (ci sono molto luminose nella sala). Le nostre camere non erano pronte quando siamo entrati, ma il divano era molto scusante e utile, e tutto era pulito e pulito quando si organizzava. La mia stanza era spaziosa con molte attrazioni, e l'hotel era vicino alla zona principale, così abbiamo avuto molte cose da fare quando usciamo. C'è un grande lobby in basso con caricatori portatili e rinfrescamenti redditizi, che è grande per chi non è usato per il calore. La posizione non è vicino a SM City, come il nome indicato. Tuttavia, ci sono molti piatti di cibo vicino a prezzi locali. La stanza è abbastanza comoda e il servizio di ricezione è buono. Dovrebbero avere un portale, come alcuni inconsiderati guidatori parcheggiano all'ingresso principale e bloccano tutti. E' successo due volte nel mio 4 giorni di soggiorno lì. Ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, era situato al livello 2. Ma c'è una grande sala con eventi e fumatori fumano, perché ci sono tappeti di cenere, che avrebbero dovuto essere gestiti meglio quando il fumo si sposta in tutto il pavimento.

L'hotel è all'interno di un centro commerciale e c'è un McDonald’s che è molto vicino all'hotel. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. Ha aggiornato le nostre camere gratis che apprezzo profondamente! Inoltre, ci sono stati forniti piatti di frutta gratis e ci sono stati serviti con bevande di benvenuto e tovaglioli a mano calda al nostro arrivo. Le camere non fumatori sono fantastiche. Le camere sono state pulite quotidianamente e riempiono l’acqua minerale quotidianamente. Il buffet, il tempo del tè e la cena sono stati forniti quotidianamente, quindi non si deve preoccupare per il cibo. Inoltre, ci sono molti negozi e cibo lungo la strada di cammino Zhong Shan (che è molto vicino all'hotel). Molto consigliato a coloro che vengono a visitare Xiamen e io sarò di nuovo!

Right from the check-in, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by all the hotel employees. Their service is prompt and attentive. The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather.
Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy.
Our experience at this hotel is so enjoyable. We will definitely recommend to all friends who are visiting Xiamen !

Sono stato qui prima e mi piace questo hotel. Hanno un servizio di navetta da e verso l'aeroporto gratuitamente e la camera è pulita e spaziosa 👍🏼🤩 I letti sono così morbida e confortevole ❤️ Io sono sempre in questo hotel per le layout 👍🏼 Il personale non poteva parlare inglese, ma si può aggiungere il wechat dell'hotel per comunicazione più facile. oh e le vie di cammino sono ben ventilate con AC nuovamente installato

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017)
the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended
but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette.....
the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

AAdamHad a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio sulla strada pedonale Zhongshan Road, con comodi trasporti. Ma non so se è perché siamo al sud. Ci sono molti insetti nella stanza... All'inizio ho visto una piccola macchia nera sul lenzuolo, ho pensato che fosse qualcosa di sporco e ho dato una pacca it, ma ho scoperto che un piccolo insetto è stato ucciso... Ho visto un oggetto in movimento direttamente sul cuscino... È quasi estate, spero che riusciremo a risolvere il problema delle zanzare è abbastanza fastidioso.

NNikki Manjit KaurExcellent choice of hotel. Great location. The busy Zhongshan street is just an exit from the hotel. Lots of good eateries, clothing, shoes and titbits. 10 mins away from Xiamen railway station so very convenient.
Rooms are very large and spacious. Very clean too. The hotel interior could do with an update but it’s ok otherwise. Breakfast is simple. Has the necessary stations but service is rather slow. Friendly though. Staff not all can speak English.
Overall, still happy to stay here and would definitely come back again if I’m in Xiamen.

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
