Io e mia moglie siamo venuti qui per il nostro primo anniversario e ne è valsa la pena. L'hotel era splendido e pulitissimo. La nostra camera era decorata con petali di rosa che componevano la scritta "1 anno" sul letto e una scia di petali che arrivava fino alla vasca idromassaggio privata. Il bagno ha due lavandini con specchi alti. La doccia è a pioggia. Il WC ha una porta in vetro, il che era un po' strano, ma il bagno aveva una porta in legno massello. Il personale addetto alle pulizie passa ogni giorno all'orario più comodo per igienizzare e organizzare tutto. Il minifrigo è pieno di una varietà di bevande che vengono rifornite gratuitamente ogni giorno. Ci veniva offerto un piatto di frutta fresca a rotazione ogni giorno. La sera, ci hanno offerto una buona zuppa della buonanotte e hanno acceso la vasca idromassaggio privata. Durante il giorno, è possibile visitare la sorgente termale esterna in una zona appartata. I minerali presenti nelle sorgenti termali hanno reso la nostra pelle morbidissima e dall'aspetto sano. Abbiamo anche fatto un trattamento spa, molto rilassante. Sono stati molto disponibili a trovare l'orario più adatto a noi. La colazione a buffet era eccellente. Colazione prevalentemente cinese con molti piatti deliziosi tra cui scegliere. Il ristorante si trovava in un altro edificio all'interno del parco del Palazzo Huaqing. Facile da raggiungere a piedi, ma ci hanno anche offerto un servizio di kart per andare e tornare. È possibile anche andare e venire al parco del Palazzo Huaqing! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, nonostante la barriera linguistica. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare il servizio di lavanderia in camera. Sono andati a ritirare i nostri biglietti per il Song of Everlasting Sorrow (uno spettacolo fantastico). La governante, Deng Xiaohui, è stata meravigliosa e ci ha fatto un regalo di addio al momento del check-out. 5/5. Consigliatissimo. Speriamo di tornarci la prossima volta che visiteremo Xi'an.

L'hotel è collegato al Palazzo Huaqing e si trova proprio dietro di esso. L'hotel in stile giardino è molto grande. Sistemazione, ristorazione e sorgenti termali all'aperto sono tre aree separate, che richiedono l'auto elettrica dell'hotel per spostarsi, il che è anche il più grande svantaggio. Ogni volta che chiedevo se ci fosse un'auto elettrica, la risposta era: bisogna aspettare 10 minuti! Puoi camminare! ! I tre luoghi da visitare assolutamente sono a 5-10 minuti a piedi l'uno dall'altro, il che non è lontano, ma il problema è che sono tutti alti e bassi. Di notte, in molti posti non ci sono lampioni, ed è molto fioca. Dopo aver visto "Song of Everlasting Regret", siamo dovuti tornare al buio, il che non è molto adatto ai bambini. Servizio alberghiero: il personale di servizio è molto esiguo e il primo giorno ho dovuto trasportare da sola i bagagli in hotel. Alcuni camerieri chiacchierano con altri clienti abituali per diversi minuti e ignorano i nuovi clienti. Non hanno alcun senso del servizio. Camera d'albergo: ho visto sulla pagina web che potevo prenotare una camera con cortile, ma si è scoperto che non ce n'era nessuna. L'hotel ha spiegato che era al completo. Era troppo tardi e si poteva solo prenotare una tipologia di camera simile. Non ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Le strutture sono molto vecchie e l'illuminazione è molto fioca. È per nascondere i problemi di igiene? Anche il tappeto era sporco. Sorgente termale dell'hotel: la sorgente termale è così così, non c'è una piscina apposita, solo una dozzina di semplici vasche d'acqua, gli asciugamani all'aperto vengono riforniti molto lentamente e sono pochi. Non c'è l'essiccatore, quindi i miei vestiti erano bagnati dopo aver fatto il bagno in una sorgente termale e non c'era il servizio di asciugatura quando sono tornato in hotel! Articoli speciali dell'hotel: i biglietti per "Song of Everlasting Regret" che ho aiutato a prenotare non erano in prima fila. All'inizio pensavo che l'hotel avesse un canale speciale e che avrebbe dato la priorità ai posti in prima fila, ma alla fine mi hanno dato dei posti relativamente indietro, quindi l'esperienza è stata nella media. Riepilogo: Si sconsiglia ai turisti stranieri di organizzare appositamente un viaggio del genere, poiché il prezzo è elevato e l'esperienza è molto mediocre. Adatto per esperienze in provincia fuori stagione. Rispetto agli hotel termali di lusso del Guangdong, il concetto di servizio, le strutture e le attrezzature sono molto indietro.

