房間如介紹，當然缺點也如前人的描述道路車輛噪音問題。但有浴缸和淋浴分開，日式規劃智能沖洗坐墊馬桶廁所單獨一間，有洗衣機（使用前最好能清理一下）沒有洗衣粉，有冰箱微波爐電磁爐，熱水壺，電鍋，簡單餐具等。飲用水需要自己買。還有距離日本街步行12分鐘，餐廳很多。

收費不貴，不過最近有點漲價了，總的來説還是很不錯的，房間很大是一個不錯的選擇，附近的酒店也比較多，我的意思是附近的飯店比較多，所以説吃飯不成問題

房間寬敞，還算乾淨 不過沒有水，房間的桶裝水飲水機裡面的水都是空的

ホテルはキレイです。スタッフも普通に親切です。残念な点は幹線道路が目の前です。ベトナムで良く有る、朝6時からバイクのクラクションが凄く寝れないです

部屋は広いですが少し古さを感じます。バスダブが使用したくてこちらを選んだのですが、お湯はり中毎回10分しないうちに水になりました。仕方無いので浅い湯船に寝て浸かりました。ホテルの写真では洗濯乾燥機が載っていましたが実際は洗濯機のみで、乾燥出来ず室内に干して生乾き状態の洗濯物をパッキングしなければなりませんでした。この2点が残念ポイントです。 目の前の川はドブ川で景観は期待しないほうがいいです。 レセプションのスタッフはフレンドリーで愛想が良かったです。。 キッチン用品（台所洗剤、スポンジ、まな板、洗濯洗剤、は付いていません。） 食器も最低限です。料理は出来そうにないです。なので自分はＧｒａｂでデリバリーしていました。 ウォシュレットがついています。

Great location, friendly staff and the rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities and kitchen were very useful and having a washing machine for personal use was well worth the price value. With a grocery store at the font of the apartment was very convenient.
