Right from the check-in, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by all the hotel employees. Their service is prompt and attentive. The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather. Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy. 服務：超讚～～～ 設施：洗手池和鏡子在洗手間外，智能馬桶很方便，淋浴間空間也足夠，比後來在思明區住的民宿好太多了！還有單獨的茶台，我可太愛了；房間裏還有堅果投影，很好用。 衞生：洗手池旁邊的毛巾架上還有衣架有一點積灰，但是問題不大，自己擦一下就行，浴室還是很乾凈的，有提供一次性洗漱品和一次性拖鞋，本來還擔心民宿衞生問題和沒有一次性拖鞋，已經遠超預期了； 位置；離看日出的大德記步行十多分鐘；離林四喜和林秉記三五分鐘；離沈家腸粉、葉氏麻餈、厚生林步行一分鐘；地段可以就是自己沒做好攻略走了不少回頭路有些許費腿，想要好好逛完鼓浪嶼兩天不太夠，下次要挑個好天氣再來慢慢逛； 辦理入住的時候會給一份地圖，並且會很仔細耐心的講解和推薦鼓浪嶼的景點以及美食，還給了兩張小卡片，憑卡林四喜贈一份甜品、上嶼海鮮贈一份28元及以下的菜品；林四喜的贈飲可以在甜品區自選一份，我們選了花生湯，是這幾天喝到的花生湯裏最喜歡的！還有贈送茶包和茶點，搭配房間外的茶台以及洗手池那邊的直飲水使用，走累了就回來自己泡茶喝，超方便！早餐是按人數準備，如果胃口比較好的話還可以去門口不遠處買一份沈家腸粉，早上不用排長隊。 本次入住不太滿意的有兩點：隔音有點差，隔壁孩子半夜哭鬧不止，感覺就像在耳邊，不過這也是現在絕大部分酒店和民宿的通病了；另外一個是雙人床很大都可以睡三個人但是單人床的長度對高個子不太友好，可能是因為三人間主要就是親子房為主，單人床睡成人的概率會比較低。