We booked two rooms and it was an incredibly relaxing experience from start to finish. The hotel is located inside of Huaqing Palace, a beautiful and peaceful location. The hotel staff are very friendly! Each room has its own private spa facilities – modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The complementary Tang Dynasty travel photography experience was also awesome. The photographer from 惊鸿旅拍 is very professional. We highly recommend it.

It were one of the best hotel we have ever been. We travelled many countries, so we can compare. Every detail is thought out, every little thing is taken into account. The attention of the staff is priceless. We really enjoyed this amazing place and regret that we had so few days. We want to come again one day.

It was fantastic experience to stay here. The room made me feel staying Dang dynasty. All staff are so kind and friendly. I wana staying here again soon.

Good: The staff driving the cart and helping with our luggage very helpful and efficient. The resort being in the grounds of Huaqing Palace makes it efficient for us to explore and return to our room after the outdoor musical 长恨歌。We also enjoyed the nightly desserts placed in our room. Thank you. Not so good: 1) Given the price point we’d expect the resort to upkeep itself better. The facilities and furniture look very dated. 2) We also noted that the service crew who came in on the 2nd day to clean the hot spring tub did not remove their shoes when they stepped into our room, forcing us to have to wear our bedroom slippers even in the room. Not much of a problem for adults but we have a young boy with us and this becomes an issue. Although it must be said that the cleaning lady who came during our first day of stay was very considerate and wore a 鞋套, which we appreciated very much. 3) When we asked the front desk about the AC - the switch was very confusing and we had to endure a stuffy 1st night, she kept insisting that there was another switch beside both the wardrobes (ours is a 2BR family suite). There was none. And when we asked the cleaning staff who came later, we were told that it was probably because the front desk staff was referring to another room type… and this was when we have specifically told the front desk staff our room number. For the price point I find some aspects of service really not up to standards.

All the staff of hotel was most supportive and interested in our feeling well and comfortable. The concierge, the drivers of the internal bus, the room maid and the waiters in the restaurant. The room was not only clean but extremely pleasant. The room pool was something out of this world, we loved it. The food in the restaurant was exquisite, both the breakfast and the main courses. The concierge went out of his way to help us attend the show “Everlasting Sorrow”. The show was exceptionally beautiful and actually a must to see. I would not hesitate to see it a second time. The entire resort is extremely well designed. The hotel itself with its art, the choice of colors make it something special and outstanding. I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and return should the opportunity arises. One little criticism: the light installation in the room are a bit complicated and not intuitive. A leaflet explaining the various buttons, including the air conditioner would help.

The staff members are polite, attentive, and genuinely warm—always ready to assist with a smile. A lovely touch was the complimentary bedtime congee delivered to our room each evening, a comforting gesture that added to the cozy ambiance. For travelers with cars, the hotel offers free parking with complimentary car washes - a rare and thoughtful perk. They’ve also installed EV charging stations, catering perfectly to eco-conscious guests. Dining at their on-site restaurant was a delight. The elegant ambiance complements the menu’s creative dishes, which artfully fuse local flavors with modern flair. Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. In short, Huaqing Palace Resort delivers a seamless mix of relaxation, convenience, and cultural immersion. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a wellness seeker, or simply craving a tranquil getaway, this hotel exceeds expectations. We’re already planning our next visit!

We had a great time at Huaqing Yutang Resort. It is located inside of Huaqing palace and we could have scenic walks anytime during our stay. But there's also very convenient shuttle service within hotel and part of the palace. The hotel staffs were very friendly and service oriented, especially at the restaurant the Ms. 李梅 thoughtfully suggested to pack some bread for us as we were in a hurry and didn't have much time for breakfast. Also the concierge Mr. 天龙 was very helpful carrying our luggage and giving is advices visiting the Li Shan. One highlight of our stay was the in room hot spring (natural). Our bathtub was filled automatically everyday from 7 p.m. The staff took care of cleaning the bathtub every evening. It was in gerneral very relaxing. The breakfast had a healthy combination of fruit, side and rice dishes, and even had a cook who prepare dishes on demand. The restaurant also provides dinner on a high Level (highly recommend: the panda cake, Kaki cake)

Service by hotels staff were excellent. From housekeeping to front desk all was superb. Being served like VIP. For Chang Hen Ge tickets, the got us seats with excellent view, right in the centre. They even prepared snow fungus pear dessert for winding down, it was delicious . Love the tea they served here. For private hot spring, they will disinfect the tub and later fill up with hot spring water. All in all very satisfied with our stay. The only thing they need to add is towel hook at the bathroom to hang towels.
