Excellent location on 中山路pedestrian street! It is a very clean with a spacious room and our AI room assistant is fun! Staff at front desk is super friendly and helpful in every possible way. We did not have a local phone number so it was hard to book a one day tour to 土樓and they helped us booked it online which saved us money and time. Overall we were very happy during our 4 nights stay and will return again in the future! We really appreciate their service and their attention to details of the property!

此次廈門行最滿意的一家住宿了，逛完中山路步行街沿邊上的小巷子一路穿行，到了開元路就到了，在美居酒店邊上，A棟20層。訂的側景房，對面就是鼓浪嶼，樓下是開元路，夜景真的太美了，如果外窗能再乾淨一些，會更好更美。酒店附近就是八市，步行幾分鐘，早餐去那裡解決很方便。新開的酒店，很乾凈。唯一就是隔音，隔壁房間晚歸的話還是有點吵的，如果鄰間作息良好，那就不是問題。春節假期房價要四位數多，確實貴，但環境比起曾厝垵之類的民宿，要好太多了。酒店位置絕佳，出行都很方便。

首先説好的地方，海景確實很棒，我們訂的沒那麼正中的房間，側面看這個海景也挺滿意了，在房間裏都能出片。前台小哥也很不錯，有問必答也幫了不少忙。交通比較方便，樓下公交站很近出去很方便，離中山路步行很快就到。 但是這次的房間裏灰塵真的有點大，尤其是沙發上，一坐下肉眼可見灰塵就起來了，掀開沙發上蓋的這層布，之前客人留的食物碎屑都在，確實應該再好好打掃一下。不過床上的衞生還可以，沒有像沙發上那樣，也沒看見污漬。另外樓上有人裝修，早上聲音很大，我們跨年一夜想睡個懶覺完全實現不了，期望施工早點結束吧。

很好的酒店！房間價格實惠，性價比高。房間一塵不染設施一應俱全。房間佈置的很温馨，酒店的地理位置也很棒。下樓幾步便是公交站，公交線路四通八達，想去哪兒都方便。正對面就是輪渡碼頭，抬腳就能乘船前往鼓浪嶼。晚上回到酒店，抬眼便能看見鼓浪嶼的絕美景色。是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗。
